Recent advances and prospects toward blue perovskite materials and light-emitting diodes显示文摘Perovskite based light-emitting diodes(PeLEDs)have become a powerful candidate for next-generation solid-state lightings and high-definition displays due to their high photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY),tunable emission wavelength over the visible spectrum, and narrow emission linewidths.Over the past few years, the development of red-and green-emissive PeLEDs has rapidly increased, and the corresponding external quantum efficiencies(EQE)have exceeded 20%.However,the research progress of blue-emitting PeLEDs is limited by its poor material quality and inappropriate device structure.Currently, the maximum EQE of blue PeLED is only 6.2%,which is far from the industrialization requirements. In order to promote the development of blue PeLEDs,we summarize the recent research progress of blue perovskite materials and LEDs and discuss several fatal challenges, mainly embodied in low efficiency and poor stability. In order to overcome these challenges, detailed analysis and strategies are put forward in terms of the materials and devices. For the former,we summarize the feasible strategy for the preparation of efficient and stable blue-emissive perovskites using component engineering. For the latter,we analyze the advantages and limitations of the different strategies for blue-emissive perovskite in LEDs.At the end of the review,a comprehensive outlook is detailed, including future development directions and several technical problems to be solved. Thus,we aim to highlight the significance and promote the industrialization of PeLEDs. | Tao Fang Fengjuan Zhang Shichen Yuan Haibo Zeng Jizhong Song | 2019 | InfoMat2019,1,2: | 9
Development and validation of InDel markers for identification of QTL underlying flowering time in soybean显示文摘Soybean [Glycine max(L.) Merrill] is a major plant source of protein and oil. An accurate and well-saturated molecular linkage map is a prerequisite for forward genetic studies of gene function and for modern breeding for many useful agronomic traits. Next-generation sequence data available in public databases provides valuable information and offers new insights for rapid and efficient development of molecular markers. In this study, we attempted to show the feasibility and facility of using genomic resequencing data as raw material for identifying putative In Del markers. First, we identified 17,613 In Del sites among 56 soybean accessions and obtained 12,619 primer pairs. Second, we constructed a genetic map with a random subset of 2841 primer pairs and aligned 300 polymorphic markers with the 20 consensus linkage groups(LG). The total genetic distance was 2347.3 c M and the number of mapped markers per LG ranged from 10 to 23 with an average of 15 markers. The largest and smallest genetic distances between adjacent markers were 52.3 c M and 0.1 cM, respectively. Finally, we validated the genetic map constructed by newly developed In Del markers by QTL analysis of days to flowering(DTF) under different environments. One major QTL(qDTF4) and four minor QTL(qDTF20, qDTF13, qDTF12,and q DTF11) on 5 LGs were detected. These results demonstrate the utility of the In Del markers developed in this work for map-based cloning and molecular breeding in soybean. | Jialin Wang Lingping Kong Kanchao Yu Fengge Zhang Xinyi Shi Yanping Wang Haiyang Nan Xiaohui Zhao Sijia Lu Dong Cao Xiaoming Li Chao Fang Feifei Wang Tong Su Shichen Li Xiaohui Yuan Baohui Liu Fanjiang Kong | 2018 | The Crop Journal2018,6,2: | 1
Degradation strategies of pesticide residue:From chemicals tosynthetic biology显示文摘The past 50 years have witnessed a massive expansion in the demand and application of pesticides. However, pesticides are difficult to be completely degraded without intervention hence the pesticide residue could pose a persistent threat to non-target organisms in many aspects. To aim at the problem of the abuse of pesticide products and excessive pesticide residues in the environment, chemical and biological degradation methods are widely developed but are scaled and insufficient to solve such a pollution. In recent years,bio-degradative tools instructed by synthetic biological principles have been further studied and have paved a way for pesticide degradation.Combining the customized design strategy and standardized assembly mode, the engineering bacteria for multi-dimensional degradation has become an effective tool for pesticide residue degradation. This review introduces the mechanisms and hazards of different pesticides, summarizes the methods applied in the degradation of pesticide residues, and discusses the advantages, applications, and prospects of synthetic biology in degrading pesticide residues. | Bi Ruomeng Ou Meihao Zhou Siru Geng Shichen Zheng Yixian Chen Junhong Mo Ruijie Li Yuan Xiao Gezhi Chen Xingyu Zhai Shiyi Zhang Aihui Fang Baishan | 2023 | Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2023,8,2: | 0
Vertical graphene-coated Cu wire for enhanced tolerance to high current density in power transmission显示文摘Cu wires(CuWs)are widely used as electric transmission lines. However, their limited thermal and chemical stabilities become challenges under the high-power and harsh environment.Graphene is regarded as an ideal protective barrier for CuW benefiting from its impermeability to all atoms and molecules.Particularly, the excellent hydrophobicity of vertical graphene(VG)will strengthen its protective capability as a corrosion and oxidation barrier.Herein,VG is directly synthesized on CuW by plasmaenhanced chemical vapor deposition method. The hydrophobic VG coating with a high water contact angle can effectively exclude the corrosive liquid and moisture from CuW surface and prevent their further penetration.Consequently, the electrochemical corrosion rate of VG-CuW is reduced by~13,8,and 2 times, compared with bare CuW,VG-CuW with hydrophilic treatment, and CuW coated with thick horizontal graphene layers, respectively.Negligible oxidation occurs on VGCuW after the long-time exposure to humid air at~200℃ along with the largely enhanced tolerance under high-current operating condition. This study reveals the impressive potentials of hydrophobic VG as a robust corrosion and oxidation barrier for metal wires used in high-power cables and electronic devices in harsh environment. | Kun Wang Shuting Cheng Qingmei Hu Feng Yu Yi Cheng Kewen Huang Hao Yuan Jun Jiang Wenjuan Li Junliang Li Shichen Xu Jianbo Yin Yue Qi Zhongfan Liu | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,11: | 0
Tuning coherent phonon dynamics in two-dimensional phenylethylammonium lead bromide perovskites显示文摘Organic-inorganic layered perovskites are two-dimensional quantum well layers in which the layers of lead halide octahedra are stacked between the organic cation layers. The packing geometry of the soft organic molecules and the stiff ionic crystals induce structural deformation of the inorganic octahedra, generating complex lattice dynamics.Especially, the dielectric confinement and ionic sublattice lead to strong coupling between the photogenerated excitons and the phonons from the polar lattice which intensively affects the properties for device applications. The anharmonicity and dynamic disorder from the organic cations participate in the relaxation dynamics coupled with excitations. However,a detailed understanding of this underlying mechanism remains obscure. This work investigates the electron–optical phonon coupling dynamics by employing ultrafast pump-probe transient absorption spectroscopy. The activated different optical phonon modes are observed via systematic studies of(PEA)_(2)PbBr_(4) perovskite films on the ultrafast lattice vibrational dynamics. The experimental results indicate that solvent engineering has a significant influence on lattice vibrational modes and coherent phonon dynamics. This work provides fresh insights into electron-optical phonon coupling for emergent optoelectronics development based on layered perovskites. | Minghuan Cui Chaochao Qin Zhongpo Zhou Yuanzhi Jiang Shichen Zhang Zeye Yuan Mingjian Yuan Kun Yu Yuhai Jiang Yufang Liu | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,2: | 0
