1Synthesis and Deposition of TiC-Fe Coatings by Oxygen-acetylene Flame Spraying显示文摘A simpler and more convenient method for producing wear-resistant, TiC-reinforced coatings were investigated in this study. It consists of the simultaneous synthesis and deposition of TiC-Fe materials by oxyacetylene flame spraying.Solid reagents bound together to form a single particle are injected into the flame stream where an in-situ reaction occurs. The reaction products are propelled onto a substrate to form a coating. Microstructural analyses reveal that TiC and Fe are the dominant phases in the coatings. The reaction between Ti and C happens step by step along with the reactive spray powder flight, and TiC-Fe materials were mainly synthesized where the spray distance is 125~170 mm. The TiC-Fe coatings are composed of alternate TiC-rich and TiC-poor lamellae with different microhardness of 11.9~13.7 and 3.0~6.0 Gpa, respectively. Submicron and round TiC particles are dispersed within a ductile metal matrix. The peculiar microstructure is thought to be responsible for its good wear resistance, which is better nearly five times than WC-reinforced cermet coatings obtained by traditional oxyacetylene flame spray.ZhiwenLI ChangsongLIU JihuaHUANG ShengYIN 2003Journal of Materials Science & Technology2003,19,2:10

4Hardness variations during aging process of deformed W-Ni-Fe ternary alloys with high nickel-to-iron ratios显示文摘The aging precipitation behavior of β phase in two kinds of alloys with 7/3 and 9/1 nickel-to-iron ratios during aging at 800℃ after deformation was studied. The results show that there are two different kinds of aging hardness variation mechanisms (the softening mechanism and the hardening mechanism) deciding the hardness variations of the alloys. 5Experimental Study on Purification Efficiency of Air Purifier for the Indoor Total Volatile Organic Compounds显示文摘By using total volatile organic compounds( TVOC) as the objective volatile pollutant,the purification efficiency of some representative air purifiers bought in the market was determined under the relatively independent and stable environmental conditions supplied by the self-made multifunctional environmental test chamber. Various evaluation parameters of TVOC were calculated based on the tested results,such as purification efficiency and removal rate. The results showed that the TVOC purification efficiency increased with enhancing the temperature or lessening the relative humidity,but this effect is not obvious. The air purifiers which use photocatalytic technology have higher TVOC purification efficiency than those which only use some adsorption technology. 8Fenton cleaning strategy for ceramic membrane fouling in wastewater treatment显示文摘Membrane fouling is an obstacle impeding the wide applications of ceramic membranes and organics are responsible for most of the membrane fouling issues in wastewater treatment.In this study,Fenton cleaning strategy was firstly proposed to clean ceramic membrane fouling in wastewater treatment.Fe2+ efficiently catalyzed fouling cleaning with H2O2 (1.5%) to recover the filterability of ceramic membrane.The maximum ΔTMP recovery (over 99%) was achieved at an optimal Fe2+ dosage of 124 mg/L after 6 hr of immersion cleaning.The total residual membrane fouling resistance decreased gradually from this optimum value as the Fe2+ dosage increased above 124 mg/L.The residual hydraulically reversible fouling resistance accounted for most of the membrane fouling and was basically removed (≤3.0 × 109 m-1) when Fe2+ dosages higher than 124 mg/L were used.The foulants responsible for the formation of a residual hydraulically reversible fouling layer (DOC (dissolved organic carbon),proteins,polysaccharides,EEM (fluorescence excitationemission matrix spectra),SS (suspended solids),and VSS (volatile suspended solids)) were gradually removed as the Fe2+ dosage increased.These residual organic foulants were degraded from biopolymers (10-200 kDa) to low molecular weight substances (0.1-1 kDa),and the particle size of these residual foulants decreased significantly as a result.The strong oxidation power of hydrogen peroxide/hydroxy radicals towards organic foulants was enhanced by Fe2+.Fe2+ played a significant role in the removal of hydraulically reversible fouling and irreversible fouling from the ceramic membrane.However,Fe2+(≥124 mg/L) increased the likelihood of forming secondary iron-organics aggregates.Shengyin Tang Lixun Zhang Yi Peng Jing Liu Zhenghua Zhang 2019Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,11:1

13Extraordinary self-lubrication properties of non-hydrogenated diamond-like carbon films under humid atmosphere显示文摘Tribological properties of non-hydrogenated diamond-like carbon (DLC) films were investigated under humid (RH=80%) and dry (RH=5%) air. These films were deposited by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) at different substrate temperatures. Tribological properties of DLC fabricated by PLD is not sensitive to the relative humidity of testing environment. Because of the unique growth mechanism of DLC pre- pared by PLD, DLC is of 'soft-hard' double layers, having a very low friction coefficient and wear rate under humid atmosphere. The minimum coefficient and wear rate of film under humid circumstance are 0.045 and 5.94×10?10 mm3N-1m-1, respectively, just a little bit more than those under dry condition. The root means square roughness of film is less than 1 nm. The sp3 content of film grown at room tem- perature (RT) is 72%, and the sp3 content decreases with temperature. Raman spectrum shows that the micro-structure is amorphous network. The largest hardness and elastic modulus of film are 51 GPa and 350 GPa, respectively and they reduce with increase of deposition temperature too. 14Influence Mechanism for Assessment of Implementation Effect of Policy of Relocating the Poor显示文摘Based on survey data of nine poverty-stricken counties in Wumen mountainous area,using the ordinal Probit model,this paper analyzed the influence mechanism for the assessment of the implementation effect of the policy of relocating the poor. It obtained the following results.( i) Material security and social environment have a positive influence on the assessment of the policy of relocating the poor.( ii) In terms of material security,there is no significant relationship between the employment environment and the assessment of the policy of relocating the poor. Per capita annual income,per capita housing,income-increasing channels,and endowment insurance have significant effects on the assessment of the policy of relocating the poor.( iii) In social environment,public services,infrastructure,neighborhood relations,and environmental sanitation have significant effects on the assessment of the policy of relocating the poor,while there is no significant relationship between the awareness of poverty alleviation policies and the effect assessment of the policy of relocating the poor.( iv) The severer the poverty,the more significant the assessment of the implementation effect of the policy of relocating the poor. 17AStudy ofthe Balanced Area of Index's Fluctuation in Shanghai Stock Exchange显示文摘Chinese stock market is a developing one. In the present stages, to control scientifically the expansion speed and avoid drastic fluctuations is an important problem. Through analysis of plenty of data of SSE(Shanghai Stock Exchange) Index and relevant economic quotas, we find that the problem of predicting SSE Index is a typical multi variable, nonlinear one. On the basis of the analysis, we apply the technology of fuzzy pattern recognition, to the optimum pattern division of SSE Index’s time alignments from Jan. of 1993 to Dec. of 1997, and get a balanced pattern of the stock index fluctuation. At the same time, by using database technology, we find the optimum expansion speed of Shanghai stock, which can make SSE Index fluctuate steadily within the balanced area. We verified this model with the latest data and found it coincides with the reality perfectly.
