1Preliminary Scientific Results of Chang'E-1 Lunar Orbiter:Based on Payloads Detection Data in the First Phase显示文摘Chang'E-1 lunar Orbiter was launched by Long March 3A rocket from Xichang Satel-lite Launch Center at 18:05BT(Beijing Time) Oct.24,2007.It is the first step of its ambitious three-stage moon program,a new milestone in the Chinese space exploration history.The primary science objectives of Chang'E-1 lunar orbiter are to obtain three-Dimension(3D) stereo images of the lunar surface,to analyze the distribution and abundance of elements on the surface,to investigate the thickness of lunar soil,evaluate helium-3 resources and other characteristics,and to detect the space environment around the moon.To achieve the above four mission objectives,eight sets of scientific instruments are chosen as the payloads of the lunar orbiter,including a CCD stereo camera(CCD),a Sagnac-based interferometer spectrometer(ⅡM),a Laser Altimeter(LAM),a Microwave Radiometer(MRM),a Gamma-Ray Spectrometer(GRS),an X-ray spectrometer(XRS),a High-Energy Particle Detector(HPD),and two Solar Wind Ion Detectors(SWID).The detected data of the payloads show that all payloads work well.This paper introduces the status of payloads in the first phase and preliminary scientific results.OUYANG Ziyuan JIANG Jingshan LI Chunlai SUN Huixian ZOU Yongliao LIU Jianzhong LIU Jianjun ZHAO Baochang REN Xin YANG Jianfeng ZHANG Wenxi WANG Jianyu MOU Lingli CHANG Jin ZHANG Liyan WANG Huanyu LI Yongquan ZHANG Xiaohui ZHENG Yongchun WANG Shijin BIAN Wei 2008空间科学学报2008,28,5:24
2Introduction to the Payloads and the Initial Observation Results of Chang'E-1显示文摘Chang'E-1,the orbiter circling the moon 200km above the moon surface,is the first Chinese Lunar exploration satellite.The satellite was successfully launched on 24th October 2007.There are 8 kinds of scientific payloads onboard,including the stereo camera,the laser altimeter,the Sagnac-based interferometer image spectrometer,the Gamma ray spectrometer,the X-ray spectrom-eter,the microwave radiometer,the high energy particle detector,the solar wind plasma detector and a supporting payload data management system.Chang'E-1 opened her eyes to look at the moon and took the first batch of lunar pictures after her stereo camera was switched on in 20th November 2007.Henceforth all the instruments are successfully switched on one by one.After a period of parameter adjustment and initial check out,all scientific instruments are now in their normal operating phase.In this paper,the payloads and the initial observation results are introduced.SUN Huixian WU Ji DAI Shuwu ZHAO Baochang SHU Rong CHANG Jin WANG Huanyu ZHANG Xiaohui REN Qiongying CHEN Xiaomin OUYANG Ziyuan ZOU Yongliao 2008空间科学学报2008,28,5:4
3Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells Are Sensitive to DNA Damage显示文摘Induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSCs)resemble embryonic stem cells(ESCs)in morphology,gene expression and in vitro differentiation,raising new hope for personalized clinical therapy.While many efforts have been made to improve reprogramming effciency,signifcant problems such as genomic instability of iPSCs need to be addressed before clinical therapy.In this study,we try to fgure out the real genomic state of iPSCs and their DNA damage response to ionizing radiation(IR).We found that iPSC line 3FB4-1 had lower DNA damage repair ability than mouse embryonic fbroblast(MEF)cells,from which 3FB4-1line was derived.After the introduction of DNA damage by IR,the number of c-H2AX foci in 3FB4-1 increased modestly compared to a large increase seen in MEF,albeit both signifcantly(P<0.01).In addition,whole-genome sequencing analysis showed that after IR,3FB4-1 possessed more point mutations than MEF and the point mutations spread all over chromosomes.These observations provide evidence that iPSCs are more sensitive to ionizing radiation and their relatively low DNA damage repair capacity may account for their high radiosensitivity.The compromised DNA damage repair capacity of iPSCs should be considered when used in clinical therapy.Minjie Zhang Caiyun Yang Huixian Liu Yingli Sun 2013Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2013,11,5:2
