2s-HBEGF/SIRT1 circuit-dictated crosstalk between vascular endothelial cells and keratinocytes mediates sorafenib-induced hand-foot skin reaction that can be reversed by nicotinamide显示文摘Hand-foot skin reaction(HFSR),among the most significant adverse effects of sorafenib,has been limiting the clinical benefits of this frontline drug in treating various malignant tumors.The mechanism underlying such toxicity remains poorly understood,hence the absence of effective intervention strategies.In the present study,we show that vascular endothelial cells are the primary cellular target of sorafenib-induced HFSR wherein soluble heparin-binding epidermal growth factor(s-HBEGF)mediates the crosstalk between vascular endothelial cells and keratinocytes.Mechanistically,s-HBEGF released from vascular endothelial cells activates the epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)on keratinocytes and promotes the phosphorylation of c-Jun N-terminal kinase 2(JNK2),which stabilizes sirtuin 1(SIRT1),an essential keratinization inducer,and ultimately gives rise to HFSR.The administration of s-HBEGF in vivo could sufficiently induce hyper-keratinization without sorafenib treatment.Furthermore,we report that HBEGF neutralization antibody,Sirtl knockdown,and a classic SIRTI inhibitor nicotinamide could all significantly reduce the sorafenib-induced HFSR in the mouse model.It is noteworthy that nicotinic acid,a prodrug of nicotinamide,could substantially reverse the sorafenib-induced HFSR in ten patients in a preliminary clinical study.Collectively,our findings reveal the mechanism of vascular endothelial cell-promoted keratinization in keratinocytes and provide a potentially promising therapeutic strategy for the treatment of sorafenib-induced HFSR.Peihua Luo Hao Yan Xueqin Chen Ying Zhang Ziying Zhao Ji Cao Yi Zhu Jiangxia Du Zhifei Xu Xiaochen Zhang Su Zeng Bo Yang Shenglin Ma Qiaojun He 2020Cell Research2020,30,9:5
3Sustainable and invisible anti-counterfeiting inks based on waterborne polyurethane and upconversion nanoparticles for leather products显示文摘Counterfeit leather products infringe the intellectual property rights of the business,cause enormous economic loss,and negatively influence the business enthusiasm for innovation.However,traditional anti-counterfeiting materials for leather products suffer from complicated fabrication procedures,photobleaching,and high volatile organic com-pound(VOC)emissions.Here,a sustainable and invisible anti-counterfeiting ink composed of waterborne polyure-thane and water-dispersible lanthanide-doped upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)featuring ease of preparation,high photostability,non-toxicity,low VOC emissions,and strong adhesion strength for leather products is designed and synthesized.After decorating on the surface of leather products,the obtained patterns are invisible under normal light conditions.Upon irradiation at 808 nm,the invisible patterns can be observed by naked eyes due to the visible light emitted by 808 nm excited UCNPs.Our approach described here opens a new pathway to realize the long-term,stable anti-counterfeiting function of leather products.Jun Xiang Jianxun Lin Zhonghui Wang Shenglin Zhou Zhenya Wang Qiang Yan Yidong Liu Haojun Fan 2021Journal of Leather Science and Engineering2021,3,1:4
4Loading Fe3O4 nanoparticles on paper-derived carbon scaffold toward advanced lithium-sulfur batteries显示文摘Lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs) are regarded as a competitive next-generation energy storage device.However, their practical performance is seriously restricted due to the undesired polysulfides shuttling.Herein, a multifunctional interlayer composed of paper-derived carbon(PC) scaffold, Fe3O4 nanoparticles,graphene, and graphite sheets is designed for applications in LSBs. The porous PC skeleton formed by the interweaving long-fibers not only facilitates fast transfer of Li ions and electrons but also provides a physical barrier for the polysulfide shuttling. The secondary Fe3O4@graphene component can reduce the polarization, boost the attachment of polysulfides, and promote the charging-discharging kinetics. The outer graphitic sheets layers benefit the interfacial electrochemistry and the utilization of S-containing species.The efficient obstruction of polysulfides diffusion is further witnessed via in situ ultraviolet-visible characterization and first-principles simulations. When 73% sulfur/commercial acetylene black is used as the cathode, the cell exhibits excellent capacity retention with high capacities at 0.5 C for 1000 cycles and even up to 10 C for 500 cycles, an ultrahigh rate capability up to 10 C(478 m Ah g-1), and a high arealsulfur loading of 8.05 mg cm-2. 