Coupling phase field with creep damage to study γ’evolution and creep deformation of single crystal superalloys显示文摘A phase-field model coupling with elastoplastic de fo rmation and creep damage has been built to study the micro structural evolution and deformation behavior for Ni-Al single crystal alloy during the whole creep processing. The relevant experiments were conducted to verify the model validity. The simulation re sults show that under the tensile creep at 1223 K/100 MPa,cubic γ’phases coarsen along the direction parallel to the axis of tensile stress during the first two creep stages;and spindle-shaped and wavy γ’phases are fo rmed during tertiary creep, similar to the experimental results. The evolution mechanism of γ’phases is analyzed from the perspective of changes of stress and strain fields. The'is land-like'γ phase is observed and its formation mechanism is discussed. With the increase of creep stress, the directional coarsening of γ’phase is accelerated, the steady-state creep rate is increased and the creep life is decreased. The comparison between simulated and experimental creep curves shows that this phase-field model can effectively simulate the performance changes during the first two creep stages and predict the influence of creep stresses on creep properties. Our work provides a potential approach to synchronously simulate the creep microstructure and property of superalloys strengthened by γ’precipitates. | Min Yang Jun Zhang Weimin Gui Songsong Hu Zhuoran Li Min Guo Haijun Su Lin Liu | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,12: | 3
Formation mechanisms and control method for stray grains at melt-back region of Ni-based single crystal seed显示文摘An experimental study together with numerical simulation was conducted to investigate the formation mechanisms and control methods for stray grains at melt-back of seed in this paper. The numerical simulation results showed that the convex solid/liquid(S/L)interface changed very slowly into a concave interface during the initial solidification stage and the undercooling was slightly affected by the S/L curvature change. The formation of stray grains below melt-back interface at seed perimeter could be suppressed with the decrease of clearance between the seed and mold. However when the clearance was further decreased to 0,an orientation deviation layer formed originated from the deformation of un-melted seed caused by different expend coefficient between the seed and mold. The nucleation of stray grains above the melt-back interface at the seed perimeter could be suppressed using the mold with small surface roughness. The isolated un-melted dendrite stem at semi-solid mushy of the seed with the large original primary dendrite spacing transfer to complex network structure, suppressing the formation of the stray grains, when the primary dendrite spacing of seed decreased or the seed underwent solution heat treatment. Then, the formation mechanisms of the stray grains at the melt-back region are discussed based on above results, and a method is proposed to suppress the formation of the stray grains for preparing single crystal components by re-used seed . | Songsong Hu Wenchao Yang Zhuoran Li Hanyuan Xu Taiwen Huang Jun Zhang Haijun Su Lin Liu | 2021 | Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2021,31,4: | 2
Pomegranate micro/nano hierarchical plasma structure for superior microwave absorption显示文摘Inspired by the pomegranate natural artful structure, pomegranate micro/nano hierarchical plasma configuration of Fe/Fe3C@graphitized carbon(FFC/pCL)was constructed based on the green sol-gel method and in-situ chemical vapor deposition(CVD)synthesis protocol.Pomegranate-like FFC/pCL successfully overcame the agglomeration phenomenon of magnetic nanoparticles with each seed of the pomegranate consisting of Fe/Fe_(3)C as cores and graphitized carbon layers as shells. The high-density arrangement of magnetic nanoparticles and the design of pomegranate-like heterostructures lead to enhanced plasmon resonance. Thus, the pomegranate-like FFC/pCL achieved a great electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorbing performance of 6.12 GHz wide band absorption at a low mass adding of only 16.7 wt.%.Such excellent EMW performance can be attributed to its unique pomegranate hierarchical plasma configuration with separated nanoscale iron cores, surface porous texture, and good carbon conductive network. This investigation provides a new paradigm for the development of magnetic/carbon based EMW absorbing materials by taking advantage of pomegranate hierarchical plasma configuration. | Chunyan Ding Tao Wu Xinsen Hu Chengshuai Shao Zhipeng Xu Hui Fu Songsong Wu Guangwu Wen Xiaoxiao Huang | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,10: | 1