4Isolation and Identification of Squash Leaf Curl China Virus in Zucchini显示文摘[Objectives]In 2019,virus diseases occurred widely on zucchini planted in Shandong Province.The disease symptom was different from previous reports.This study aimed to identify the pathogen causing the zucchini virus disease.[Methods]Ten diseased zucchini leaves were collected in the field and used as materials for PCR and sequencing.[Results]PCR detection and sequencing showed that the nucleotide sequence of the amplified fragment had the highest identity with the squash isolate of squash leaf curl China virus(SLCCNV)(MW389919.1)in Guangdong Province.Primers were further designed for amplifying the full-length SLCCNV.The full-length DNA-A was 2730 bp(OM692270.1),and the full-length DNA-B was 2711 bp(OM692269.1).Through sequence alignment,it was found that the DNA-A sequence shared identity of 89.65%-99.42%with registered SLCCNV,and the identity with the SLCCNV-GDHY pumpkin isolate(MW389919.1)in Guangdong was the highest,at 99.42%.The DNA-B sequence was identical with registered SLCCNV in the range of 81.82%-97.29%,and the identity with the SLCCNV-GDHY pumpkin isolate(MW389918.1)in Guangdong,was the highest,at 97.29%.Therefore,it was speculated that SLCCNV is the pathogen of zucchini virus disease.Since the virus was first found on zucchini in Shandong,it was named SLCCNV-SD.[Conclusions]This study provides materials for the research on the spread of SLCCNV in China and the analysis of population genetic characteristics,as well as a reference for the prevention and control of the virus in zucchini.Huixian SHI Yimin GU Xingsheng LI Xiping SUN Yangdong GUO Xiaowei YUAN 2022Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,5:1

11THE SPACE APPLICATION ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE CHINESE UNMANNED SPACECRAFT 'SZ-3'显示文摘During the 3rd mission of Chinese Unmanned Spacecraft the application sys tem of 'SZ-3' (Shenzhou, a divine ship) gets a great success, all its goals are achieved. Many areas of science and breakthrough technology, including earth observation, earth environment monitoring, space material, space life science etc., are carried out in the mission. There are 44 payload instruments totally.All the instruments are working well during the orbit flight and a lot of good results are obtained. Many areas, for example the moderate resolution imag ing spectroradiometer, the solar ultraviolet spectral irradiance monitor and the space protein crystallization facility perform better than required and expected.A brief introduction of the experiments and the achievements of the mission is given in this paper.SUN Huixian 2002空间科学学报2002,22,z1:0

13TaBZR1 enhances wheat salt tolerance via promoting ABA biosynthesis and ROS scavenging显示文摘Brassinosteroids(BRs)are vital plant steroid hormones involved in numerous aspects of plant life including growth,development,and responses to various stresses.However,the underlying mechanisms of how BR regulates abiotic stress responses in wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)remain to be elucidated.Here,we find that BR signal core transcription factor BRASSINAZOLE-RESISTANT1(TaBZR1)is significantly up-regulated by salt treatment.Overexpression of Tabzr1-1D(a gain-of-function TaBZR1 mutant protein)improves wheat salt tolerance.Furthermore,we show that TaBZR1 binds directly to the G-box motif in the promoter of ABA biosynthesis gene TaNCED3 to activate its expression and promotes ABA accumulation.Moreover,TaBZR1 associates with the promoters of ROS-scavenging genes TaGPX2 and TaGPX3 to activate their expression.Taken together,our results elucidate that TaBZR1 improves salt-stress tolerance by activating some genes involved in the biosynthesis of ABA and ROS scavenging in wheat,which gives us a new strategy to improve the salt tolerance of wheat.Ruizhen Yang Ziyi Yang Meng Xing Yexing Jing Yunwei Zhang Kewei Zhang Yun Zhou Huixian Zhao Weihua Qiao Jiaqiang Sun 2023Journal of Genetics and Genomics2023,50,11:0
14Lower genomic stability of induced pluripotent stem cells reflects increased non-homologous end joining显示文摘Background:Induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSCs)and embryonic stem cells(ESCs)share many common features,including similar morphology,gene expression and in vitro differentiation profiles.However,genomic stability is much lower in iPSCs than in ESCs.In the current study,we examined whether changes in DNA damage repair in iPSCs are responsible for their greater tendency towards mutagenesis.Methods:Mouse iPSCs,ESCs and embryonic fibroblasts were exposed to ionizing radiation(4 Gy)to introduce dou-ble-strand DNA breaks.At 4 h later,fidelity of DNA damage repair was assessed using whole-genome re-sequencing.We also analyzed genomic stability in mice derived from iPSCs versus ESCs.Results:In comparison to ESCs and embryonic fibroblasts,iPSCs had lower DNA damage repair capacity,more somatic mutations and short indels after irradiation.iPSCs showed greater non-homologous end joining DNA repair and less homologous recombination DNA repair.Mice derived from iPSCs had lower DNA damage repair capacity than ESC-derived mice as well as C57 control mice.Conclusions:The relatively low genomic stability of iPSCs and their high rate of tumorigenesis in vivo appear to be due,at least in part,to low fidelity of DNA damage repair.Minjie Zhang Liu Wang Ke An Jun Cai Guochao Li Caiyun Yang Huixian Liu Fengxia Du Xiao Han Zilong Zhang Zitong Zhao Duanqing Pei Yuan Long Xin Xie Qi Zhou Yingli Sun 2018Cancer Communications2018,38,1:0
