1A smart assistance system for cable assembly by combining wearable augmented reality with portable visual inspection显示文摘Background Assembly guided by paper documents is the most widespread type used in the process of aircraft cable assembly.This process is very complicated and requires assembly workers with high-level skills.The technologies of wearable Augmented Reality(AR)and portable visual inspection can be exploited to improve the efficiency and the quality of cable assembly.Methods In this study,we propose a smart assistance system for cable assembly that combines wearable AR with portable visual inspection.Specifically,a portable visual device based on binocular vision and deep learning is developed to realize fast detection and recognition of cable brackets that are installed on aircraft airframes.A Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)is then developed to read the texts on cables after images are acquired from the camera of the wearable AR device.An authoring tool that was developed to create and manage the assembly process is proposed to realize visual guidance of the cable assembly process based on a wearable AR device.The system is applied to cable assembly on an aircraft bulkhead prototype.Results The results show that this system can recognize the number,types,and locations of brackets,and can correctly read the text of aircraft cables.The authoring tool can assist users who lack professional programming experience in establishing a process plan,i.e.,assembly outline based on AR for cable assembly.Conclusions The system can provide quick assembly guidance for aircraft cable with texts,images,and a 3 D model.It is beneficial for reducing the dependency on paper documents,labor intensity,and the error rate.Lianyu ZHENG Xinyu LIU Zewu AN Shufei LI Renjie ZHANG 2020Virtual Reality & Intelligent Hardware2020,2,1:5
2Abnormal Effective Connectivity of the Anterior Forebrain Regions in Disorders of Consciousness显示文摘A number of studies have indicated that disorders of consciousness result from multifocal injuries as well as from the impaired functional and anatomical connectivity between various anterior forebrain regions.However, the specific causal mechanism linking these regions remains unclear. In this study, we used spectral dynamic causal modeling to assess how the effective connections(ECs) between various regions differ between individuals. Next, we used connectome-based predictive modeling to evaluate the performance of the ECs in predicting the clinical scores of DOC patients. We found increased ECs from the striatum to the globus pallidus as well as from the globus pallidus to the posterior cingulate cortex, and decreased ECs from the globus pallidus to the thalamus and from the medial prefrontal cortex to the striatum in DOC patients as compared to healthy controls.Prediction of the patients' outcome was effective using the negative ECs as features. In summary, the present study highlights a key role of the thalamo-basal ganglia-cortical loop in DOCs and supports the anterior forebrain mesocircuit hypothesis. 3Network pharmacology analysis to explore mechanism of Three Flower Tea against nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with experimental support using high-fat diet-induced rats显示文摘Objective:Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has become a common chronic liver disease that is harmful to human health.Moreover,there is currently no FDA-approved first-line drug for the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)or NAFLD.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is widely used to ameliorate liver diseases,such as the traditional ancient recipe called Three Flower Tea(TFT),which consists of double rose(Rosa rugosa),white chrysanthemum(Chrysanthemum morifolium),and Daidaihua(Citrus aurantium).However,the mechanisms of the action of TFT are not clear.Therefore,this study aimed to elucidate the mechanisms of TFT against NAFLD in high-fat diet(HFD)-induced rats.Methods:This study utilized bioinformatics and network pharmacology to establish the active and potential ingredient-target networks of TFT.Furthermore,a protein–protein interaction(PPI)network was constructed,and enrichment analysis was performed to determine the key targets of TFT against NAFLD.Furthermore,an animal experiment was conducted to evaluate the therapeutic effect and confirm the key targets of TFT against NAFLD.Results:A total of 576 NAFLD-related genes were searched in Gene Cards,and under the screening criteria of oral bioavailability(OB)≥30%and drug-likeness(DL)≥0.18,a total of 19 active ingredients and 210 targets were identified in TFT.Network pharmacology analysis suggested that 55 matching targets in PPIs were closely associated with roles for NAFLD treatment.Through the evaluation of network topology parameters,four key central genes,PPARγ,SREBP,AKT,and RELA,were identified.Furthermore,animal experiments indicated that TFT could reduce plasma lipid profiles,hepatic lipid profiles and hepatic fat accumulation,improve liver function,suppress inflammatory factors,and reduce oxidative stress.Through immunoblotting and immunofluorescence analysis,PPARγ,SREBP,AKT,and RELA were confirmed as targets of TFT in HFD-induced rats.Conclusion:In summary,our results indicate that TFT can prevent and treat NAFLD via multiple targets,including lipid accumulation,antioxidation,insulin sensitivity,and inflammation.Peixuan Wu Shufei Liang Yanping He Rui Lv Bendong Yang Meng Wang Chao Wang Yong Li Xinhua Song Wenlong Sun 2022Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,2:2

5Baseline symptoms of depression and anxiety negatively impact the effectiveness of CBTi in treating acute insomnia among young adults显示文摘Background Cognitive-behavioural therapy for insomnia(CBTi)is the first-line treatment for those with this sleep disorder.However,depressive and anxiety symptoms often co-occur with acute insomnia,which may affect the effectiveness of CBTitreatment.Aims This study aimed to determine the impact of depressive and anxiety symptoms on the efficacy of CBTi in treating acute insomnia.Methods A single-arm clinical trial was conducted among individuals who have acute insomnia.Participants underwent self-guided CBTi for 1-week.Their insomnia,depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms were evaluated using the Insomnia Severity Index and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale at baseline,post-treatment and 3-month follow-up.Repeated measures analysis of variance was used to assess the effectiveness of CBTi in treating insomnia,depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms.A multivariate Cox regression model was used to determine the impact of depressive and anxiety symptoms on insomnia.Results The study found significant reductions in insomnia,depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms at both post-treatment and 3-month follow-up(F=17.45,p<0.001;F=36.37,p=0.001;and F=81.51,p<0.001,respectively).The duration of CBTi treatment had a positive impact on insomnia recovery(hazard ratio(HR)=0.94,p=0.018).However,baseline depressive symptoms(HR=1.83,p=0.004)and baseline anxiety symptoms(HR=1.99,p=0.001)had significant negative effects on insomnia recovery.Conclusions The study showed that a 1-week self-guided CBTi treatment is effective in treating acute insomnia and comorbid depressive and anxiety symptoms.However,baseline depressive and anxiety symptoms negatively impact treatment effectiveness.Therefore,clinicians should assess for depressive and anxiety symptoms before treating acute insomnia with monotherapy CBTi.Chenxi Zhang Shufei Zeng Yan Xu Shuai Liu Shixu Du Leqin Fang Zhihong Lv Lili Zhang Bin Zhang 2023General Psychiatry2023,36,3:1
