| 1 | Effect of hot rolling and annealing temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties of SP-700 alloy显示文摘The effect of rolling temperature on both two-and single-phase regions and annealing in a temperature range of 700–950°C on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-5 Al-4 V-2 Fe-1 Mo alloy was investigated. The results indicated that the best balance of strength and ductility is obtained by rolling in the two-phase region due to the globularization of the alpha phase and increase in its volume fraction. After rolling in the two-phase region, the ductility of the specimens annealed at 700 to 800°C increased because of the finer size and globularized alpha phase, while the reduction in strength was attributed to a decrease in the alpha phase volume fraction. However, at 950°C, the strength increased and ductility dropped by the formation of acicular alpha phase due to an increase in the phase boundary area. Annealing and aging after rolling in the beta-phase region increased the strength and decreased the ductility, which is attributed to the formation of a secondary alpha phase. | 2 | DEA/TEAOH templated synthesis and characterization of nanostructured NiAPSO-34 particles:Effect of single and mixed templates on catalyst properties and performance in the methanol to olefin reaction显示文摘A nanostructured NiAPSO-34 catalyst was hydrothermally synthesized and the effect of the template(diethylamine(DEA),tetraethylammonium hydroxide(TEAOH) and DEA/TEAOH) on the physicochemical properties and catalytic performance in the methanol to olefin(MTO) reaction was investigated.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),particle size distribution analysis,energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,Brunauer-Emmett-Teller analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The X-ray diffraction patterns indicated a higher crystallinity and larger crystallite size for the catalyst synthesized using the DEA template.The FESEM results indicated that the nature of the template could affect the morphology of the nanostructured NiAPSO-34 catalyst because of its effect on the rate of crystal growth.The catalytic performance of the samples was studied in the MTO reaction at atmospheric pressure and a space velocity of 4200 cm^3/(g h^(-1))in a fixed bed reactor.The stability and activity of the NiAPSO-34 catalyst were improved using the DEA template because of its higher crystallinity,surface area and the greater extent of Ni incorporation into its framework.The possible stages of synthesis and the reaction mechanism for the MTO process over NiAPSO-34 are discussed in detail. | Parisa Sadeghpour Mohammad Haghighi | 2015 | Particuology2015，13，2： | 3 |
| 3 | Potential therapeutic applications for Terminalia chebula in Iranian traditional medicine显示文摘Terminalia chebula(family:Combretaceae)is widely used in the traditional medicine of India and Iran to treat diseases that include dementia,constipation,and diabetes.This tree is known in Iranian traditional medicine(ITM)as halileh or halilaj and the fruit is used to develop treatments.It is described in ITM as an astringent that has a'cold'and'dry'temperament.References to the medicinal properties of Terminalia chebula were collected from important ITM sources and from modern medical databases(Pub Med,Scirus,Science Direct,and Scopus).The medicinal properties described for thistree in ITM were compared with those reported in studies of modern phytotherapy.The results confirm that the tree referred to as halileh in traditional books is the Terminalia chebula used in present-day studies.Treatments that have not been evaluated in modern phytotherapy but have been traditionally treated with Terminalia chebula include fever,and psychological and psychiatric issues.This article confirms the medicinal uses of Terminalia chebula. | Assie Jokar Fatemeh Masoomi Omid Sadeghpour Mohsen Nassiri-Toosi Shokouhsadat Hamedi | 2016 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016，36，2： | 2 |
| 4 | Design of a large-range rotary microgripper with freeform geometries using a genetic algorithm显示文摘This paper describes a novel electrostatically actuated microgripper with freeform geometries designed by a genetic algorithm.This new semiautomated design methodology is capable of designing near-optimal MEMS devices that are robust to fabrication tolerances.The use of freeform geometries designed by a genetic algorithm significantly improves the performance of the microgripper.An experiment shows that the designed microgripper has a large displacement(91.5μm)with a low actuation voltage(47.5 V),which agrees well with the theory.The microgripper has a large actuation displacement and can handle micro-objects with a size from 10 to 100μm.A grasping experiment on human hair with a diameter of 77μm was performed to prove the functionality of the gripper.The result confirmed the superior performance of the new design methodology enabling freeform geometries.This design method can also be extended to the design of many other MEMS devices. | Chen Wang Yuan Wang Weidong Fang Xiaoxiao Song Aojie Quan Michiel Gidts Hemin Zhang Huafeng Liu Jian Bai Sina Sadeghpour Michael Kraft | 2022 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2022，8，1： | 2 |
