1Episodic rifting of continental marginal basins and tectonic events since 10 Ma in the South China Sea显示文摘Integrated study on the tectonic, basin filling and thermal evolution of the Tertiary basins on the northern margin of the South China Sea has indicated that the rift continental margin on the northern South China Sea is not a passive margin and that the western margin is characteristic of the transformextension. Episodic rifting and the thermal events since 10 Ma in the area have been documented by the integrated analysis of dynamic process. It has been clarified that the tectono-thermal events have exerted a significant influence on basin features and hydrocarbon accumulation, and particularly, the westward collision of the Lusong Island Arc, the generation of densely spaced faults in the Pearl River Mouth Basin, the rapid subsidence, high heat flow and large-scale over pressure and thermal-fluid breakthrough in the Yinggehai and the Qiongdongnan basins have proved to be the important factors determining the formation of oil and gas in these basins.Sitian Li Changsong Lin Qiming Zhang Shigong Yang Peikan Wu 1999Chinese Science Bulletin1999,44,1:27

3Sequence Stratigraphic Modeling of Sedimentary Basin: Conceptual Model and Application to Erlian and Yinggehai Basins, China显示文摘A quantitative two-dimensional model of sequence stratigraphy is formulated to simulate the development of sequence architecture in sedimentary basins. The model takes into account sea level change, tectonic subsidence, compaction of sediments, flexural isostatic compensation, erosion and sedimentation. It may be used to test sequence stratigraphic model, to analyze the development of sequence architecture and sequence boundaries, and to predict facies distribution in basins. The computer model, combined with backstripping technique, is cali- brated to model the sedimentary filling of the Early Cretaceous Erlian basin and the Tertiary Yinggehai basin. The study shows that the development of high order sequences in the basins was closely related to the multiple stretching and inversion. 7New cyclopiane diterpenes with anti-inflammatory activity from the sea sediment-derived fungus Penicillium sp.TJ403-2显示文摘Three new rare cyclopiane diterpenes(1-3),together with thirteen known compounds(4-16),were isolated and identified from a sea sediment-derived fungus Penicillium sp.TJ403-2.The planar and relative structures of compounds 1-3 were elucidated by HRESIMS,one-and two-dimensional NMR analyses,and their absolute configurations were further established by X-ray crystallography experiment.Compounds 1-3 were evaluated for the anti-inflammatory activity against LPS-induced NO production,and compound 1 showed notable inhibitory potency with an IC50 value of2.19±0.25μmol/L,which was three fold lower than the positive control indomethacin(IC50=8.76±0.92μmol/L).Further Western blot and immunofluorescence experiments demonstrated its mechanism of action to be that 1 inhibited the NF-κB-activated pathway,highlighting it as a promising starting point for the development of new anti-inflammatory agents.Fengli Li Weiguang Sun Sitian Zhang Weixi Gao Shuang Lin Beiye Yang Chenwei Chai Huaqiang Li Jianping Wang Zhengxi Hu Yonghui Zhang 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,1:1

19Drimane sesquiterpenoids from a wetland soil-derived fungus Aspergillus calidoustus TJ403-EL05显示文摘Soil-derived fungi represent an insufficiently tapped reservoir for discovering new and bioactive natural products(NPs),and despite an ever-increasing number of unknown NPs have been discovered over the past few decades,much of the hidden biosynthetic potential is still in an urgent need to be disclosed.In this research,a chemical inves-tigation was performed on a wetland soil-derived fungus Aspergillus calidoustus TJ403-EL05,leading to the isolation of a total of fourteen drimane sesquiterpenoids(1-14),incorporating three new ones,namely ustusols F-H(1-3).Their structures,comprising absolute configurations,were completely authenticated by widespread spectroscopic data,quantum chemical 13C NMR and ECD calculations,and X-ray crystallography experiments.Compound 14 exhibited moderate anti-inflammatory activity by inhibiting the LPS-induced NO release(IC_(50)=25.6μM).Sitian Zhang Shuyuan Mo Fengli Li Yaxin Zhang Jianping Wang Zhengxi Hu Yonghui Zhang 2022Natural Products and Bioprospecting2022,12,1:0
