1Surface Treatment of Inorganic CsPbI_(3) Nanocrystals with Guanidinium Iodide for Efficient Perovskite Light-Emitting Diodes with High Brightness显示文摘The remarkable evolution of metal halide perovskites in the past decade makes them promise for next-generation optoelectronic material.In particular,nanocrystals(NCs)of inorganic perovskites have demonstrated excellent performance for light-emitting and display applications.However,the presence of surface defects on the NCs negatively impacts their performance in devices.Herein,we report a compatible facial post-treatment of CsPbI_(3) nanocrystals using guanidinium iodide(GuI).It is found that the GuI treatment effectively passivated the halide vacancy defects on the surface of the NCs while offering effective surface protection and exciton confinement thanks to the beneficial contribution of iodide and guanidinium cation.As a consequence,the film of treated CsPbI_(3) nanocrystals exhibited significantly enhanced luminescence and charge transport properties,leading to high-performance light-emitting diode with maximum external quantum efficiency of 13.8%with high brightness(peak luminance of 7039 cd m^(−2) and a peak current density of 10.8 cd A^(−1)).The EQE is over threefold higher than performance of untreated device(EQE:3.8%).The operational half-lifetime of the treated devices also was significantly improved with T50 of 20 min(at current density of 25 mA cm^(−2)),outperforming the untreated devices(T50~6 min).Minh Tam Hoang Amandeep Singh Pannu Yang Yang Sepideh Madani Paul Shaw Prashant Sonar Tuquabo Tesfamichael Hongxia Wang 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,4:2
2Current advancements on charge selective contact interfacial layers and electrodes in flexible hybrid perovskite photovoltaics显示文摘Perovskite-based photovoltaic materials have been attracting attention for their strikingly improved performance at converting sunlight into electricity.The beneficial and unique optoelectronic characteristics of perovskite structures enable researchers to achieve an incredibly remarkable power conversion efficiency.Flexible hybrid perovskite photovoltaics promise emerging applications in a myriad of optoelectronic and wearable/portable device applications owing to their inherent intriguing physicochemical and photophysical properties which enabled researchers to take forward advanced research in this growing field.Flexible perovskite photovoltaics have attracted significant attention owing to their fascinating material properties with combined merits of high efficiency,light-weight,flexibility,semitransparency,compatibility towards roll-to-roll printing,and large-area mass-scale production.Flexible perovskite-based solar cells comprise of 4 key components that include a flexible substrate,semi-transparent bottom contact electrode,perovskite(light absorber layer)and charge transport(electron/hole)layers and top(usually metal)electrode.Among these components,interfacial layers and contact electrodes play a pivotal role in influencing the overall photovoltaic performance.In this comprehensive review article,we focus on the current developments and latest progress achieved in perovskite photovoltaics concerning the charge selective transport layers/electrodes toward the fabrication of highly stable,efficient flexible devices.As a concluding remark,we briefly summarize the highlights of the review article and make recommendations for future outlook and investigation with perspectives on the perovskite-based optoelectronic functional devices that can be potentially utilized in smart wearable and portable devices.Gopalan Saianand Prashant Sonar Gregory J.Wilson Anantha-Iyengar Gopalan Vellaisamy A.L.Roy Gautam E.Unni Khan Mamun Reza Behzad Bahrami K.Venkatramanan Qiquan Qiao 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,3:2
3电弧收缩电流频率对航空航天合金钨极氩弧焊薄板拉伸性能和显微组织演变的影响显示文摘研究电弧收缩电流频率(ACCF)对收缩电弧钨极氩弧焊(CA-TIG)焊接航空航天718合金板(厚度为2 mm)拉伸性能和显微组织演变的影响。实验设计每次一个变量,即采用从4 kHz到20 kHz之间5个不同的ACCF,其他参数保持不变。结果显示,采用4 kHz ACCF的接头具有良好的拉伸性能,焊接效率可达99.20%。这是由于熔化区的晶粒细化导致枝晶间析出更细小、离散的Laves相。ACCF高于12 kHz时熔化区发生严重晶粒长大和粗大Laves相演变。718合金焊缝在较高的ACCF下由于冷却速度较慢,Nb偏析和Laves相形成的趋势更明显。当ACCF为20 kHz时,Laves相的体积分数比4 kHz时提高62.31%,因此,接头的拉伸性能降低。这主要是由于当ACCF增加时,焊接热循环中热输入的叠加。Tushar SONAR Sudersanan MALARVIZHI Visvalingam BALASUBRAMANIAN 2021Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2021,31,2:2
4Metabolic changes in the lower esophageal sphincter influencing the result of anti-reflux surgical interventions in chronic gastroesophageal reflux disease显示文摘AIM: With the availability of a minimally invasive approach, anti-reflux surgery has recently experienced a renaissance as a cost-effective alternative to life-long medical treatment in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). We are not aware of the fact whether reflux episodes causing complaints for a long time i.e., at least for one year are associated with metabolic changes in the lower esophageal sphincter, and if so,whether these may influence functional results achieved after anti-reflux surgery.METHODS: Between 1 January 2001 and 31 December 2002 we performed anti-reflux surgery on 79 patients.Muscle