| 1 | Whole-Genome Resequencing of a Worldwide Collection of Rapeseed Accessions Reveals the Genetic Basis of Ecotype Divergence显示文摘Rapeseed (Brassica napus),an important oilseed crop,has adapted to diverse climate zones and latitudes by forming three main ecotype groups,namely winter,semiwinter,and spring types. However,genetic variations underlying the divergence of these ecotypes are largely unknown. Here,we report the global pattern of genetic polymorphisms in rapeseed determined by resequencing a worldwide collection of 991 germplasm accessions.A total of 5.56 and 5.53 million singlenucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs)as Well as 1.86 and 1.92 million InDels were identified by mapping reads to the reference genomes of 'Darmor-bzh'and 'Tapidor,'respectively.We generated a map of allelic drift paths that shows splits and mixtures of the main populations,and revealed an asymmetric evolution of the two subgenomes of B.napus by calculating the genetic diversity and linkage disequilibrium parameters.Selective-sweep analysis revealed genetic changes in genes orthologous to those regulating various aspects of plant development and response to stresses.A genome-wide association study identified SNPs in the promoter regions of FLOWERING LOCUS T and FLOWERING LOCUS C orthologs that corresponded to the different rapeseed ecotype groups. | 2 | Detection of Tocopherol in Oilseed Rape (Brassica napus L.) Using Gas Chromatography with Flame Ionization Detector显示文摘The variation among Chinese genotypes of Brassica napus L.for seed tocopherols content and their analysis using gas chromatography has not been comprehensively reported till to date.In the present study,the tocopherol contents of four Chinese genotypes of Brassica napus L.,namely,Gaoyou 605,Zhejiang 619,Zheshuang 758,and Zheshuang 72,were evaluated using three modified sample preparation protocols(P1,P2,and P3) for tocopherol extraction.These methods were distinguished as follows.Protocol one(P1) included the evaporation of solvent after extraction without silylation.Protocol two(P2) followed the direct supernatant collection after overnight extraction without drying and silylation.Protocol three(P3) included trimethylsilylation with N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl) trifluoroacetamide.Genotypic comparison of tocopherol and its isoforms revealed that Gaoyou 605 was dominant over the other genotypes with(140.5±10.5),(316.2± 9.2),and(559.1±24.3) μg g-1 of seed meal α-,γ-,and total(T-) tocopherol,respectively,and a 0.44±0.04 α-to γ-tocopherol ratio.The comparison of the sample preparation protocols,on the other hand,suggests that P3 is the most suitable method for the tocopherol extraction from Brassica oilseeds and for the analysis of tocopherols using gas chromatography flame ionization detector(GC-FID).Trimethylsilylation is the key step differentiating P3 from P1 and P2.Variations detected in tocopherol contents among the Chinese rapeseed(B.napus) genotypes signify the need to quantify a wide range of rapeseed germplasm for seed tocopherol dynamics in short and crop improvement in long. | Nazim Hussain Zahra Jabeen LI Yuan-long CHEN Ming-xun LI Zhi-lan GUO Wan-li Imran Haider Shamsi CHEN Xiao-yang JIANG Li-xi | 2013 | Journal of Integrative Agriculture2013,12,5: | 6 |

| 4 | Interactions of cadmium and aluminum toxicity in their effect on growth and physiological parameters in soybean显示文摘The effect of Al and Cd on the growth, photosynthesis, and accumulation of Al, Cd and plant nutrients in two soybean genotypes were determined using hydroponic culture. There were six treatments: pH 6.5; pH 4.0; pH 6.5+1.0 μmol/L Cd; pH 4.0+1.0 μmol/L Cd; pH 4.0+150 μmol/L Al; pH 4.0+1.0 μmol/L Cd+150 μmol/L Al. The low pH (4.0) and Al treatments caused marked reduction in root length, shoot height, dry weight, chlorophyll content (SPAD value) and photosynthetic rate. Al-sensitive cv. Zhechun 2 accumulated comparatively more Al and Cd in plants than Al-tolerant cv. Liao 1. Compared with pH 6.5, pH 4.0 resulted in significant increase in Cd and Al concentration in plants. Combined application of Cd and Al enhanced their accu-mulation in roots, but caused a reduction in shoots. The concentrations of all 10 nutrients (P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn and B), except Mo were also increased when plants were exposed to pH lower than pH 6.5. Al addition caused a reduction in the con-centration of most nutrients in plant roots and shoots; but K, Mn and Zn in roots were increased. Treatments with Cd alone or together with Al reduced the concentrations of all the plant nutrients in plants. Al-sensitive genotype Zhechun 2 has lower nutrient concentration than Al-tolerant genotype Liao 1. | 6 | 神木市医院住院患儿20年疾病谱变迁分析显示文摘目的 了解神木市医院住院患儿疾病谱及病死率的变化趋势,为今后该地区儿童疾病诊疗、预防保健工作及医疗资源配置提供科学依据.方法 回顾性分析神木市医院儿科1998年1月1日至2017年12月31日出院患儿的病案资料病历信息,包括疾病种类、构成比、性别、年龄、出院主要诊断、入院时间、出院时间、出院转归等资料,分析其疾病谱构成及流行病学特征.采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学分析,计数资料采用χ2检验;计量资料采用非参数Kruskal-Wallis秩和检验.结果 1998年至2017年,儿科14岁及以下的住院患儿共45 554例,其中男31 345例,占68.9%.年龄多集中于婴儿期(29 d^1岁),占36.2%.患儿平均住院天数5.84 d,中位时间5 d.呼吸系统疾病在疾病系统构成中始终居于首位(构成比60.0%).之后位次依次是新生儿疾病(19.8%)、消化系统疾病(10.7%)、神经系统疾病(2.6%)、传染病(2.2%).死亡患儿共182例,病死率有逐年下降的趋势(χ2=109 189.66,P<0.01).死亡患儿罹患的前5位疾病分别为早产儿、新生儿窒息、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征、新生儿肺炎、肺炎.结论 20年间儿科住院病例疾病谱发生了明显的变化,常见病、多发病的防治仍是儿科临床及预防工作的重点,与此同时对逐年增长的疾病给予足够的重视. | 刘娟 刘永林 BILAL HAIDEN Shamsi | 2018 | 中华实用儿科临床杂志2018,33,23: | 4 |

