| 1 | Motion equations of hemispherical resonator and analysis of frequency split caused by slight mass non-uniformity显示文摘The mass non-uniformity of hemispherical resonator is one of reasons for frequency split,and frequency split can cause gyroscope to drift.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the relationship between mass non-uniformity and frequency split,which can provide a theoretical basis for mass balance of imperfect resonator.The starting point of error mechanism analysis for gyroscope is the motion equations of resonator.Firstly,based on the Kirchhoff-Love hypothesis in the elastic thin shell theory,the geometric deformation equations of resonator are deduced.Secondly,the deformation energy equation of resonator is derived according to the vibration mode and relationship between the stress and strain of hemispherical thin shell.Thirdly,the kinetic energy equation of resonator is deduced by the Coriolis theorem.Finally,the motion equations of resonator are established by the Lagrange mechanics principle.The theoretical values of precession factor and natural frequency are calculated by the motion equations,which are substantially consistent with the ones by the finite element method and practical measurement,the errors are within a reasonable range.Simultaneously,the varying trend of natural frequency with respect to the geometrical and physical parameters of resonator by the motion equations is consistent with that by the finite element analysis.The above conclusions prove the correctness and rationality of motion equations.Similarly,the motion equations of resonator with mass non-uniformity are established by the same modeling method in case of ignoring the input angular rate and damping,and the state equations with respect to the velocity and displacement of vibration system are derived,then twonatural frequencies are solved by the characteristic equation.It is concluded that one of reasons for frequency split is the 4 th harmonic of mass non-uniformity,and thus much attention should be paid to minimizing the 4 th harmonic of mass non-uniformity in the course of mass balancing for imperfect resonator. | Yan HUO Shunqing REN Guoxing YI Changhong WANG | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,10: | 7 |

The lack of available digital geographic data is a serious bottleneck problem. This article first analyses the development characteristics of urban planning and management information system in China, and proposes a method for establishing a planning and management information system for small town. By using GIS as core and integrating with microcomputer network, office automation (OA), computer aided design (CAD), and multimedia technology, a microcomputer information system (TownMIS) is implemented after 3 year design and development. It may be a first comprehensive system for the planning and management of small towns. Since the January of 1996, TownMIS has been actually used in Xiaolan Town, a coastal rich town in South China. | 3 | Phosphorus utilization and microbial community in response to lead/iron addition to a waterlogged soil显示文摘Constructed wetlands have emerged as a viable option for helping to solve a wide range of water quality problems. However, heavy metals adsorbed by substrates would decrease the growth of plants, impair the functions of wetlands and eventually result in a failure of contaminant removal. Typha latifolia L., tolerant to heavy metals, has been widely used for phytoremediation of Pb/Zn mine tailings under waterlogged conditions. This study examined effects of iron as ferrous sulfate (100 and 500 mg/kg) and lead as lead nitrate (0, 100, 500 and 1000 mg/kg) on phosphorus utilization and microbial community structure in a constructed wetland. Wetland plants (T. latifolia) were grown for 8 weeks in rhizobags filled with a paddy soil under waterlogged conditions. The results showed that both the amount of iron plaque on the roots and phosphorus adsorbed on the plaque decreased with the amount of lead addition. When the ratio of added iron to lead was 1:1, phosphorus utilized by plants was the maximum. Total amount of phospholipids fatty acids (PLFAs) was 23%–59% higher in the rhizosphere soil than in bulk soil. The relative abundance of Gram-negative bacteria, aerobic bacteria, and methane oxidizing bacteria was also higher in the rhizosphere soil than in bulk soil, but opposite was observed for other bacteria and fungi. | 5 | The influence of atmospheric Hg on Hg contaminations in rice and paddy soil in the Xunyang Hg mining district,China显示文摘To date, the Xunyang mercury(Hg) mining district is the only ongoing large-scale Hg mining district in China. To understand the influence of Hg contamination mode from the Hg mining and smelting activities, 27 sampling sites in the Xunyang Hg mining district were chosen in this study. Total gaseous mercury(TGM) in ambient air was measured using a Lumex-RA915 automatic Hg analyzer in2011. Rice samples and soil samples from rhizosphere were collected systematically and simultaneously. Total Hg(THg) and methylmercury(Me Hg) concentrations in rice grain and soil samples and Hg speciation with modified sequential selective extractions were measured. The