| 1 | In-situ incorporation of Copper (Ⅱ) porphyrin functionalized zirconium MOF and TiO2 for efficient photocatalytic CO2 reduction显示文摘As one of the highly effective methods to prepare catalysts for photocatalytic reduction of CO2 into valueadded chemicals,using metalloporphyrin as light-harvesting mixed ligand to modify metal-organic framework(MOF)is very valuable since it can greatly improve the prophyrin dispersibility and consequently inhibit its potential agglomeration.Herein,we employed a one-pot synthetic strategy to chemically immobilize Cu(II)tetra(4-carboxylphenyl)porphyrin(CuTCPP)into UiO-66 MOF structure through coordination mode.Meanwhile,in-situ growth of TiO2 nanoparticles onto the MOF is actualized with the generation of CuTCPP c UiO-66/TiO2(CTU/TiO2)composites.Under Xe lamp irradiation(λ>300 nm),the catalytic result presents that an optimal value of 31.32 μmol g^-1 h^-1 CO evolution amount,about 7 times higher than that of pure TiO2 was obtained through the photocatalysis.It is supposed owning to a consistent augment of light absorption derived from chemically implanted porphyrin derivative,which is simultaneously functioning with an efficacious separation of photo-induced carries given by the newly engendered composites between MOF and TiO2,an effective catalytic activity and approving recyclability of CTU/TiO2 can be achieved in the photocatalytic reduction of CO2 into CO. | Lei Wang Pengxia Jin Shuhua Duan Houde She Jingwei Huang Qizhao Wang | 2019 | Science Bulletin2019，64，13： | 16 |

| 3 | Genetic Analysis of Human Adenovirus Type 7 Strains Circulating in Different Parts of China显示文摘To investigate the molecular epidemiology and genetic variation of human adenovirus type 7(HAdV-7)in children with acute respiratory infections(ARI)in China.HAdV-7-positive respiratory samples collected from children with ARI in Beijing,Shijiazhuang,Wenzhou and Guangzhou from 2014–2018 were selected for gene amplification and sequence analysis.Fifty-seven HAdV-7 clinical strains with hexon,penton base and fiber gene sequences were obtained.Meanwhile17 strains were selected randomly from different cities for whole genome sequencing.Phylogenetic and variation analyses were performed based on the obtained sequences,HAdV-7 prototype strain Gomen(AY594255),vaccine strains(AY495969 and AY594256)and representative sequences of strains.The phylogenetic trees constructed based on whole genome sequences,major capsid protein genes(hexon,penton base and fiber)and the early genes(E1,E2,E3 and E4)were not completely consistent.The HAdV-7 strains obtained in this study always clustered with most of the circulating strains worldwide from the 1980 s to the present.Compared with the HAdV-7 prototype strain Gomen(AY594255),some amino acid mutations in loop1 and loop2 of hexon and the RGD loop region of the penton base gene were observed.Recombination analysis showed that partial regions of 55 k Da protein and 100 kDa hexon-assembly associated protein genes among all HAdV-7 strains in this study were from HAdV-16 and HAdV-3,respectively.Our study demonstrated the molecular evolution characteristics of HAdV-7 strains circulating in China and provided basic reference data for the prevention,control and vaccine development of HAdV-7. | Yali Duan Changchong Li Li Deng Shuhua An Yun Zhu Wei Wang Meng Zhang Lili Xu Baoping Xu Xiangpeng Chen Zhengde Xie | 2021 | Virologica Sinica2021，36，3： | 2 |

| 9 | Feeding Effect of Growing-Finishing Pigs under Fine Division of Feeding Stages显示文摘In order to study the feeding effect of fine division of feeding stages on the growing-finishing pigs,96 healthy Duroc × Landrace ×Yorkshire hybrid commercial pigs with similar age in days,size,and body weight about 15 kg,half boars and half sows,randomly divided into3 treatments( each treatment repeated 4 times,and each repetition 8 pigs). According to the body weight division standard,three stages,four stages,and five stages of feeding were adopted separately. The daily ration of with different nutrition levels was used,body weight and feed consumption were measured,and effects of different feeding methods on body weight increase,feed utilization,and economic benefits of growing-finishing pigs. The results showed that compared with the three-stage feeding,the body weight of five-stage and four-stage feeding increased by 4. 18%( P < 0. 01) and 2. 41%( P < 0. 05),respectively,and the body weight of five-stage feeding increased by 1. 74%( P < 0. 05) compared with that of four-stage feeding; the daily feed consumption of five-stage and four-stage feeding increased 3. 10%( P < 0. 01) and 1. 70%(P <0. 01),respectively,and the daily feed consumption of five-stage feeding was 1. 37% higher than that of four-stage feeding. The feed cost of five-stage feeding and four-stage feeding increased 3. 32%( P < 0. 01) and 1. 61%( P < 0. 05) separately,and the feed cost of five-stage feeding was 1. 69% higher than that of four-stage feeding( P < 0. 01). The income from average body weight increase of five-stage and fourstage feeding increased by 5. 47%( P < 0. 01) and 3. 59%( P < 0. 01) respectively,and the benefit of average body weight increase of fivestage feeding was 1. 81% higher than that of four-stage feeding( P > 0. 05). The crude protein consumption from average body weight increase of five-stage and four-stage feeding decreased by 2. 28%( P < 0. 01) and 1. 68%( P < 0. 01),respectively; the crude protein consumption from average body weight increase of five-stage feeding was 0. 67% lower than that of four-stage feeding; the feed conversion ratio of five-stage feeding,four-stage feeding,and three-stage feeding was 2. 92,2. 93,and 2. 95 respectively.
