1Research on the Work-rest Scheduling in the Manual Order Picking Systems to Consider Human Factors显示文摘As the status of order picking in the warehousing and distribution system has been raised,the work-rest scheduling of picking becomes particularly important.Although science and technology have developed rapidly,manual picking is still essential and indispensable.However,previous researches focused on the study of the sequencing,ignoring human factors.The paper presents a work-rest schedule model in parts to picker picking system.Two objectives are proposed that include minimizing the picking time and minimizing picking error rate.And workers'fatigue,workload is taken into account in the manual order picking systems because the fatigue can have a large influence on the picking time and the picking error rate.A genetic algorithm is used to solve a multi-objective optimization problem that the model concerns and looking for a Pareto front as the most effective methods for solving this problem.Once the original data is given,the work-rest scheduling model is built and the work sequence,and the number of breaks are determined to be chosen by decision makers.In addition,a case study of the model is used to confirm that the model is effective and it is necessary to consider the human factor in the picking system.Xiaosong Zhao Na Liu Shumeng Zhao Jinhui Wu Kun Zhang Rui Zhang 2019Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2019,28,3:1
2Dual inhibition of glycolysis and oxidative phosphorylation by aptamer-based artificial enzyme for synergistic cancer therapy显示文摘Dual inhibition of glycolysis and oxidative phosphorylation(OXPHOS)can break the metabolic plasticity of cancer cells to inhibit most energy supply and lead to effective cancer therapy.However,the pharmacokinetic difference among drugs hinders these two inhibitions to realize a uniform temporal and spatial distribution.Herein,we report an aptamer-based artificial enzyme for simultaneous dual inhibition of glycolysis and OXPHOS,which is constructed by arginine aptamer modified carbon-dots-doped graphitic carbon nitride(AptCCN).AptCCN can circularly capture intracellular arginine attribute to the specific binding ability of arginine aptamers to arginine,and further catalyze the oxidation of enriched arginine to nitric oxide(NO)under red light irradiation.In vitro and in vivo experiments showed that arginine depletion and NO stress could inhibit glycolysis and OXPHOS,leading to energy blockage and apoptosis of cancer cells.The presented aptamer-based artificial enzyme strategy provides a new path for cell pathway regulation and synergistic cancer therapy.Xiao Fang Meng Yuan Junduan Dai Qianying Lin Yuhong Lin Wenli Wang Yifan Jiang Haihui Wang Fang Zhao Junye Wu Shumeng Bai Chunhua Lu Huanghao Yang 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:0
3Intercalated MXene-based layered composites:Preparation and application显示文摘Combining high conductivity,hydrophilicity and excellent electrochemical perfo rmance in one,MXe nes have attracted increasing attention since their inception.However,easy to stack caused by the van der Waals’force between the layers limits their practical application.Fortunately,intercalating other substances between layers of MXe nes and getting intercalated MXene-based layered composites(IMLCs)with open structure can improve their physical and chemical properties effectively.Larger available surface helps expose more active sites and enlarged layer spacing facilitates ion transport.In addition,other substances fixed in the interlayers by MXenes’two-dimensional confinement effect can produce synergistic effect and expand their applicable range greatly.This review is dedicated to summarizing the preparation methods and applications of IMLCs,emphasizing the advantages of them in the fields of energy storage,catalysis,sensors,electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding and biomedicine.Furthermore,prospects and further developments in these gratifying fields are also commented.Shumeng Wu He Wang Li Li Meixia Guo Zhichong Qi Qingyou Zhang Yanmei Zhou 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,4:0
