1Recent progress in CFD for naval architecture and ocean engineering显示文摘An overview is provided of CFDShip-Iowa modeling, numerical methods and high performance computing(HPC), including both current V4.5 and V5.5 and next generation V6. Examples for naval architecture highlight capability and needs. High fidelity V6 simulations for ocean engineering and fundamental physics describe increased resolution for analysis of physics of fluids. 2基于红外相机数据的甘肃盐池湾国家级自然保护区鸟兽生物多样性评估(英文)显示文摘红外相机在物种多样性监测中有着重要的应用。我们于2015年11月至2016年6月间,在盐池湾自然保护区雪豹(Panthera uncia)栖息地约400km2的范围内系统性地布置了62台自动红外相机,以期了解该地区的野生动物资源现状,估测该地区的鸟兽物种总丰富度,评估红外相机在该地区鸟兽调查监测中的应用效果,并对关键物种的栖息地利用及种间相互作用进行探究。调查共回收红外相机57台,累积相机工作日10171天,拍摄到野生动物有效独立事件2868次。记录到至少17种哺乳动物,分属5目11科,记录到20种鸟类,分属4目7科,其中豺(Cuon alpinus)为IUCN濒危物种,雪豹和白唇鹿(Cervus albirostris)为易危物种,兔狲(Felis manul)、香鼬(Mustela altaica)、高山兀鹫(Gyps himalayensis)和秃鹫(Aegypius monachus)为近危物种。使用Chao2和基于出现率的盖度估计(incidence-based coverage estimate,ICE)两个统计量进行物种总丰富度的非参数估计,并做物种稀疏曲线,对取样强度进行评估。结果表明红外相机对兽类和雉类物种的取样较为充分,而对鸟类的取样还不完全。使用占有率模型(occupancy modelling)对欧亚猞猁(Lynx lynx)及其潜在猎物物种的栖息地利用与种间相互作用进行分析。表明调查范围内,欧亚猞猁对栖息地的利用与海拔因素无关;高原兔(Lepus oiostolus)和高原山鹑(Perdix hodgsoniae)在栖息地利用上倾向于与欧亚猞猁相回避,而鼠兔(Ochotona spp.)对栖息地的利用则与欧亚猞猁相独立。张成成 王君 Justine Shanti ALEXANDER 窦志刚 乌力吉 董万涛 达布西力特 杨巨才 时坤 2018Journal of Resources and Ecology2018,9,5:9

4中国雪豹的威胁与保护现状显示文摘大部分保护机构只有能力在特定种群层面上保护大型食肉动物,而物种的灭绝风险却是在全球尺度进行评估的。因此,要填补这一尺度断层,多机构的工作与意见汇总非常必要。本研究综合了文献和18家中国雪豹(Panthera uncia)研究与保护机构共24位一线工作人员提供的信息,经过两次集体讨论和填写评分表格的方式,识别出21种威胁因素,在全国层面和青海、西藏、新疆、四川和甘肃5个主要雪豹分布省区层面对威胁进行了排序,并汇总了各保护机构实施的17项保护行动,以及各项行动所应对的威胁。全国评分前三的威胁依次是基层保护部门能力不足(9.5分)、气候变化(8.0分)、当地社区保护动力不足(6.8分),不同省区的威胁排序则体现出很大差异性。其中,目前仍没有任何行动措施应对气候变化。虽然已有一些保护行动来应对基层保护能力不足和当地社区保护动力不足的问题,如保护区能力建设、开展社区监测等,但行动的覆盖尺度仍远远不够。李小雨 肖凌云 梁旭昶 程琛 冯琛 赵翔 刘炎林 卞晓星 何兵 张常智 Justine Shanti Alexander 邢睿 黄亚慧 阿旺久美 谢然尼玛 宋大昭 黄巧雯 扎西桑俄 彭奎 尹杭 连新明 杨欣 李晟 施小刚 杨创明 吕植 2019生物多样性2019,27,9:7
5蜡样芽胞杆菌YSQ08碱性蛋白酶aprA基因在毕赤酵母中的表达显示文摘从蛇消化道内容物分离出的一株产角蛋白酶菌株为蜡样芽孢杆菌YSQ08。通过分析Bacillus cereus ATCC 14579的基因组和蛋白酶家族,对比分析蜡样芽孢杆菌YSQ08纯化角蛋白酶的酶活特性,确定碱性蛋白酶aprA基因(1194 bp)为目标角蛋白酶。为深入研究角蛋白酶的潜在能力,对蜡样芽孢杆菌YSQ08碱性蛋白酶aprA基因在毕赤酵母X33上进行克隆、表达和优化重组。结果其10倍浓缩的角蛋白酶酶活达到122.60 U/mL。经优化后的aprA基因在表面展示重组酵母中得到高效表达,并且具有较高的角蛋白酶活性,酶活最高可达到295.78 U/g干细胞重。酶学性质分析结果表明,表面展示表达的重组aprA蛋白酶性质与天然型相比具有更高的热稳定性,最适反应温度为55℃,最适pH为8.0。Fe^(2+)可显著提高重组蛋白的酶活性,最高可达329.08%。表面展示表达的重组角蛋白酶可作为全细胞固定化催化剂,具有更好的热稳定性并能降低酶的纯化回收成本。黄东彦 Shanti Mazu 朱辉 朱剑锋 胡文锋 2016现代食品科技2016,32,12:5
6酶菌联用降解羽毛工艺优化及降解产物对黑水虻幼虫生长性能的影响显示文摘试验采用角蛋白酶和蜡样芽孢杆菌联用处理鸡羽毛,以羽毛降解率为指标,研究了不同pH值、酶添加量、细菌接种量、羽毛添加量和发酵时间对羽毛降解率的影响,优化了降解羽毛的工艺条件。之后分别使用三种降解产物和猪粪作为饲料,研究了羽毛降解产物对黑水虻幼虫生长性能的影响,包括平均增重、料重比和存活率等。结果表明,适宜的酶菌联用降解羽毛工艺条件为:pH值9.0、酶添加量2 000 U/g、蜡样芽孢杆菌接种量3.0%(v/v)、羽毛添加量2.5%,发酵5 d。使用发酵上清液干物质作为饲料养殖黑水虻幼虫,能有效提高黑水虻幼虫平均增重、优化料重比、提高存活率。Mazu Sabirath Shanti 林俊宏 朱剑锋 朱辉 李楚君 庞旭 董璐 胡文锋 2017饲料工业2017,38,22:4
7And-hyperglycemic activity of leaves extract of Hyptis suavcolens L.Poit in streptozotocin induced diabetic rats显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the antihyperglycemic activity of leaves of Hyptis suaveolens using streptozotocin model.Mothods:Hyptis suaveolens extract(HSE) 250 and 500 mg/kg body weight was administered orally to streptozotocin induced diabetes,once daily for 21 days.Results:A significant reduction in blood glucose was observed in diabetic animals treated with HSE at different doses when compared with diabetic