Simultaneous determination of ten nucleosides and bases in Ganoderma by micellar electrokinetic chromatography显示文摘Ganoderma(lingzhi)is a famous herbal medicine and edible supplement in oriental countries for a long history. In this study,a simple micellar electrokinetic chromatography(MEKC)method was established for the analysis of nucleosides and bases, the major bioactive components in Ganoderma for the first time.By optimizing the borate concentration, the sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)concentration and the pH value of running buffer,10 nucleosides and bases achieved an ideal separation. In real sample analysis, the developed method was successfully used to determine the 10 target analytes in 23 batches of Ganoderma samples from different regions. Results indicated that contents of 10 investigated analytes in each sample showed obvious variation. The principal components analysis(PCA)and hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA)analysis classified the samples into three groups, and the HCA tree visualized the relationships which was mainly contributed by geographical partition. The results indicated geographical origin to be an important factor that affect the accumulation of nucleosides and bases in Ganoderma. In summary, this study provides a simple and practical strategy for quality assessment and cultivation reference of Ganoderma. | Feiya Sheng Songsong Wang Xiao Luo Jianbo Xiao Linfeng Hu Peng Li | 2022 | Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,2: | 1
Plant diversity in herbal tea and its traditional knowledge in Qingtian County, Zhejiang Province, China显示文摘Herbal teas composed of locally occurring plant species have long been used as the primary form of health care in Qingtian County,Zhejiang Province,China.However,large-scale emigration overseas and an aging population threaten the conservation of traditional knowledge of these herbal teas.Traditional knowledge about the plants used for these herbal teas is not well documented in Qingtian, despite their widespread use.The aim of this study was to assess the plant-cultural diversity of plants used as herbal teas, and to point out the prospective value of herbal teas used by Qingtian people. This study was conducted using semi-structured interviews,as well as field and market surveys.Forty-three local informants were interviewed. We recorded plant resources, plant parts used, local names, and medicinal uses.Quantitative ethnobotanical indices, including cognitive salience(CS),frequency of citation(FC),index of informant consensus(Fic)and use value(UV),were calculated to analyze the level of representativeness and relative importance of plants used in herbal teas. One hundred and twenty-nine species belonging to 75 families and 113 genera were reported to be used in herbal tea, with Compositae being the richest family.Whole plants are most commonly used to make herbal teas(66.7%).In this study, informants reported that 92.2%of plant species used in herbal teas are wild. The most utilized herbal preparation form is dry/fresh.Informants reported that herbal teas are used to treat 31 ailments. Our results show that the highest representativeness, based on CS and FC,was recorded for species Actinidia eriantha.Based on UV,the top five most used species are Goodyera schlechtendaliana,Plantago asiatica,Prunella vulgaris,Lophatherum gracile and Leonurus japonicus. The highest Fic was cited for dental medicine. This study helps document the status of current herbal teas in Qingtian. The use value and traditional knowledge of herbal teas have provided basic data for further research focused on bioactivity studies and sustainable utilization of the most important species. | Yujing Liu Renchuan Hu Songsong Shen Zheng Zhang Jing Zhang Xiaoling Song Sheng Qiang | 2020 | Plant Diversity2020,42,6: | 0
AHP-based System for the Health Assessment of Ancient and Famous Trees in Dongguan显示文摘By establishing an AHP-based assessment index system and assessment model, and applying detection technology that is convenient and harmless for ancient and famous trees, this paper is significant for investigating and assessing the health state of ancient and famous trees, and protecting the limited resources. Fourteen indexes such as growth vigor, disease and pest were selected from the perspectives of overall situation, canopy, trunk and root, and AHP(applied analytic hierarchy process) was applied to define weights of these indexes. According to the results, top 3 indexes in terms of weight are tree vigor, treetop death, internal decay and hole, while the indexes with lower weight are parasitism, root damage, ventilation and permeability. On the basis of assessment model and method as well as field investigation, health grade of ancient and famous trees(A) can be obtained. By grading the health of ancient and famous trees into 3 levels, each level indicates a certain health state,so managers can take corresponding maintenance measures to develop the best ecological and social value of these trees. | SU Chunlan HU Qiuyan YE Yongchang LI Weihao LIU Songsong | 2017 | Journal of Landscape Research2017,9,1: | 0
