2DFT Investigations(Geometry Optimization, UV/Vis, FT-IR, NMR, HOMO-LUMO, FMO, MEP, NBO, Excited States) and the Syntheses of New Pyrimidine Dyes显示文摘In the present work, the molecular structures of two new synthesized dyes:(4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-ylamino)(5-p-tolylisoxazol-3-yl)methanol(PS-1) and N-(4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl)-5-phenylisoxazole-3-carboxamide(PS-2), have been investigated using density functional theory(DFT) in dimethylformamide(DMF) for the first time. The electronic spectra of new dyes in a DMF solvent were carried out by time dependent density functional theory(TD-DFT) method. After quantum-chemical calculations two new dyes for the optoelectronic applications were synthesized. FT-IR spectra of the title compounds are recorded and discussed. NucleusIndependent Chemical Shifts(NICS) calculations have also been carried out for the title compounds. The computed absorption spectral data of the title compounds are in good agreement with the experimental data, thus allowing an assignment of the UV spectra. 4茚虫威和六伏隆对小菜蛾卵、幼虫和成虫的药效(英文)显示文摘化学防治是世界各地防治小菜蛾Plutella xylostella(L.)的主要方法。选择对小菜蛾各发育阶段高效的杀虫剂有助于很好地控制这一害虫。本研究用浸叶法测定了茚虫威和六伏隆对小菜蛾卵、幼虫和成虫的毒性。茚虫威和六伏隆对小菜蛾卵的LC50值分别为201.40和37.32mg/L。茚虫威和六伏隆对3龄幼虫也有很好的毒性(茚虫威的LC50为4.82mg/L;六伏隆的LC50为1.48mg/L)。对成虫的毒性结果表明,这两种杀虫剂对成虫均没有理想的毒性(茚虫威的LC50为845.20mg/L;六伏隆的LC50为3438mg/L)。根据计算的LC50值,六伏隆对小菜蛾卵和幼虫的毒性比茚虫威高,但是茚虫威对成虫的毒性更高。Mohammad MAHMOUNDVAND Habib ABBASIPOUR Aziz Sheikhi GARJAN Ali Reza BANDANI 2010昆虫学报2010,53,12:3
5Thermostable Broad Band Polarizing PVA-Film: Theoretical and Experimental Investigations显示文摘In the present work, for the first time on the basis of poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA), 2-(4-dimethylaminostyryl)-1-ethylquinolinium iodide(quinaldine red(QR)) and trisodium(4 E)-5-oxo-1-(4-sulfonatophenyl)-4-[(4-sulfonatophenyl)hydrazono]-3 pyrazolecarboxylate(tartrazine(T)), thermostable polarizing film in a wide range of spectra(λ_(max) = 394~511 nm) with polarization efficiency(PE) = 98% in absorption maximum and stretching degree(Rs) = 3.5 was developed. The basic spectral-polarization parameters(polarization efficiency and transmittance) of oriented colored PVA-films were measured and discussed. During the work it was found that oriented PVA-films are the phenomenon of anisotropy of thermal conductivity(λⅡ/λl). It is a very important parameter for the development of thermostable PVA-polarizing films. For the first time quantum-chemical calculations using density functional theory(DFT) approach for structural analysis and electronic spectrum of the QR were carried out via the B3 LYP/dgdzvp and TDB3 LYP/dgdzvp methods. Interpretation of absorption strips in visible region of spectrum was also reported. The excitation energies, electronic transitions and oscillator strengths for the studied structures have also been calculated(B3 LYP/dgdzvp). 6Revealing the surface electronic structures of AIGaN deep-ultraviolet multiple quantum wells with lateral polarity domains显示文摘We report on the carrier dynamic and electronic structure investigations on AlGaN-based deep-ultraviolet multiple quantum wells (MQWs)with lateral polarity domains.The localized potential maximum is predicted near the domain boundaries by first-principle calculation,suggesting carrier localization and efficient radiative recombination.More importantly,lateral band diagrams of the MQWs are proposed based on electron affinities and valance band levels calculated from ultraviolet(UV)photoelectron spectroscopy.The proposed lateral band diagram is further demonstrated by surface potential distribution collected by Kelvin probe microscopy and the density-of-state calculation of energy bands.This work illustrates that lateral polarity structures are playing essential roles in the electronic properties of II nitride photonic devices and may provide novel perspective in the realization of high-efficiency UV emitters.WEI GUO LI CHEN HOUQIANG XU YINGDA QIAN MOHEB SHEIKHI JASON HOO SHIPING GUO LIANG XU JIANZHE LU FERAS ALQATARI XIAOHANG LI KAIYAN HE ZHE CHUAN FENG JICHUN YE 2020Photonics Research2020,8,6:2
