| 1 | Evaluating effectiveness of frequency ratio, fuzzy logic and logistic regression models in assessing landslide susceptibility: a case from Rudraprayag district, India显示文摘Rudraprayag in Garhwal Himalayan division is one of the most vulnerable districts to landslides in India. Heavy rainfall, steep slope and developmental activities are important factors for the occurrence of landslides in the district. Therefore, specific assessment of landslide susceptibility and its accuracy at regional level is essential for disaster management and proper land use planning. The article evaluates effectiveness of frequency ratio, fuzzy logic and logistic regression models for assessing landslide susceptibility in Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand state, India. A landslide inventory map was prepared and verified by field data. Fourteen landslide parameters and generated inventory map were utilized to prepare landslide susceptibility maps through frequency ratio, fuzzy logic and logistic regression models. Landslide susceptibility maps generated through these models were classified into very high, high, medium, low and very low categories using natural breaks classification. Receiver operating characteristics(ROC) curve, spatially agreed area approach and seed cell area index(SCAI) method were used to validate the landslide models. Validation results revealed that fuzzy logic model was found to be more effective in assessing landslide susceptibility in the study area. | 2 | 妊娠性高血压视网膜变化的临床研究(英文)显示文摘目的:研究妊娠性高血压(PIH)患者视网膜变化的患病率,视网膜变化与疾病严重程度的相关性。方法:横断面研究。共收集2014-12/2015-05妊娠性高血压患者100例。所有患者均行眼底检查。单眼或双眼眼底发生变化视为阳性。妊娠性高血压分级为轻度子痫前期(血压>140/90~160/90 mmHg),重度子痫前期(血压>160/90 mmHg)和子痫前期(重度子痫前期和抽搐)。结果:患者平均年龄为23.05(19~34)岁。妊娠期为28~41wk。其中62例初产妇以及38例经产妇。轻度子痫前期,重度子痫前期和子痫前期患者占比分别为62%,26%,12%。8例患者发生视网膜变化。观察得出:高血压性视网膜病变Ⅰ级(1%),Ⅱ级(0%),Ⅲ级(2%),Ⅳ级(2%),浆液性视网膜脱离(1%)和中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(2%)。视网膜变化与PIH严重程度呈正相关,有统计学意义(P=0.0001)。结论:8%的PIH患者视网膜发生变化,视网膜变化与PIH严重程度呈正相关。 | sahana raviraj manipur pavana acharya kavitha chikkanayakanahalli venugopal lakshmi bomalapura ramamurthy | 2017 | 国际眼科杂志2017,17,6: | 4 |
| 3 | Analysing the relationship between drought and soil erosion using vegetation health index and RUSLE models in Godavari middle sub-basin,India显示文摘Drought is a natural phenomenon posing severe implications for soil,groundwater and agricultural yield.It has been recognized as one of the most pervasive global change drivers to affect the soil.Soil being a weakly renewable resource takes a long time to form,but it takes no time to degrade.However,the response of soil to drought conditions as soil loss is not manifested in the existing literature.Thus,this study makes a concerted effort to analyze the relationship between drought conditions and soil erosion in the middle sub-basin of the Godavari River in India.MODIS remote sensing data was utilized for driving drought indices during 2000-2019.Firstly,we constricted Temperature condition index(TCI)and Vegetation Condition Index(VCI)from Land Surface Temperature(LST)and Enhanced Vegetation Index(EVI)derived from MODIS data.TCI and VCI were then integrated to determine the Vegetation Health Index(VHI).Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation(RUSLE)was utilized for estimating soil loss.The relationship between drought condition and vegetation was ascertained using the Pearson correlation.Most of the northern and southern watersheds experienced severe drought condition in the sub-basin during2000-2019.The mean frequency of the drought occurrence was 7.95 months.The average soil erosion in the sub-basin was estimated to be 9.88 t ha^(-1)year^(-1).A positive relationship was observed between drought indices and soil erosion values(r value being 0.35).However,wide variations were observed in the distribution of spatial correlation.Among various factors,the slope length and steepness were found to be the main drivers of soil erosion in the sub-basin.Thus,the study calls for policy measures to lessen the impact of drought and soil erosion. | Md Masroor Haroon Sajjad Sufia Rehman Roshani Singh Md Hibjur Rahaman Mehebub Sahana Raihan Ahmed Ram Avtar | 2022 | Geoscience Frontiers2022,13,2: | 4 |

| 5 | 纤维蛋白胶与无缝无胶自体球结膜瓣固定术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效比较(英文)显示文摘目的:比较两种大小纤维蛋白胶与无缝无胶自体球结膜瓣固定术在原发性翼状胬肉手术中的患者舒适度、移植物稳定性、移植物炎症、复发等术后并发症。方法:本研究对2014-12/2016-08共80例翼状胬肉患者(80眼)进行前瞻性介入对比研究。研究组随机抽取并分为两组,组1接受纤维蛋白胶疗法,组2采用无缝合无胶结膜自体移植固定术。每组再将等量的受试者随机平均分为两组(组1:组A+组B,组2:组C+组D)。组A(自体移植物的大小与裸眼巩膜相同)和组B(比裸巩膜大1 mm)实施纤维蛋白胶疗法;组C(自体移植物的大小与裸眼巩膜相同)和组D(比裸巩膜大1 mm)采用无缝线无胶结膜自体移植固定术。每一位患者都接受翼状胬肉切除术,并根据组别使用不同大小的自体球结膜瓣。结果:组1平均年龄为43.525,组2平均年龄为42.2。男性20例,女性60例。37例患者右眼有翼状胬肉。四组间平均手术时长相似。在术后随访期间,除结膜下出血(纤维蛋白胶组在术后1wk内明显增多)外,4组间患者的舒适度、移植物回缩、移植物炎症和移植物水肿等术后参数均相似(P<0.0001)。组2仅3例患者出现4级移植物回缩/移位。术后1wk,组A和组D各出现1例移植囊肿患者。随访6mo后,组D中2例患者复发。结论:两种方法均安全有效,术后不适及并发症少。与纤维蛋白胶疗法相比,无缝无胶疗法更加经济且效果相当。由于该手术成本低,且具有纤维蛋白胶疗法的所有优点,无缝无胶法可被认为是治疗患者非常有效的方法。 | Manipur Raviraj Sahana Chikkanayakanahalli Venugopal Kavitha Acharya Pavana Bomalapura Ramamurthy Lakshmi | 2019 | 国际眼科杂志2019,19,11: | 2 |

| 14 | 大高良姜根茎提取物对小鼠的镇痛作用(英文)显示文摘目的:评价大高良姜(Alpinia galanga)根茎的乙醇提取物对小鼠的镇痛作用并推断其可能的机制。方法:使用3个实验模型分别测定大高良姜根茎提取物对白化病小鼠(体质量25~30g)的镇痛作用。热板实验中,30只小鼠被分为5组,每组6只,分别给予口服3种剂量的大高良姜根茎乙醇提取物、皮下注射吗啡以及口服2%的阿拉伯树胶,记录给药30、60、90和120min后的热板实验反应时间。纳洛酮预处理热板实验中,另外30只小鼠在给予上述药物30min之前皮下注射纳洛酮,给药种类及方式同前,热板实验反应时间记录方式同前。扭体实验中,通过腹腔注射醋酸诱导小鼠产生扭体反应,随后30只小鼠被分为5组,每组6只,分别给予口服3种剂量的大高良姜根茎乙醇提取物、阿司匹林及2%的阿拉伯树胶,每只小鼠观察15min,记录扭体次数。结果:各个时间记录点的数据表明,与对照组相比,3种剂量的大高良姜根茎乙醇提取物均显著延长了热板实验中小鼠的反应时间(P<0.05,P<0.01)。经纳洛酮预处理后,实验组及阳性对照药吗啡组小鼠的热板实验反应时间较对应的前一实验中未经纳洛酮处理各组小鼠显著延长(P<0.05,P<0.01)。扭体实验中,与对照组相比,3种剂量的大高良姜根茎乙醇提取物均减少了实验小鼠的扭体次数(P<0.01)。结论:本实验证实了大高良姜根茎提取物的镇痛作用,验证了其在民族医学中治疗各种原因引起的疼痛的应用。其镇痛作用的机制可能是有效成分作用于中枢或外周神经系统。 | Sahana Devadasa Acharya Sheetal Dinkar Ullal Shivaraj Padiyar Yalla Durga Rao Kousthubha Upadhyaya Durga Pillai Vishnu Raj | 2011 | 中西医结合学报2011,9,1: | 1 |
