| 3 | Control system for cryogenic permanent magnet undulator(CPMU)of high energy photon source(HEPS)显示文摘Background High energy photon source(HEPS)is the fourth-generation light source,which uses a large number of highperformance insertion devices to generate synchrotron radiation.The control system is an important part of the insertion device(ID).Purpose Cryogenic permanent magnet undulator(CPMU)is one kind of IDs that works in liquid nitrogen temperature and ultra-high vacuum environment,and its control system is more difficult and complex than in-air ID.The design of the control system for CPMU will be introduced in detail.Method The sub-systems include high-precision magnetic gap control,safety protection,measurement and compensation of magnetic gap at cryogenic temperature and cryogenic temperature monitoring.Mature,reliable,stable technical schemes are designed to meet the technical specifications of sub-systems.Results The experiment results show that the magnetic gap motion accuracy can be controlled within 0.2–0.3μm under the step size of 1μm.The safety protection system has been tested in turn,and the predetermined protection can be achieved.The average value of magnetic gap cold contraction is 1.512 mm measured by optical micrometer,and the compensation is realized by software.The average temperature of the main magnet structure measured by the temperature sensors is 81.0 K,and the temperature gradient is 0.7 K/m.The temperature monitoring is reliable and stable.Conclusion The CPMU control system which is based on EPICS has been successfully applied to the CPMU prototype,and the test results have met the design specifications. | Shutao Zhao Jianshe Cao Huihua Lu Xiaoyu Li Shuchen Sun Yajun Sun Xiangzhen Zhang Lei Zhang Yuhui Li Zhiqiang Li Wan Chen Lingling Gong Qing Guo Keyun Gong Yongsheng Huang Yanwei Yang Yufeng Yang | 2021 | Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2021,5,1: | 2 |

| 12 | Production of very-high-amylose cassava by post-transcriptional silencing of branching enzyme genes显示文摘High amylose starch can be produced by plants deficient in the function of branching enzymes(BEs).Here we report the production of transgenic cassava(Manihot esculenta Crantz)with starches containing up to 50%amylose due to the constitutive expression of hair-pin ds RNAs targeting the BE1 or BE2 genes.All BE1-RNAi plant lines(BE1i)and BE2-RNAi plant lines(BE2i)were grown up in the field,but with reduced total biomass production.Considerably high amylose content in the storage roots of BE2i plant lines was achieved.Storage starch granules of BE1i and BE2i plants had similar morphology as wild type(WT),however,the size of BE1i starch granules were bigger than that of WT.Comparisons of amylograms and thermograms of all three sources of storage starches revealed dramatic changes to the pasting properties and a higher melting temperature for BE2i starches.Glucan chain length distribution analysis showed a slight increase in chains of DP>36 in BE1i lines and a dramatic increase in glucan chains between DP 10-20 and DP>40 in BE2i lines.Furthermore,BE2i starches displayed a B-type X-ray diffraction pattern instead of the A-type pattern found in BE1i and WT starches.Therefore,cassava BE1 and BE2 function differently in storage root starch biosynthesis. | Wenzhi Zhou Shanshan Zhao Shutao He Qiuxiang Ma Xinlu Lu Xiaomeng Hao Hongxia Wang Jun Yang Peng Zhang | 2020 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,6: | 1 |

| 15 | Distinct roles of the IRE1αarm and PERK arm of unfolded protein response in arachidonic acid-induced ferroptosis in hepatocytes显示文摘Ferroptosis is a distinct form of cell death that is driven by iron-dependent phospholipid peroxidation.Polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs),particularly arachidonic acid(AA)and adrenal acid(AdA),are most prone to lipid peroxidation,which induces ferroptosis and affects the function of cell membranes.In this study,we discovered that AA induces ferritinophagy in hepatocytes,a selective form of autophagy that degrades ferritin,triggering unstable iron overload.Mechanistically,AA enhances cellular uptake of bound iron by up-regulating transferrin receptor 1(TfR1).Additionally,AA induces endoplasmic reticulum stress(ER stress)and simultaneously activates two of its branches,pancreatic ER kinase(PERK)and inositol-requiring enzyme 1(IRE1).Notably,PERK and IRE1 appear to play distinct roles in inducing ferritinophagy.Inhibition of PERK reduced the AA-induced increase of Fe^(2+)by alleviating ferritinophagy,while inhibition of IRE1 further exacerbated ferroptosis by activating ferritinophagy.Furthermore,there seems to be an interaction between the signaling pathways of ER stress,and inhibition of IRE1 exacerbates AA-induced ferritinophagy by further activating the PERK signaling pathway,thereby exacerbating the extent of cell death.Collectively,our findings suggest that iron overload is involved in AA-induced hepatocyte ferroptosis and that this process is regulated by ER stress-mediated ferritinophagy.This study suggests potential therapeutic strategies for treating liver diseases related to lipid metabolism disorders by intervening in the ferroptosis process. | Han Zhang Kai Han Shutao Yin Lihong Fan Hongbo Hu Chong Zhao | 2023 | Food Innovation and Advances2023,2,3: | 0 |

The resultsof TGA demonstrate that the addition of NaMAA can enhance the thermal decomposition temperature of the rubber.Moreover, it was found that the composites spent more activation energies to decompose than pure rubber by thecalculations of multiply heating rate method. Time-resolved FTIR spectra show that NaMAA affects the initial de-composition of the composites. But in the following process, the composites maintained a similar behavior to the ma-trix. | 18 | Diversity and association analysis of important agricultural trait based on miniature inverted-repeat transposable element specific marker in Brassica napus L.显示文摘Miniature inverted-repeat transposable elements(MITEs)are a group of DNA transposable element(TE)which preferentially distributed with gene associated regions.Tens of MITEs families have been revealed in Brassica napus genome,they scatter across the genome with tens of thousands copies and produce polymorphisms both intra-and inter-species.Our previous studies revealed a Tourist-like MITE,Monkey King,associated with vernalization requirement of B.napus,however there are still few studies reveal MITE association with agricultural traits in B.napus.In the present study,80 polymorphic markers were developed from 55 MITEs,and used to evaluate genetic diversity in a panel of B.napus accessions consisting of 101 natural and 25 synthetic genotypes.Five agricultural traits,oil content,glucosinolate content,erucic acid content,weight of thousand seeds(WTS)and plant height,were investigated across 3-years field experiments,in addition,two traits,hypocotyl length and root length,were evaluated at the 4-leaf stage in the laboratory.Correlations between the MITE-based markers and seven traits were analyzed,finally,10 polymorphic markers produced by 6 pairs of MITE specific primers were revealed relatively high correlation with 5 traits.Two polymorphic markers were anchored with two candidate genes,BnaA02g13530D and BnaA08g20010D,respectively,which may contribute to glucosinolate content and WTS.This research may contribute to genetic improvement through utilization of MITE-induced polymorphisms in Brassica species. | Shutao Dai Jinna Hou Maomao Qin Ziju Dai Xiaojie Jin Shilei Zhao Yanhua Dong Yongxia Wang Zhengqing Wu Zhensheng Lei | 2021 | Oil Crop Science2021,6,1: | 0 |
