1Experimental study of low-damage drilling fluid to minimize waterblocking of low-permeability gas reservoirs显示文摘This paper discusses the systematic design and development of low-damage drilling fluid to protect the low-permeability gas reservoir of the Sulige block in the Ordos Basin,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,China.Based on investigation of the geological characteristics and the potential formation damage of the Permian formation of the reservoir,waterblocking due to invasion of drilling or completion fluids was identified one of the most severe causes of damage to gas well deliverability.By adopting the phase trap prevention method,ideal packing theory,and film-forming technology,a low- damage drilling fluid,sodium formate brine containing efficient waterblocking preventing surfactants, optimized temporary bridging agents(TBAs),and film-forming agents has been developed.The performance of the new drilling fluid was evaluated by using a variety of techniques.The results show that the fluid has good rheological properties,good strong shale-swelling inhibition,good temporary plugging effect,ultra-low filtration,and good lubricity.It can efficiently minimize waterblocking and can be used to drill horizontal wells with minimal intervention of the reservoir in the Sulige Gas Field.Zhang Hongxia Yan Jienian Lu Yu Shu Yong Zhao Shengying 2009Petroleum Science2009,6,3:4
2Printable Aligned Single-Walled Carbon Nanotube Film with Outstanding Thermal Conductivity and Electromagnetic Interference Shielding Performance显示文摘Ultrathin,lightweight,and flexible aligned single-walled carbon nanotube(SWCNT)films are fabricated by a facile,environmentally friendly,and scalable printing methodology.The aligned pattern and outstanding intrinsic properties render“metal-like”thermal conductivity of the SWCNT films,as well as excellent mechanical strength,flexibility,and hydrophobicity.Further,the aligned cellular microstructure promotes the electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding ability of the SWCNTs,leading to excellent shielding effectiveness(SE)of~39 to 90 dB despite a density of only~0.6 g cm^(−3) at thicknesses of merely 1.5-24μm,respectively.An ultrahigh thickness-specific SE of 25693 dB mm^(−1) and an unprecedented normalized specific SE of 428222 dB cm^(2)g^(−1) are accomplished by the freestanding SWCNT films,significantly surpassing previously reported shielding materials.In addition to an EMI SE greater than 54 dB in an ultra-broadband frequency range of around 400 GHz,the films demonstrate excellent EMI shielding stability and reliability when subjected to mechanical deformation,chemical(acid/alkali/organic solvent)corrosion,and high-/low-temperature environments.The novel printed SWCNT films offer significant potential for practical applications in the aerospace,defense,precision components,and smart wearable electronics industries.Zhihui Zeng Gang Wang Brendan F.Wolan Na Wu Changxian Wang Shanyu Zhao Shengying Yue Bin Li Weidong He Jiurong Liu Joseph W.Lyding 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,11:4
3Preparation and photocatalytic activity of PANI/TiO_2 composite film显示文摘A PANI/TiO2 composite film deposited on the glass surface was successfully prepared using sol-gel dip-coating technique and chemical oxidation method. The film was characterized using XRD, AFM, and UV. The result showed that the TiO2 film consists of both cuboid-shaped and anatase-phased TiO2 nanoparticles. The average grain size of TiO2 in the film was approximately 20 nm. After coating with PANI, the particle was changed into irregular spherical-shaped and the size was increased up to approximately 35 nm in diameter. UV-Vis spectroscopy analysis indicated that the coating of TiO2 with PANI would result in an enhancement of photocatalytic efficiency and an extension of the photoresponse of TiO2. The band gap of the PANI/TiO2 film was 3.18 eV. The photocatalytic property of the film was evaluated by the degradation of rhodamine-B. 4Tuning the crystallite size of monoclinic ZrO_(2) to reveal critical roles of surface defects on m–ZrO_(2) catalyst for direct synthesis of isobutene from syngas显示文摘The effects of crystallite size on the physicochemical properties and surface defects of pure monoclinic ZrO_(2) catalysts for isobutene synthesis were studied.We prepared a series of monoclinic ZrO_(2) catalysts with different crystallite size by changing calcination temperature and evaluated their catalytic performance for isobutene synthesis from syngas.ZrO_(2) with small crystalline size showed higher CO conversion and isobutene selectivity,while samples with large crystalline size preferred to form dimethyl ether(DME)instead of hydrocarbons,much less to isobutene.Oxygen defects(ODefects)analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)provided evidence that more ODefectsoccupied on the surface of ZrO_(2) catalysts with smaller crystalline size.Electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)and ultraviolet–visible diffuse reflectance(UV–vis DRS)confirmed the presence of high concentration of surface defects and Zr3+on mZrO_(2)-5.9 sample,respectively.In situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(in situ DRIFTS)analysis indicated that the adsorption strength of formed formate species on catalyst reduced as the crystalline size decreased.These results suggested that surface defects were responsible for CO activation and further influenced the adsorption strength of surface species,and thus the products distribution changed.This study provides an in-depth insight for active sites regulation of ZrO_(2) catalyst in CO hydrogenation reaction.Xuemei Wu Minghui Tan Bing Xu Shengying Zhao Qingxiang Ma Yingluo He Chunyang Zeng Guohui Yang Noritatsu Tsubaki Yisheng Tan 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,7:1
5Copper-catalyzed direct oxidation and N-arylation of benzylamines with diaryliodonium salts显示文摘An efficient approach for the synthesis of N-arylated amides was developed via copper(Ⅱ) triflate-catalyzed direct oxidation of(aryl)methylamines to primary arylamides by air and subsequent N-arylation by diaryliodonium salts. Various substituted benzylamines could be applied in the reaction, providing a series of N-arylated amides in moderate to good yields. 6Enzymatic synthesis of indigo derivatives by tuning P450 BM3 peroxygenases显示文摘Indigoids,a class of bis-indoles,have long been applied in dyeing,food,and pharmaceutical industries.Recently,interest in these‘old’molecules has been renewed in the field of organic semiconductors as functional building blocks for organic electronics due to their excellent chemical and physical properties.However,these indigo derivatives are difficult to access through chemical synthesis.In this study,we engineer cytochrome P450 BM3 from an NADPH-dependent monooxygenase to peroxygenases through directed evolution.A select number of P450 BM3 variants are used for the selective oxidation of indole derivatives to form different indigoid pigments with a spectrum of colors.Among the prepared indigoid organic photocatalysts,a majority of indigoids demonstrate a reduced band gap than indigo due to the increased light capture and improved charge separation,making them promising candidates for the development of new organic electronic devices.Thus,we present a useful enzymatic approach with broad substrate scope and cost-effectiveness by using low-cost H2O2 as a cofactor for the preparation of diversified indigoids,offering versatility in designing and manufacturing new dyestuff and electronic/sensor components.Li Ma Tianjian Sun Yunjie Liu Yue Zhao Xiaohui Liu Yuxuan Li Xinwei Chen Lin Cao Qianqian Kang Jiawei Guo Lei Du Wei Wang Shengying Li 2023Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2023,8,3:0
