1Fluid inclusion evidence for petroleum accumulation in northern Qaidam Basin显示文摘Based on the results of fluid inclusion study(microscopic characteristics, homogenization temperatures and grains with oil inclusions),the pool-forming time of the Nanbaxian and Mabei 1 oilfields in northern Qaidam Basin was discussed in this paper.Fluid inclusions in northern Qaidam Basin are relatively abundant, including aqueous inclusions and hydrocarbon inclusions. These inclusions are small(5-10 μm),and mainly distributed in quartz fissures, overgrowths and cementations. The abundances of grains with oil inclusions(GOI) are commonly low.The GOI values of most samples are between 2.0%-10.5%,and those of about 40 percent of total samples exceed 5%.The homogenization temperatures of fluid inclusions in different samples are markedly dissimilar, indicating that these inclusions were formed in different periods.According to the measured homogenization temperatures of fluid inclusions and in combination with burial history and thermal evolution history, the Nanbaxian and Mabei 1 oilfields are deduced, which have experienced two hydrocarbon charging periods, with the former of N1-N21 and N22-N23,and the latter of N1 and N1 end-N2,respectively.YANG Yunfeng LI Xianqing FENG Songbao WANG Kangdong KONG Longxi DONG Peng XU Feng PENG Dehua CHEN Yan 2010Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2010,29,4:5

4Salinity Acclimation Induces Reduced Energy Metabolism,Osmotic Pressure Regulation and Transcriptional Reprogramming in Hypotrichida Ciliate Gastrostyla setifera显示文摘Coastal and estuarine protists are frequently exposed to salinity undulation. While the tolerance and stress responses of microalgae to salinity have been extensively studied, there have been scarce studies on the physiological response of heterotrophic protists to salinity stressing. In this study,we investigated the physiological response of the heterotrophic ciliate Gastrostyla setifera to a salinity of 3,via a transcriptomic approach. The first transcriptome of genus Gastrostyla was obtained utilizing a group of manually isolated ciliate individuals(cells)and RNA-seq technique. The completeness of the transcriptome was verified.Differentially expressed gene(DEG)analysis was performed among the transcriptomes of G.setifera acclimated in saline water(salinity 3)and those cultured in fresh water. The results demonstrated a significant alternation in gene transcription,in which the ciliate exhibits a transcripttomic acclimation in responding salinity stressing. The up-regulated DEGs were enriched in the pathways of cytoskeleton proteins, membrane trafficking, protein kinases and protein phosphatases. These may represent enhanced functions of ion transport, stress response and cell protections.Pathways involved in energy metabolism and biosynthesis were markedly down-regulated,reflecting decreased cell activity.Particularly,we detected significantly down-regulated genes involved in several pathways of amino acid catabolism, which may lead to accumulation of amino acids in the ciliate cell.Amino acid could act as compatible solutes in the cytoplasm to maintain the osmotic balance in saline water.Overall, this work is an initial exploration to the molecular basis of the heterotrophic protist responding to salinity stressing. The result sheds light on the mechanisms of enhancement of cell protection, reduction of cell activity, and osmotic pressure regulation in ciliates acclimated to salinity.JI Xin BI Luping ZOU Songbao LI Wenlu JI Daode ZHANG Qianqian 2024Journal of Ocean University of China2024,23,2:0
5Multiple Scattering Identification of H-C Resonance in the Carbon K-edge Absorption Spectra显示文摘The carbon K-edge near edge x-ray absorption&ne structure(NEXAFS)spectra of formatG adsorbed on the Cu(110)surface have been calculated by multiple scattering cluster methodt the result shows that the H-C resonance exists in the carbon K-edge NEXAFS spectra, this is the major difference between the carbon and oxygen K-edge NEXAFS spectra of HCOO-Cu(110)system.TANG Jingchang FU Songbao 1991Chinese Physics Letters1991,8,12:0
6The generation kinetics of natural gases in the Kela-2 gas field from the Kuqa Depression, Tarim Basin, northwestern China显示文摘The Kela-2 gas field, found in the Kuqa Depression of the Tarim Basin, northwestern China, is a large-sized dry gas field (C1 /C1-5 =0.992 0.999) and characterized by ultra-high pressure (pressure factor up to 2.0 2.2). The pyrolysis experiment was carried out under isothermal gold-tube closed system, with samples collected from the Jurassic coal, Jurassic mudstone and Triassic mudstone in the Kuqa Depression. The result of gas yield showed that the Middle and Lower Jurassic source rocks have higher gas generation potential than the Triassic source rocks. The kinetic modeling of gas generation and methane carbon isotope fractionation suggested that the Kela-2 gases belong to the products of high-over mature stages and were mainly derived from the Middle and Lower Jurassic coal-bearing strata. The Triassic source rocks made a minor contribution to the Kela-2 gases. The Kela-2 gases chiefly generated from coal-bearing source rocks with R o values from 1.3% to 2.5%, and thus primarily accumulated after 5 Ma.LI Xianqing FENG Songbao XIAO Xianming TANG Yongchun XIAO Zhongyao MI Jingkui TIAN Hui LIU Dehan SHEN Jiagui 2013Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2013,32,2:0