7Effect of Sinter Hardening on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Astaloy 85Mo显示文摘Effect of sinter hardening on the microstructure, density, hardness and tensile properties of Astaloy 85Mo+0.7% graphite was investigated. For this purpose, Astaloy 85Mo, a pre-alloyed powder, was mixed with 0.7% UF4 graphite and then pressed in single action die and sintered at 1 120 ℃ for 30 min in N2-10%H2 atmosphere. Then samples were cooled from 0.5 to 3 ℃/s sintering temperature in accordance with different cooling rates. The difference in microstructure, hardness, density and tensile properties of the samples associated with different cooling rates from sintering temperature has been investigated. 8Antitumor and Antioxidant Activities of the New Anthraquinone Derivatives: Synthesis, DPPH, ABTS, Biological and DFT Investigations显示文摘In the given research,for the first time the molecular structures of four new anthraquinone derivatives have been predicted and investigated by using Density Functional Theory(DFT/M052X/MidiX)in water.After quantum-chemical calculations the title compounds have been synthesized.The M052X/MidiX method has been employed to obtain Bond Dissociation Enthalpy(BDE),Mulliken Charges,NBO analysis,Ionization Potential(IP),Electron Affinities(EA),HOMO and LUMO energies,Hardness(η),Softness(S),Electronegativity(μ),Electrophilic Index(ω),Electron Donating Power(ω^-),Electron Accepting Power(ω^+)and Energy Gap(Eg) in order to infer scavenging activity of the four new synthesized anthraquinone derivatives(Sm-3,Sm-4,Sm-7,Sm-10).Comparative analysis of BDE of Sm-3,4,7,10 indicates the weal antioxidant potential of these structures.These molecules have high antioxidant potential due to the planarity and formation of intramolecular hydrogen bonds.Experimental investigations establish high antioxidant and antitumor activities of the synthesized anthraquinone derivatives.SYAMAK Shahab MASOOME Sheikhi RADWAN Alnajjar LIUDMILA Filippovich EVGENJ Dikusar 2019Chinese Journal of Structural Chemistry2019,38,10:2
9Nanoengineered Shear-Thinning Hydrogel Barrier for Preventing Postoperative Abdominal Adhesions显示文摘More than 90%of surgical patients develop postoper-ative adhesions,and the incidence of hospital re-admissions can be as high as 20%.Current adhesion barriers present limited efficacy due to difficulties in application and incompatibility with minimally invasive interventions.To solve thisclinical limitation,we developed an injectable and sprayable shear-thinning hydrogel barrier(STHB)composed of silicate nanoplatelets and poly(ethylene oxide).We optimized this technology to recover mechanical integrity after stress,enabling its delivery though inject-able and sprayable methods.We also demonstrated limited cell adhesion and cytotoxicity to STHB compositions in vitro.The STHB was then tested in a rodent model of peritoneal injury to determine its e cacy preventing the formation of postoperative adhesions.After two weeks,the peritoneal adhesion index was used as a scoring method to determine the formation of postoperative adhesions,and STHB formulations presented superior e cacy compared to a commercially available adhesion barrier.Histological and immunohistochemical examination showed reduced adhesion formation and minimal immune infiltration in STHB formulations.Our technology demonstrated increased e cacy,ease of use in complex anatomies,and compatibility with di erent delivery methods,providing a robust universal platform to prevent postoperative adhesions in a wide range of surgical interventions.Guillermo U.Ruiz-Esparza Xichi Wang Xingcai Zhang Sofia Jimenez-Vazquez Liliana Diaz-Gomez Anne-Marie Lavoie Samson Afewerki Andres AFuentes-Baldemar Roberto Parra-Saldivar Nan Jiang Nasim Annabi Bahram Saleh Ali K.Yetisen Amir Sheikhi Thomas H.Jozefiak Su Ryon Shin Nianguo Dong Ali Khademhosseini 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,12:2

14Optimal Equilibrium Selection of Price-maker Agents in Performance-based Regulation Market显示文摘This paper analyzes the oligopolistic equilibria of multiple price-maker agents in performance-based regulation(PBR)markets.In these markets,there are price-maker agents representing some frequency regulation(FR)providers and a number of independent price-taker FR providers.A model of equilibrium problem with equilibrium constraints(EPECs)is employed in this paper to study the equilibria of a PBR market in the presence of price-maker agents and price-taker FR providers.Due to the incorporation of the FR providers’dynamics,the proposed model is reformulated as a mixed-integer linear programming(MILP)problem over innovative mathematical techniques.An optimal equilibrium point is also selected for the market,where none of the agents is the unique deviator and the dynamic performance of power system is improved simultaneously.The effectiveness of the proposed optimal equilibrium point is evaluated by comparing the outputs with the conventional optimal dispatches of the FR providers.Mohammad Rayati Aras Sheikhi Ali Mohammad Ranjbar Wei Sun 2022Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2022,10,1:1
