| 1 | Pore throat characteristics of tight sandstone of Yanchang Formation in eastern Gansu,Ordos Basin显示文摘An important factor to evaluate reservoir quality is the pore-throat size.However,the strong heterogeneity makes it difficult to characterize the pore-throat distribution in tight reservoirs.The field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM),high pressure mercury injection and rate-controlled mercury injection are used to investigate the pore-throat size distribution in tight sandstone reservoirs of Member 7 of the Yanchang Formation in eastern Gansu,Ordos Basin,and studies of the pore throat size controlling on physical property of the tight sandstone reservoirs are also carried out.The result shows that the pore type is mainly dominated by the residual intergranular pore,dissolution pore,micropore and a few micro-fractures;the high-pressure mercury injection experiment indicates that the pore-throat size ranges from 0.0148 μm to 40mm,the pore throat more than 1 mm is less;the ratecontrolled mercury injection experiment reveals that for samples with different physical properties,the pore radius mainly varies from 80 μm to 350 μm;the throat radius exhibits the strong heterogeneity,and is from 0.12 μm to 30μm;the pore-throat size can be effectively characterized by combination of high-pressure and rate-controlled mercury injections,and it varies from 0.0148 μm to 350 μm.The permeability is mainly controlled by the large pore throat(>R_(50))which accounts for a small proportion;in the tight sandstone with the permeability greater than 0.1 mD,the permeability is mainly controlled by the micropore and mesopore;in the tight sandstone with the permeability smaller than 0.1 mD,the permeability is mainly controlled by the nanopore and micropore;the proportion of small pore throat increases with reduction of permeability,it is important that the small pore throat influences the reservoir storage property though its effect on permeability are small. | Hao Wu Chunlin Zhang Youliang Ji Rui'e Liu Shang Cao Sheng Chen Yunzhao Zhang Ye Wang Wei Du Gang Liu | 2018 | Petroleum Research2018,3,1: | 7 |
| 2 | The Value of Subjective Visual Vertical in Diagnosis of Vestibular Migraine显示文摘Objective To study the value of the subjective visual vertical(SVV)in the diagnosis of vestibular migraine(VM).Methods This study recruited 128 VM patients and 64 age-matched normal subjects.We detected the SVV during the interval between attacks in both groups,in sitting upright,and the head tilted at 45°to the left or right.We then examined the correlation between the SVV results with the vestibular evoked myogenic potential(VEMP)and canal paresis(CP).Results It was found there was a significant difference in SVV at the upright position between VM patients and normal controls(P=0.006)and no significant difference was found at the tilts of 45°to the left or right between the two groups.The SVV results at the upright position were significantly correlated with cervical VEMP(P=0.042)whereas not significantly correlated with CP and VEMP.There existed no significant difference in the conformity to the Müller effect(M effect)between the two groups.ROC analysis exhibited that the sensitivity,specificity of SVVs at the upright were 67.200%and 62.500%respectively.The diagnostic value of SVV at the upright position was significantly higher than that at tilts of 45°to the left and right(P=0.006).Nonetheless the diagnostic accuracy was relatively low.Conclusion Abnormality in SVV possibly stems from the lasting functional disorder of cerebellar or high-level cortical centers in VM patients or is linked to the vestibular compensation.The SVV is of low diagnostic value for VM and the value of SVV in VM warrants further study. | Fei LI Jin XU Gen-ru LI Rui GAO Chen-yong SHANG E TIAN Wei-jia KONG Jian-hua ZHUANG Su-lin ZHANG | 2021 | Current Medical Science2021,41,4: | 3 |
| 3 | MORN3:MEIG1的分子伴侣在小鼠生精细胞中的表达显示文摘哺乳动物精子发生由细胞发育和分化的精细过程组成。减数分裂基因1(MEG1)在调节精子发生过程中起着重要作用。为探讨MEIGl的作用机制,采用酵母双杂交筛选出可能与MEIG1发生作用的多个蛋白,OJMORN3蛋白。通过制备全长MORN3蛋白N端的特异性多克隆抗体,分别在体外和体内研究MORN3的表达和定位。免疫荧光染色转染CHO细胞显示,MORN3定位在整个包浆。体内实验证实25kDa的MORN3蛋白仅在小鼠睾丸组织中表达,且主要在出生后20天开始表达,即主要表达于精子发生的第三阶段生精细胞变态期。在从成年野生型小鼠分离的混合睾丸细胞的整个生精细胞变态期,MORN3均表达于顶体,在长形精子期该蛋白同时也在精子领表达。在Meig—J基因敲除小鼠中,MORN3总体表达水平和在顶体中的定位没有改变,但在精子领的表达显著降低。以上研究表明MORN3作为MEIGl蛋白的分子伴侣,可能是精子发生过程的另一个重要调节因子。 | Ling Zhang Xue-Jun Shang Hong-Fei Li Yu-Qin Shi Wei Li Maria E Teves Zhi-Qiong Wang Gao-Feng Jiang Shi-Zhen Song Zhi-Bing Zhang | 2015 | Asian Journal of Andrology2015,17,1: | 3 |
| 4 | Novel Anti-fouling Strategies of Live and Dead Soft Corals(Sarcophyton trocheliophorum):Combined Physical and Chemical Mechanisms显示文摘At present,biomimetic antifouling research objects are mostly concentrated on the fast-moving marine organism,but the anti-fouling effect of the low-speed or static marine equipment is not obvious.This paper describes the anti-fouling mechanism of soft coral(Sarcophyton trocheliophorum),including the physical defense mechanism and the bactericidal ability of mucus and coral powder.As a sessile organisms,soft coral lacks escape mechanism.Therefore,the study on its antibacterial strategy is significant because it can provide theoretical guidance for static antifouling.Results showed that the live soft coral would molt in unfriendly environment,and the secreted mucus could defend themselves against fouling microorganism.Then,Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(LC-MS)analysis was conducted to identify the bioactive compounds of the coral powder and mucus.Results revealed that both powder and mucus contained a wide variety of toxic components,which had bactericidal effects.Moreover,at the same concentration,the inhibitory effect of the main components on Gram-negative bacteria was stronger than that on positive bacteria.These findings enhance the understanding about the antifouling mechanism of soft coral and provide new ideas for design and prepare novel antifouling strategy to combat biofouling under static condition. | Limei Tian E Jin Benli Yu Hang Sun Yangeng Shang Wei Bing | 2020 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2020,17,4: | 2 |
