1Crystal orientation dependence of Young's modulus in Ti-Nb-based β-titanium alloy显示文摘The paper investigated the texture evolution of a biomedical β-titanium alloy (Ti-28Nb-13Zr-2Fe) under 15%-85% cold rolling reduction and 700°C-900°C recrystallization annealing treatment,and clarified the effects of crystal orientation on Young's modulus of the alloy.Orientation distribution function (ODF) maps and electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) analysis revealed that the rolling texture type changed with the increase of reduction according to the sequence:α-fiber texture→γ-fiber texture→α-rotated cubic texture.Young's modulus exhibited the lowest value 54 GPa under 15% reduction.Strong {111}<112> γ-fiber texture was developed after rolling 85% reduction and annealing at 700°C,which was favorable to decreasing Young's modulus in comparison with randomly orientated microstructure.Cyclic loading-unloading tensile test proved that the gradual rotation of {110} slip plane during plastic deformation promoted the development of {001}<110> texture component,leading to the marked decrease of Young's modulus.CUI WenFang1,GUO AiHong2,ZHOU Lian3 & LIU ChunMing1 1 Key Laboratory for Anisotropy and Texture of Materials (Ministry of Education),Northeastern University,Shenyang 110004,China 2 Luoyang Ship Material Research Institute,Luoyang 471039,China 3 Northwest Institute of Nonferrous Metals Research,Xi’an 710016,China 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,6:6

3Experimental researches on underwater target scattering properties in non-incident direction显示文摘In the bistatic case, theoretical analysis and experimental researches on underwater acoustic scattering properties of some submarine model are made in this paper. When sourcet target and receiver have complicated triangular configuration, the relationships among target strength, incidence angle and bistatic angle are obtained. The validity of this theory is verified by theoretical calculations and tank experiments. 5SURFACE STATE AND CATALYTIC ACTIVITY OF ACTIVATED AMORPHOUS Fe_(80)Zr_(12)B_8 ALLOY显示文摘The depth profile of composition,chemical state of elements and morphology of as-received and activated amorphous Fe80Zr12B8 alloy ribbons have been studied by meansof Auger electron spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and scanning Augermicroprobe combined with Ar ion bombardment.Both dull and free sides of the as-received ribbons were covered with an iron oxide layer.While a pronounced surfacesegregation and oxidation of B and precipitation of microcrystalline α-Fe particleswere observed on both sides of activated ribbons,B and Zr were oxidized selectivelyin subsurface layer.On both sides of ribbons,a porous surface structure formed.