rats.Levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprolein.very low density lipoprotein were decreased while administering HSE at different doses,compared with their control values in diabetic animals.Conclusions:Our results show that HSE possesses significant antihyperglycemic activity which might be attributed to stimulating effects on glucose utilization and antioxidant enzyme.Shanti Bhushan Mishra Amita Verma Alok Mukerjee Vijayakumar M 2011Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2011,4,9:4
8祁连山地区当地居民对雪豹(Panthera uncia)野生猎物物种的态度及其影响因素(英文)显示文摘作为全球生态环境保护问题之一的人兽冲突(HWC)正受到越来越多的关注。了解人兽冲突产生的原因对于预防和缓解人兽冲突十分重要。在中国的许多地区,大量的人口和当地的经济发展加剧了当地居民与捕食动物以及猎物之间的冲突。本研究通过对甘肃省祁连山国家级自然保护区内8个村庄46户当地牧民的访谈,调查评估了祁连山地区当地居民对岩羊(Pseudaois nayaur,Hodgson,1833)、白唇鹿(Carvus albirostris,Przewalski,1883)、马鹿(Cervus elaphus,Linnaeus,1758)和喜马拉雅旱獭(Marmota himalayana Hodgson,1841)的态度。我们调查了当地基于草原畜牧业的三种生态修复政策(禁牧、可持续放牧和种草)对当地居民的影响,研究了这些政策对当地居民对野生动物态度产生的影响。结果表明,整体上当地牧民对野生动物持中性态度,但对岩羊表现出消极态度。混合效应线性模型的结果表明,不同村庄的牧民对特定物种的态度不同,社会经济因素不能很好地解释这一结果。此外,我们发现,尽管有时当地居民对一些政策的实施持消极看法,禁牧和其它政策的实施和当地牧民对野生动物的积极态度依然呈正相关。这一发现表明,我们通常认识的威胁野生动物生存的因素与实际的威胁因素之间存在潜在偏差。同时,我们发现当地居民报道的家畜死亡主要是可预防性疾病造成的,因此,对当地流行性疫源疫病的防控可能会对当地居民的野生动物态度产生积极影响。Casey D.SULLIVAN 陈鹏举 Justine Shanti ALEXANDER 白德凤 时坤 2018Journal of Resources and Ecology2018,9,5:2

12Arterial pH,bicarbonate levels and base deficit at presentation as markers of predicting mortality in acute pancreatitis:a single-centre prospective study显示文摘Background.Arterial blood gas(ABG)parameters such as pH form part of multi-parameter scoring systems for predicting severe acute pancreatitis;however,literature on detailed evaluation of ABG alone in this context is scarce.Methods.Patients with acute pancreatitis presenting to our unit between January 2012 and November 2013 were prospectively studied.ABG analysis was done at admission and development of organ failure,any need for intervention,and mortality were noted.The association between various parameters of ABG analysis and the development of organ failure or local complications,need for interventions(endoscopic/radiological/surgical)and mortality were analysed.Results.Two hundred and five patients(mean age:39.33-13.85 years;61.0%males)were prospectively studied.The aetiology of acute pancreatitis was alcohol in 93 patients(45.4%)and gall stone disease in 73(35.6%).Organ failure developed in 71.2%patients and 83.9%had local complications.In 18%of patients,endoscopic/radiological/surgical interventions were needed and 14.6%died.The patients(n=35)with metabolic acidosis(pH<7.35)suffered higher frequency of organ failure,need for interventions and mortality.Patients with low arterial bicarbonate levels,as well as higher base deficit,also displayed higher frequency of organ failure,need for interventions and mortality.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves for pH<7.35,bicarbonate<22 meq/L and base deficit of>4 meq/L for prediction of mortality were 0.771(95%CI:0.664–0.878),0.707(95%CI:0.622–0.791)and 0.780(95%CI:0.693–0.867),respectively.Conclusion.Arterial pH,bicarbonate levels,and base deficit at presentation are useful early markers for predicting adverse outcome in acute pancreatitis.Vishal Sharma Thingbaijam Shanti Devi Ravi Sharma Puneet Chhabra Rajesh Gupta Surinder S.Rana Deepak K.Bhasin 2014Gastroenterology Report2014,2,3:1
