1Geological characteristics and tectonic signifcance of unconformities in Mesoproterozoic successions in the northern margin of the North China Block显示文摘Several stratigraphic breaks and unconformities exist in the Mesoproterozoic successions in the northern margin of the North China Block.Geologic characters and spatial distributions of fve of these unconformities, which have resulted from different geological processes, have been studied. The unconformity beneath the Dahongyu Formation is interpreted as a breakup unconformity, representing the time of transition from continental rift to passive continental margin. The unconformities beneath the Gaoyuzhuang and the Yangzhuang formations are considered to be the consequence of regional eustatic fuctuations, leading to the exposure of highlands in passive margins during low sea-level stands and transgressive deposition on coastal regions during high sea-level stands. The unconformity atop the Tieling Formation might be caused by uplift due to contractional deformation in a back-arc setting, whereas the uplift after the deposition of the Xiamaling Formation might be attributed to a continental collision event. It is assumed that the occurrences of these unconformities in the Mesoproterozoic successions in the northern margin of the North China Block had a close bearing on the assemblage and breakup of the Columbia and Rodinia supercontinents.Yongqiang Qu Jianguo Pan Shouxian Ma Zhiping Lei Lin Li Guoli Wu 2014Geoscience Frontiers2014,5,1:7

3Design and Analysis of a 0.01-to-6GHz 31dBm-P1dB 31.5%-PAE Distributed Power Amplifier in 0.25-μm GaAs Technology显示文摘This paper presents the design and analysis of a distributed power amplifier with 6-dB bandwidth from 10MHz to 6GHz.To meet the stringent targeted specification, the concurrent design and analysis are carefully performed with optimizations in both passive and active devices. The gate capacitive division technique is proposed and proven theoretically of bandwidth extension effect and power efficiency enhancement. To validate the theory,a prototype is designed in a 0.25-µm GaAs technology. The fabricated amplifier chip is packaged in an evaluation cavity of SMA connectors. The measurement shows an average power gain of 15dB,OP1dB and PSAT of 31dBm and 32.6dBm at 3GHz,and PAE at OP1dB and PSAT points are 31.5% and 43.7% respectively. To the best of authors’knowledge, the amplifier achieves the highest Power-added efficiency(PAE)among the similar GaAs amplifiers.MENG Fanyi LIU Cha HU Jianquan MOU Shouxian MA Kaixue 2021Chinese Journal of Electronics2021,30,3:0
4Provenance of Conglomerate and Sandstone from Early Permian Shoushangou Formation in Xi Ujimqin,Inner Mongolia:Implications for Understanding Paleo-Asian Ocean Subduction显示文摘During the Late Carboniferous to Early Permian,a rift was formed by post-collisional extension after ocean closure or an island arc-related basin formed by Paleo-Asian Ocean(PAO)subduction in the Xi Ujimqin area.Nevertheless, the closure time of the PAO is still under debate. Thus,to identify the origin of the PAO,the geochemistry and U-Pb age of zircons were analyzed for the extra-large deep marine, polymict clastic boulders and sandstones in the Shoushangou Formation within the basin. The analyses revealed magmatic activity and tectonic evolution. The conglomerates include megaclasts of granite(298.8±9.1 Ma)and granodiorite porphyry(297.1±3.1 Ma),which were deposited by muddy debris flow. Results of this study demonstrated that the boulders of granitoids have the geochemistry of typical I-type granite, characterized by low Zr+Nb+Ce+Y and low Ga/Al values. The granitoid boulders were formed in island arc setting, indicating the presence of arc magmatism in the area that is composed of the Late Carboniferous to Early Permian subduction-related granitoid in southern Xi Ujimqin.Multiple diagrams for determining sedimentary provenance using major and trace elements indicate that Shoushangou sediments originated from continental island arc-related felsic rocks.Detrital zircon U-Pb age cluster of 330–280 Ma was obtained, indicating input from granite, ophiolite,Xilin Gol complex, and Carboniferous sources to the south. The basin was geographically developed behind the arc during the Early Permian period because the outcropped intrusive rocks in the Late Carboniferous to Early Permian form a volcanic arc.The comprehensive analyses of source areas suggest that Shoushangou sediments developed in a backarc basin in response to the northward subduction of the PAO.The backarc basin and intrusive rocks,in addition to previously published Late Carboniferous to Early Permian magmatic rocks of arc unit in Xilin Gol,confirm the presence of an Early Permian trencharc-basin system in the region, represented by the Baolidao arc and Xi Ujimqin backarc basin. This study highlights the importance and potential of combined geochemical and geochronological studies of conglomerates and sandstone for reconstructing the geodynamic setting of a basin.ZHANG Yingli GUO Xianqing MA Shouxian 2024Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2024,98,1:0
