| 1 | A Discussion on the Origin of Shale Reservoir Inter-Laminar Fractures in the Shahejie Formation of Paleogene, Dongying Depression显示文摘This paper was conducted on the shale reservoir in the Dongying depression in the Shahejie Formation of Paleogene. Based on detailed core description, rock thin sections, argon ion polishing, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) analysis, CT scanning and carbon-oxygen isotopic test, the formation mechanism of the inter-laminar fractures(or seams) and their development conditions were discussed by comprehensive analysis of the diagenetic evolution features and the reservoir space evolution characteristics. The results show that the laminated composite pattern in Dongying depression was dominated by vertical distribution of laminated calcite and clay minerals. Contrasted to the traditional understanding, development degree of inter-laminar fractures was much lower. Pure fluid between layers cannot exist without framework minerals, and the pre-existing well connected pore or horizontal overpressure micro seam was favorable paths of fluid migration. From the points of inter-laminar fractures origin mechanism and its evolution, the so called seams, were much more complex than traditional understanding that hydrocarbon generation raised the pore pressure and led to the parallel microfractures. But the inter-laminar fractures had little relationship with that whether the lamination was developed or bedding boundary was clear or not. In fact, the shale reservoir inter-laminar fractures were not rigorous fracture. They were controlled by pre-existing inter-granular pore(or seam) or dissolved pore, which distributed along carbonate laminae boundary and were connected by later super pressure, dissolution and the seepage force. And the development conditions were burial depth(bigger than 3 000 m) and the Ro value(>0.6%). | 4 | Unraveling the core functional bacteria and their succession throughout three fermentation stages of broad bean paste with chili显示文摘The entire fermentation process of traditional Chinese broad bean paste with chili comprises three individual stages:Tianbanzi,chili pei,and paste fermentation(Tianbanzi-chili pei mixture).Three stages share average 77.53%of all bacteria(89 genera),indicating that the similar environment leads to the similar bacterial communities.One,one,and three genera are exclusive to Tianbanzi,chili pei,and paste stages,respectively,due to the special physical and chemical properties for each stage.Total acidity,pH,and NaCl are important endogenous factors that promote the succession of bacterial communities.According to the dynamics of organic acids,reducing sugars,amino acids,and volatile compounds,60-,210-,and 180-day are considered the best fermentation periods for Tianbanzi,chili pei,and paste,respectively,to balance time cost and product quality.Three(Tetragenococcus,Lactobacillus,and Pseudomonas),four(Tetragenococcus,Lactobacillus,Bacillus,and Pseudomonas),and five(Tetragenococcus,Lactobacillus,Bacillus,Pseudomonas,and Pediococcus)genera are considered the core functional bacteria of Tianbanzi,chili pei,and paste fermentation,respectively. | Songfeng Yu Jia Song Tao Hu Jun Wang Xiaojing Liu Yu Zheng Lei Shi Shoupeng Wan Min Wang | 2022 | Food Science and Human Wellness2022，11，4： | 2 |
| 5 | Astaxanthin delayed the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy in type 1 diabetic rats显示文摘This study was designed to investigate the protective effects of Astaxanthin(AST)in rats with diabetes mellitus(DM)induced by streptozotocin.SD rats were divided into control group(n=5,only received normal saline),DM group(n=8)and AST+DM group(n=8;AST:50 mg/kg/day).DM rats were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozocin(STZ,65 mg/kg).Blood glucose level and body weight were determined at weeks 0,2,4,6 and 8,respectively.At week 8,kidney function was determined,together with expression of P53 and dynamin-related protein-1(Drp1)by Western blot analysis and immunofluorescence.AST led to increase of body weight in rats with DM.AST+DM group showed a significant decrease in blood glucose level at week 4 compared with DM group(P<0.05).AST improved renal function and significantly reduced expression of P53 and Drp1 in DM rats.In addition,AST can effectively reduce the blood glucose in DM rats,and delayed the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy.Such delay mediated by AST may be associated with the downregulation of Drp1 and P53. | LIANHUAN MA SHOUPENG LIU XIAOWEN ZHEN WEIWEI QIAO LINA MA XIAOMIN ZHANG | 2022 | BIOCELL2022，46，8： | 0 |