5Anand Parameters Determination for SnAgCu Solder Bearing Micro-amounts Rare Earth Ce显示文摘SnAgCu solder system with the addition of rare earth Ce,which has better thermo-mechanical properties compared to those of SnPb solder,is regarded as one of the promising candidates for electronic assembly.Moreover,the SnAgCuCe solder alloys can provide good quality joints with Cu substrates.However,there is few report of the constitutive model for SnAgCu solder bearing micro-amounts rare earth Ce.In this paper,the unified viscoplastic constitutive model,Anand equations,is used to represent the inelastic deformation behavior for SnAgCu and SnAgCuCe solders.In order to obtain the acquired data for the fitting of the material parameters of this unified model,a series of experiments of constant strain rate test were conducted under isothermal conditions at different temperatures.The Anand parameters of the constitutive equations for SnAgCu and SnAgCuCe solder were determined from separated constitutive relations and experimental results.Nonlinear least-square fitting was selected to determine the model constants.And the simulated results were then compared with experimental measurements of the stress-inelastic strain curves:excellent agreement was found.The model accurately predicted the overall trend of steady-state stress-strain behavior of SnAgCu and SnAgCuCe solders for the temperature ranges from 25 ℃ to 150 ℃,and the strain rate ranges from 0.01 s-1 to 0.001 s-1.It is concluded that the Anand model can be applied for representing the inelastic deformation behavior of solders at high homologous temperature and can be recommended for finite element simulation of the stress-strain response of lead free soldered joints.Based on the Anand model,the investigations of thermo-mechanical of SnAgCu and SnAgCuCe soldered joints in fine pitch quad flat package by finite element code were done under thermal cyclic loading,it is found that the reliability of SnAgCu soldered joints can be improved remarkably with addition of rare earth Ce.The results may provide a theory guide for developing constitutive model for lead-free solders.ZHANG Liang XUE Songbai GAO Lili CHEN Yan YU Shenglin SHENG Zhong 2010Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,2:2

12A Two-dimensional Dual-pore Covalent Organic Framework for Efficient Iodine Capture显示文摘Effectively capturing volatile radioiodine generated during the nuclear fission process is considered to be a safe way to the utilization of nuclear power. Here we report a new two-dimensional covalent organic framework(2D COF), ETTA-PyTTA-COF, as a highly efficient iodine adsorbent, which is constructed through the condensation reaction between 4,4’,4’’,4’’’-(ethene-1,1,2,2-tetrayl)-tetrabenzaldehyde(ETTA) and 1,3,6,8-tetrakis(4-aminophenyl)pyrene(PyTTA). The ETTA-PyTTA-COF possesses a permanent 1D channel porous structure with a high Brunauer-Emmet-Teller(BET) surface area of 1519 m2/g and excellent chemical and thermal stability. 13磁疗联合盐酸格拉司琼与单用盐酸格拉司琼防治化疗相关性呕吐的对照研究(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to observe and compare the antiemetic effectiveness and adverse events of magnetotherapy plus 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT3) receptor inhibitor granisetron hydrochloride vs granisetron hydrochloride alone in patients with chemotherapy.Methods:Sixty-four patients were randomized to receive either granisetron hydrochloride alone (control group:granisetron hydrochloride 3 mg intervenous infusion before chemotherapy, from the 1st day of chemotherapy course until the day after chemotherapy course completed) or magnetotherapy plus granisetron hydrochloride (treatment group:the same granisetron hydrochloride regimen plus rotatory magnetotherapy of 1 every day after chemotherapy for 5 begin with chemotherapy).Baseline characteristics were similar in both groups.The patients' emesia was evaluated according to WHO's criteria.The density of 5-HT3 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results:In the