samples were taken from the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) in 33 patients during anti-reflux surgery.Inclusion criteria were: LES resting pressure below 10 mmHg and a marked, pH proven acid exposure to the esophagus of at least one year's duration, causing subjective complaints and requiring continuous proton pump inhibitor treatment. Control samples were obtained from muscle tissue in the gastroesophageal junction that had been removed from 17 patients undergoing gastric or esophageal resection. Metabolic and lysosomal enzyme activities and special protein concentrations 16 parameters in total were evaluated in tissue taken from control specimens and tissue taken from patients with GERD. The biochemical parameters of these intra-operative biopsies were used to correlate the results of anti-reflux operations (Visick I and II-III).RESULTS: In the reflux-type muscle, we found a significant increase of the energy-enzyme activities e.g., creatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase, β-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, and aspartate aminotransaminase-. The concentration of the structural protein S-100 and the myofibrillar protein troponin I were also significantly increased. Among lysosomal enzymes, we found that the activities of cathepsin B, tripeptidyl-peptidase I, dipeptidylpeptidase II, β-hexosaminidase B, β-mannosidase and β-galactosidase were significantly decreased as compared to the control LES muscles. By analyzing the activity values of the 9 patients in Visick groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ at two months post-surgery, we found a significant increase in the activity of the so-called energy-enzyme values and in the concentration of structural and myofibrillar proteins as compared to the rest of the reflux patients.CONCLUSION: Our results call attention to the metabolic changes that occurred in the LES muscles of reflux patients. 9Major Soil Chemical Properties of the Major Tea-Growing Areas in India显示文摘Major chemical properties of tea-growing soils are of paramount importance for better management in a sustainable fashion.Therefore,this study was carried out to understand the major soil chemical properties of major tea(Camellia sinensis L.)-growing areas,Dibrugarh and Tinsukia districts,in the state of Assam,India.A total of 991 surface soil samples were collected from 15 large tea estates(TEs) for analysis of their major chemical properties.Soil pH ranged from 3.61 to 6.81.Total organic carbon and total nitrogen ranged from 2.4 to 47.3 and 0.24 to 3.60 g kg^(-1),respectively.All soils were sufficiently rich in plant-available potassium(as K_2O),which ranged from 127.71 to 252.33 mg kg^(-1),exceeding the amount prescribed for optimum tea yield of > 100 mg kg^(-1).Plant-available sulfur among soil samples widely varied from 4 to 129 mg kg^(-1).Results of hierarchical clustering analysis for homogenous grouping of the 15 TEs based on soil chemical properties showed that the 15 TEs could be classified into three distinct groups which consisted of6,8 and 1 TEs,respectively.Based on the Kolmogorov-Smirnov(K-S) test,the best fitted theoretical probability distributions were found out for different soil chemical properties.It could be concluded that a balanced fertilizer application would be needed as a part of tea improvement program using soil chemical test.Tanmoy KARAK Ranjit Kumar PAUL Romesh Kumar BORUAH Indira SONAR Biswajyoti BORDOLOI Amrit Kumar DUTTA Borsha BORKOTOKY 2015Pedosphere2015,25,2:1

15Influence of magnetically constricted arc traverse speed (MCATS) on tensile properties and microstructural characteristics of welded Inconel 718 alloy sheets显示文摘The magnetically constricted arc technique was implemented to mitigate the heat input related metallurgical problems in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding(GTAW)of Inconel 718 alloy particularly Nb segregation and subsequent laves phase evolution in fusion zone.This paper reports the direct effect of magnetically constricted arc traverse speed(MCATS)on bead profile,tensile properties and microstructural evolution of Inconel 718 alloy sheets joined by Gas Tungsten Constricted Arc Welding(GTCAW)process.The mechanism amenable for the microstructural modification and corresponding influence on the tensile properties of joints is investigated both in qualitative and quantitative manner related to the mechanics of arc constriction and pulsing.It is correlated to the solidification conditions during welding.The relationship between MCATS and Arc Constriction Current(ACC)was derived.Its interaction effect on the magnetic arc constriction and joint performance was analysed.Results showed that the joints fabricated using CATS of 70 mm/min exhibited superior tensile properties(98.39% of base metal strength with 31.50% elongation).It is attributed to the grain refinement in fusion zone microstructure leading to the evolution of finer,discrete laves phase in interdendritic areas.Tushar Sonar Visvalingam Balasubramanian Sudersanan Malarvizhi Thiruvenkatam Venkateswaran Dhenuvakonda Sivakumar 2021Defence Technology(防务技术)2021,17,4:1