local environment was seriously polluted with Hg. The TGM(302 ± 376 ng·m-3, ranging from 24 to 2220 ng·m^(-3)) in the local ambient air, THg(28 ± 30 mg·kg^(-1), ranging from 0.31 to 121 mg·kg^(-1)) and Me Hg(2.3 ± 1.9 lg·kg^(-1),ranging from 0.24 to 8.9 lg·kg^(-1)) in soil samples were at the sample level with Hg contaminated area. The THg concentration(26 ± 16 lg·kg^(-1)ranging from 4.5 to 71 lg·kg^(-1)) in most of the rice grain samples clearly exceeds the threshold level(20 lg·kg^(-1)) in the Chinese national guidelines for cereals(NY 861-2004). The inorganic mercury(IHg)(9.1 ± 5.6 lg·kg^(-1), ranging from 1.2 to 24 lg·kg^(-1)) and Me Hg(14 ± 9.8 lg·kg^(-1), ranging from 2.1 to 59 lg·kg^(-1))concentration in rice grain samples were at the same level with Hg contaminated area. The main species of Hg in paddy soils reveal strong complex Hg and residue Hg. | 6 | Assessment of estrogen disrupting potency in animal foodstuffs of China by combined biological and chemical analyses显示文摘Food has been documented as one of major routes for human exposure to environmental estrogens(EEs), but information on the occurrence of EEs in animal foodstuffs is still scarce.This study analyzed estrogenic activity in 16 types of animal foodstuffs(n = 142) collected from four cities(Wuhan, Guangzhou, Wenzhou and Yantai) of China by combined yeast estrogen screen(YES) bioassay and chemical analysis. By bioassay, all samples' extracts were found to induce estrogenic activities and the bioassay-derived 17β-estradiol equivalent(EEQbio) ranged from 8.29 to 118.32 ng/g. In addition, the samples were analyzed by liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry for further chemical analysis. 17β-Estradiol was found in all samples in this survey at levels of 0.44 to 15.04 ng/g.All samples had 33.1% detection rate of 17α-ethinylestradiol(EE2), and the maximum concentration was 2.80 ng/g. Bisphenol A and 4-nonylphenols were detected in 83.8% and83.1% of samples, with concentrations up to 12.56 ng/g and 35.76 ng/g, respectively.However, the concentrations of estrone, diethylstilbestrol and 4-t-octylphenol were found to be below the limit of detection. A comparison of EEQbiomeasured from the YES assay and EEQchemcalculated from chemical analysis showed good correlation(R2= 0.84). | 10 | Simultaneous determination of bisphenols, benzophenones and parabens in human urine by using UHPLC-TQMS显示文摘Bisphenols, benzophenones and parabens may alter one or more functions of endocrine system and consequently cause adverse health effects on human. A rapid and sensitive analytical method for the simultaneous determination of six bisphenols, five benzophenones and seven parabens in human urine by using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was developed and applied for human urine sample analysis. The eighteen targeted compounds were separated within 11 min. Heated-electrospray ionization was operated with multiple reaction monitoring in negative-ion mode. The limit of detection ranged from 0.01 ng/mL to 0.5 ng/mL.Seven isotope-labeled internal standards were used in the quantitative analysis. | 14 | Trimester-specific urinary metabolome alterations associated with gestational diabetes mellitus:A study in different pregnancy stages显示文摘Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),a frequently-occurring disease during pregnancy,may cause some adverse healthy outcome of both mother and offspring.However,the knowledge about metabolite alterations during the pathogenesis and development process is limited.Here,a large longitudinal nontargeted metabolomics study of 195 pregnant women(64 women with subsequently developed GDM and131 healthy controls)was conducted.Each participant provided urine samples at three timepoints during early,middle and late pregnancy,respectively.The metabolic profiles of 585 urine samples(195×3)were measured by using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with Orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry.Among the 56 identified metabolites,the levels of eight metabolites increased and three ones decreased in the first trimester,the concentration of one metabolite increased and those of 20 decreased in the second trimester,as well as the levels of five metabolites increased and two decreased in the third trimester.After false discovery rate correction,the levels of valine and 5-acetamidovalerate in GDM group significantly increased in the first trimester,the levels of 1-methylguanine and 1,3-dihydro-(2 H)-indol-2-one significantly decreased in the second trimester and three metabolites(threonine,OH-octanedioyl-carnitine and pimelylcarnitine)increased and N-acetyltryptophan decreased in the third trimester,respectively.Six metabolites,such as pantothenic acid and threonine,had significant interaction effects between gestational stage(different trimester)and group(GDM or control).The differential metabolites were involved in“tryptophan metabolism”,“purine metabolism”,“valine,leucine and isoleucine degradation”and other pathways.The findings may provide insights into further pathogenesis study of GDM. | Hongzhi Zhao Yuanyuan Zheng Lin Zhu Li Xiang Shunqing Xu Zongwei Cai | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,6: | 2 |