| 9 | Synergistic interaction of NaCl and Cd on growth and photosynthetic parameters in soybean genotypes differing in salinity tolerance显示文摘The effects of salinity(50 mmol/L NaCl) and Cd(1 μmol/L CdCl2) as sole and combined on growth and photosyn-thetic parameters were studied using two soybean genotypes,Huachun 18 and NGB.The concentrations of Cd2+,Zn2+,Ca2+,Mg2+,K+ and Na+ were also determined in seeds and pods.Huachun 18 suffered a more serious decrease than NGB in net photosynthetic rate(Pn) in the treatments of salinity stress alone and combined stress(NaCl+Cd),showing that it is relatively sensitive to salinity.The decrease in Pn caused by salt stress in Huachun 18 was mainly due to the reduced total chlorophyll content and photosynthetic efficiency(the ratio of variable fluorescence to maximal fluorescence,Fv/Fm),whereas the decease in NGB was mainly related to reduced stomatal conductance(Gs).The combined stress of both Na and Cd did not induce further decrease in photosynthesis and fluorescence in the two genotypes relative to salt or Cd stress alone.Greater change in the pod concentrations of Zn2+,Ca2+,Mg2+,K+ and Na+ was detected under salt stress for Huachun 18 than for NGB.The results suggested that the interactive effect of NaCl-Cd on growth and nutrient uptake differs between the two soybean genotypes. | SHAMSI Imran Haider | 2007 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2007,8,4: | 3 |
| 10 | 煤矿区大气污染与儿童呼吸道疾病住院人数的时间序列分析显示文摘目的评价神木县大气污染与儿童呼吸道感染住院人数的关系。方法收集2009年11月至2012年10月间神木县的气象因素(气温、相对湿度)和环境因素:二氧化硫(SO_2)、二氧化氮(NO_2)和可吸入颗粒物(PM10),以及16岁及以下儿童的住院资料。利用SAS 9.3对气象、环境因素和住院人数资料进行描述性分析,并判断主要污染物。利用R 3.0.1统计软件的建立Poisson回归的广义相加模型,引入大气污染物浓度及气象因素拟合线性模型,并考虑其滞后效应,评价主要大气污染物对儿童呼吸道感染住院的相对危险度。结果神木县的首要污染物为PM10,PM10与空气污染指数(API)的相关系数为0.917,P<0.01。在控制了长期趋势、'星期几效应'、气象因素及其它污染物的影响后发现,首要大气污染物PM10浓度每上升10μg/m^3时,每日呼吸道感染住院患儿的上呼吸道相对危险度(RR)及其95%可信区间(95%CI)为1.002(0.996~1.007),t=0.589,P=0.556;下呼吸道为1.000(0.995~1.005),t=-0.007,P=0.995。当日或滞后1~10日内PM10浓度变化均不能显著改变儿童上、下呼吸道感染的住院率。结论神木县首要污染物PM10浓度变化对儿童上、下呼吸道感染的住院情况无明显影响。 | 刘永林 刘娟 陈凤莲 张耀文 史彦华 BILAL HAIDER Shamsi 王强 焦富勇 乔艳梅 | 2014 | 中国妇幼健康研究2014,25,4: | 3 |

| 12 | Alleviation of arsenic toxicity by phosphate is associated with its regulation of detoxification,defense,and transport gene expression in barley显示文摘Arsenic(As) contamination in soils has posed a severe threat to safe crop production. The previous studies showed the antagonism between phosphorus(P) and As in plant growth and As uptake, while the mechanisms of alleviating As toxicity by P is not completely clear. Due to the limiting P condition, it is imperative to understand how low P addition can be used to suppress arsenate As(V) uptake and the subsequent mechanisms involved. Thus in this study we investigated the effect of P addition on As uptake, anti-oxidative enzyme activity, and anti-oxidant content, and the relative expression of transport, defense, and detoxification genes using two barley genotypes differing in As toxicity tolerance. P addition significantly reduced As concentration in plant tissues, and caused the great changes in activities of catalase and superoxide dismutase, glutathione content, and the relative expression of examined genes when the plants of the two barley genotypes were exposed to 100 μmol L^(–1) As, with ZDB160(As-tolerant) being much more affected than ZDB475(As-sensitive).
