| 1 | Rabdosia serra alleviates dextran sulfate sodium salt-induced colitis in mice through anti-inflammation,regulating Th17/Treg balance,maintaining intestinal barrier integrity,and modulating gut microbiota显示文摘Rabdosia serra(R.serra),an important component of Chinese herbal tea,has traditionally been used to treat hepatitis,jaundice,cholecystitis,and colitis.However,the chemical composition of R.serra and its effect against colitis remain unclear.In this study,the chemical composition of the water extract of R.serra was analyzed using ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with a hybrid linear ion trap quadrupole-orbitrap mass spectrometer(UPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap-MS).A total of 46 compounds,comprising ent-kaurane diterpenoids,flavonoids,phenolic acids,and steroids,were identified in the water extract of R.serra,and the extract could significantly alleviate dextran sulfate sodium salt-induced colitis by improving colon length,upregulating anti-inflammatory factors,downregulating proinflammatory factors,and restoring the balance of T helper 17/T regulatory cells.R.serra also preserved intestinal barrier function by increasing the level of tight junction proteins(zonula occludens 1 and occludin)in mouse colonic tissue.In addition,R.serra modulated the gut microbiota composition by increasing bacterial richness and diversity,increasing the abundance of beneficial bacteria(Muribaculaceae,Bacteroides,Lactobacillus,and Prevotellaceae_UCG-001),and decreasing the abundance of pathogenic bacteria(Turicibacter,Eubacterium_fissicatena_group,and Eubacterium_xylanophilum_group).Gut microbiota depletion by antibiotics further confirmed that R.serra alleviated colitis in a microbiota-dependent manner.Overall,our findings provide chemical and biological evidence for the potential application of R.serra in the management of colitis. | Hongyi Li Yi Wang Shumin Shao Hui Yu Deqin Wang Chuyuan Li Qin Yuan Wen Liu Jiliang Cao Xiaojuan Wang Haibiao Guo Xu Wu Shengpeng Wang | 2022 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2022,12,6: | 4 |
| 2 | Determination of time-and size-dependent fine particle emission with varied oil heating in an experimental kitchen显示文摘Particulate matter(PM) from cooking has caused seriously indoor air pollutant and aroused risk to human health.It is urged to get deep knowledge of their spatial-temporal distribution of source emission characteristics,especially ultrafine particles(UFP < 100 nm) and accumulation mode particles(AMP 100-555 nm).Four commercial cooking oils are auto dipped water to simulate cooking fume under heating to 255℃ to investigate PM emission and decay features between 0.03 and 10 μm size dimension by electrical low pressure impactor(ELPI) without ventilation.Rapeseed and sunflower produced high PM_(2.5) around5.1 mg/m^3,in comparison with those of soybean and corn(5.87 and 4.55 mg/m^3,respectively)at peak emission time between 340 and 450 sec since heating oil,but with the same level of particle numbers 6-9 × 10~5/cm^3.Mean values of PM_(1.0)/PM_(2.5) and PM_(2.5)/PM_(10) at peak emission time are around 0.51-0.55 and 0.23-0.29.After 15 min naturally deposition,decay rates of PM_(1.0),PM_(2.5) and PM_(10) are 13.3%-29.8%,20.1%-33.9%and 41.2%-54.7%,which manifest that PM_(1.0) is quite hard to decay than larger particles,PM_(2.5) and PM_(1.0).The majority of the particle emission locates at 43 nm with the largest decay rate at 75%,and shifts to a larger size between137 and 555 nm after 15 min decay.The decay rates of the particles are sensitive to the oil type. | Shuangde Li Jiajia Gao Yiqing He Liuxu Cao Ang Li Shengpeng Mo Yunfa Chen Yaqun Cao | 2017 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2017,29,1: | 3 |

| 4 | Analysis of the future trends of typical mountain glacier movements along the Sichuan-Tibet Railway based on ConvGRU network显示文摘The anomalous movements of glaciers cause disasters,such as debrisflows and landslides.It is very important to assess the glacier movements and their future trends.Glacier velocity refers to movement process.The current research aims to analyse past and current spatiotemporal changes in glacier velocity.No study has used neural network model to conduct a spatiotemporal prediction for glacier velocity.Therefore,this paper selected typical mountain glaciers G2 and G5 along the Sichuan-Tibet Railway as research objects and constructed the Convolutional Gate Recurrent Unit(ConvGRU)spatiotemporal prediction model based on 1988–2018 Landsat data to predict velocities in 2019–2028,and analysed the future trends of G2 and G5.The evaluation indexes met the model requirements to a large extent,quantitatively showing that the model has high accuracy and can successfully capture thefluctuation changes in time series data of glacier velocity.The mean deviations of G2 and G5 were 0.09 and-0.47 m/yr,respectively,reflecting the high reliability of the model applied to extraction of glacier velocity.The velocities of G2 and G5 showed a slow downtrend withfluctuations;that is,they will not cause damage to the construction and operation of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway in the short term. | Yali Zhang Lifeng Zhang Yi He Sheng Yao Wang Yang Shengpeng Cao Qiang Sun | 2023 | International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1: | 0 |
| 5 | Wetting behavior of AgCu-4.5Ti filler reinforced by carbon nanotubes on C/C composite显示文摘The effect of Carbon Nanotubes(CNTs)content on the wettability of AgCu-4.5Ti+x CNTs(wt%)composite filler alloys on C/C composite was investigated.The results show that the added CNTs reacted with element Ti in the filler and produced the dispersed fine in situ synthesized TiC particles,which increased the consumption of element Ti and provided the nucleus for the growth of Ti-Cu compounds simultaneously.The above effects of introducing CNTs,inhibited the formation of Ti-Cu compounds,also changed the distribution of compounds,which dramatically influenced the interfacial microstructure and characteristics of wetting behavior.The increase of CNTs content refined and dispersed coarse Ti-Cu compounds,decreased the initial spreading temperature,and improved the wettability,but high content of CNTs(more than 0.3 wt%)decreased the wettability of the filler alloy.The wetting interfacial microstructure of corresponding composite filler alloys were analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM),Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrometer(EDS)and Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM),which consisted of TiC,TiCu,TiCu;and TiCu;compound.The typical wetting behavior of AgCu-4.5Ti+0.3wt%CNTs composite filler on C/C composite was divided into four stages.The effect mechanism of CNTs content on the wetting behavior was proposed. | Xingyi LI Ling LIU Yanyu SONG Duo LIU Shengpeng HU Xiaoguo SONG Jian CAO | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,12: | 0 |
