| 3 | 工业遗产的社会建构及旅游再利用:中国与德国的比较研究显示文摘工业遗产是一个欧洲舶来的概念,同时也是被社会建构的,不同的主体和历史背景会形成差异化的建构结果。在中国特殊的工业化发展阶段和文化传统背景下,工业遗产面临建构的情境差异和本土化问题。了解中德两国工业遗产的遗产化过程及建构差异,对中国工业遗产的本土化理论探索及实践运用,都具有非常重要的意义。研究表明,德国的工业遗产化及旅游再利用过程是在遗产保护、逆工业化、社会运动和美学认识改变的大背景下产生的,自上而下与自下而上结合,注重工业遗产内在价值的彰显和遗产本身的价值认同。而中国的工业遗产是在快速城市化和城市更新背景下,受到建筑和景观再利用方面的关注,遗产保护主要是自上而下由政府推动,深受国际遗产保护和再利用理念、实践的影响,更加偏重经济价值。 | 范晓君 Dietrich Soyez 代姗姗 | 2012 | 思想战线2012，38，6： | 11 |