treatment of acute vomiting, there was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05), but in the treatment of tardive vomiting, the effectiveness in treatment group was better than that in control group (P<0.05).The density of 5-HT3 in treatment group and control group were (225.32±57.29) ng/mL vs (213.00 ±53.29) ng/mL before chemotherapy and (273.88 ±75.42) ng/mL vs (313.17±76.36) ng/mL after chemotherapy (P<0.01); the rate of adverse events was 36.36% and 48.39% respectively in treatment group and control group (P>0.05).Conclusion:Magnetotherapy plus granisetron hydrochloride provide better effectiveness than granisetron hydrochloride alone, and both therapies have synergistic effect.The adverse events didn't raised in treatment group.Yongjun Zhang Shenglin Ma Aiqin Zhang Yan Sun Wenlong Bao 2010The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010,9,9:0
14Fabrication and Thermally Sensitive Properties of VO_x Thin Films by Sol-Gel Method显示文摘For the high temperature coefficient of resistivity (TCR) of VO_x thin films,the preparation process including the heat-treating and the application of seed layer,has been investigated.When the films were prepared without a seed layer, heated in air for 2 h,and then in N_2 for 2 h at 470℃,the TCR of about 1.07% K^(-1) (3.75% K^(-1) at 45℃~65℃) was gained.The R_(20℃)/R_(100℃) was about 28.75,while the R_(20℃)/R_(100℃) of the thin films prepared on a seed layer was 5.5.The X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed that better heating conditions led to less phase compositions and higher V_2O_5 diffraction peak,which led to higher TCR.The experiment results showed that the optimum heating condition was at 470℃for 4 h.Shenglin Jiang Bowu Yan Dongxiang Zhou and Meidong Liu 2006稀有金属材料与工程2006,35,A03:0

16Oil droplet movement and micro-flow characteristics during interaction process between gas bubble and oil droplet in flotation显示文摘Flotation is an efficient pre-treatment technology for oily water.In this work,the interaction process between the moving oil droplet and the gas bubble was studied by high-speed camera and Bassset-Boussinesq-Oseen(BBO)theoretical model,and the experimental and simulation results of the oil droplet trajectory were compared.Moreover,the micro-particle image velocimetry system was utilized to observe the flow inside and outside of the moving oil droplet.The results show that the BBO model with the mobile bubble’s surface can reflect the velocity change trend of the oil droplet during the interaction process between the moving oil droplet and the gas bubble,but there are some significant differences between the experimental and simulation results.While the oil droplet is moving on the bubble’s surface,the velocity of the area near the contact point of oil droplet–gas bubble is less than that of the other areas inside the oil droplet.Meanwhile,the flow of water above the oil drop is more biased towards the gas bubble.Shenglin Yan Yan Zhang Chong Peng Xiaoyong Yang Yuan Huang Zhishan Bai Xiao Xu 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,5:0
17Point-defect-driven flattened polar phonon bands in fluorite ferroelectrics显示文摘The scale-free ferroelectric polarization of fluorite MO_(2)(M=Hf,Zr)due to flat polar phonon bands are promising for nonvolatile memories.Defects are also widely introduced to improve the emergent ferroelectricity.However,their roles are still not fully understood at the atomic-level.Here,we report a significant effect of point-defect-driven flattening of polar phonon bands with more polar modes and polarization contribution in doped MO_(2).The polar phonon bands in La-doped MO_(2)(M=Hf,Zr)can be significantly flattened,compared with pure ones.However,the lower energy barrier with larger polarization of VO-only doped MO_(2) compared with La-doped cases suggest that VO and local lattice distortion should be balanced for high-performance fluorite ferroelectricity.The work is believed to bridge the relation between point defects and the generally enhanced induced ferroelectricity in fluorite ferroelectrics at the atomic-level and inspire their further property optimization via defect-engineering.Pu Ai Fengjun Yan Wen Dong Shi Liu Junlei Zhao Kan-Hao Xue Syed Ul Hasnain Bakhtiar Yilong Liu Qi Ma Ling Miao Mengyuan Hua Guangzu Zhang Shenglin Jiang Wei Luo Qiuyun Fu 2023npj Computational Materials2023,,1:0
