| 1 | Dynamic Case Retrieval Method With Subjective Preferences and Objective Information for Emergency Decision Making显示文摘Case-based reasoning(CBR) is one of the best methods for generating an effective solution in an emergency. In recent years, some methods for generating emergency alternatives have been included in practical CBR applications, but there have been no in-depth studies of these processes. In this study,we propose a new method for dynamic case retrieval with subjective preferences and objective information, which considers the personal preferences of the decision makers and changes in the attributes of the emergency as the situation develops. First,we present a formula for calculating the case similarity and changing trends in the case considered, where similar cases are obtained. Next, we describe a method for measuring the overall assessment value with respect to similar historical cases, which is obtained by aggregating the case similarity, the utility case similarity, the first response time, and the implementation effect.The subjective preferences and objective information are also integrated in the decision-making process. | 2 | Feature Selection Method Based on Class Discriminative Degree for Intelligent Medical Diagnosis显示文摘By using efficient and timely medical diagnostic decision making,clinicians can positively impact the quality and cost of medical care.However,the high similarity of clinical manifestations between diseases and the limitation of clinicians’knowledge both bring much difficulty to decision making in diagnosis.Therefore,building a decision support system that can assist medical staff in diagnosing and treating diseases has lately received growing attentions in the medical domain.In this paper,we employ a multi-label classification framework to classify the Chinese electronic medical records to establish corresponding relation between the medical records and disease categories,and compare this method with the traditional medical expert system to verify the performance.To select the best subset of patient features,we propose a feature selection method based on the composition and distribution of symptoms in electronic medical records and compare it with the traditional feature selection methods such as chi-square test.We evaluate the feature selection methods and diagnostic models from two aspects,false negative rate(FNR)and accuracy.Extensive experiments have conducted on a real-world Chinese electronic medical record database.The evaluation results demonstrate that our proposed feature selection method can improve the accuracy and reduce the FNR compare to the traditional feature selection methods,and the multi-label classification framework have better accuracy and lower FNR than the traditional expert system. | Shengqun Fang Zhiping Cai Wencheng Sun Anfeng Liu Fang Liu Zhiyao Liang Guoyan Wang | 2018 | Computers, Materials & Continua2018,,6: | 5 |

| 4 | Analysis of the efficacy of transcatheter arterial infusion chemotherapy in the treatment of pancreatic carcinoma显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of infusion of gemcitabine(GEM) and fluorouracil(5-FU)through the celiac artery and superior mesenteric artery in the treatment of pancreatic carcinoma(PC).Methods:We analyzed 20 patients diagnosed clinically or pathologically with PC,without metastases,who had an estimated survival duration of>3 months in our department from May 2009 to December 2014.Nine patients were treated directly without surgical resection of the tumor,while the other 11 patients were treated after surgery.In all patients,the femoral artery was punctured using the Seldinger technique,and a catheter was placed in the opening of the celiac artery or the superior mesenteric artery.We administered 500 mg/m2 GEM and 500 mg/m2 5-FU.Observational data included data on clinical efficacy and survival rates during the follow-up period of 3-72 months.Results:Twenty patients were treated 85 times with transcatheter arterial infusion chemotherapy(TAI).The survival rates were 80%,40%,35%,20%,10%,and 5% at 3,6,12,24,and 72 months,respectively.Conclusion: TAI chemotherapy with GEM and 5-FU may be a therapeutic option for the treatment of PC. | Chunhui Nie Yuelin Zhang Guanhui Zhou Tanyang Zhou Tongyin Zhu Baoquan Wang Shengqun Chen Hongliang Wang Ziniu Yu Li Jing Junhui Sun | 2021 | Journal of Interventional Medicine2021,4,1: | 4 |

| 6 | Codes cross-correlation analysis and data/pilot code pairs optimization for Galileo E1 OS and GPS L1C显示文摘The Galileo E1 open service (OS) and the global positioning system (GPS) L1C are intending to use the multiplexed binary offset carrier (MBOC) modulation in E1/L1 band, including both pilot and data components. The impact of data and pilot codes cross-correlation on the distortion of the discriminator function (i.e., the S-curve) is investigated, when only the pilot (or data) components of MBOC signals are tracked. It is shown that the modulation schemes and the receiver configuration (e.g., the correlator spacing) strongly affect the S-curve bias. In this paper, two methods are proposed to optimize the data/pilot code pairs of Galileo E1 OS and GPS L1C. The optimization goal is to obtain the minimum average S-curve bias when tracking only the pilot components a the specific correlator spacing. Figures of merit, such as S-curve bias, correlation loss and code tracking variance have been adopted for analyzing and comparing the un-optimized and optimized code pairs. | 7 | Strain enhancement for a MoS2-on-GaN photodetector with an Al2O3 stress liner grown by atomic layer deposition显示文摘Strain regulation as an effective way to enhance the photoelectric properties of two dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides has been widely employed to improve the performance of photovoltaic devices.In this work,tensile strain was introduced in multilayer MoS2 grown on GaN by depositing 3 nm of Al2O3 on the surface.The temperature dependent Raman spectrum shows that the thermal stability of MoS2 is improved by Al2O3.Theoretical simulations confirmed the existence of tensile strain on MoS2 covered with Al2O3,and the bandgap and electron effective mass of six layers of MoS2 decreased due to tensile strain,which resulted in an increase of electron mobility.Due to the tensile strain ffect,the photodetector with the Al2O3 stress liner achieved better performance under the illumination of 365 nm wavelength,including a higher responsivity of 24.6 A/W,photoconductive gain of 520,and external quantum fficiency of 8381%,which are more than twice the corresponding values of photodetectors without Al2O3.Our work provides an effective technical way for improving the performance of 2D material photodetectors. | ZHIWEN LI JIANGLIU LUO SHENGQUN HU QIANG LIU WENJIE Yu YOUMING LU XINKE LIU | 2020 | Photonics Research2020,8,6: | 1 |

This method is applied to solve the multiple attribute group decision making problems under single valued neutrosophic liguistic environment, in which the attribute weights are completely unknown. First, the attribute weights are obtained by using the entropy of neutrosophic linguistic sets. Then three generalized single valued neutrosophic linguistic operators are introduced, including the generalized single valued neutrosophic linguistic weighted averaging(GSVNLWA) operator, the generalized single valued neutrosophic linguistic ordered weighted averaging(GSVNLOWA) operator and the generalized single valued neutrosophic linguistic hybrid averaging(GSVNLHA) operator, and the GSVNLWA and GSVNLHA operators are used to aggregate information. Furthermore, similarity measure based on single valued neutrosophic linguistic numbers is defined and used to sort the alternatives and obtain the best alternative.
