1雷公藤多甙对雄性大鼠抗生育作用的研究显示文摘本实验是观察雄性大鼠灌服雷公藤多甙(GTW)后,血清中FSH、LH,抑制素和睾酮水平,及睾网液中睾酮浓度与精子情况。结果表明:灌服16mg/kg·d连续2周或5周, 睾网液中睾酮水平与对照组相比无明显差异;灌服10mg/kg·d连续7周,血清促滤泡刺激素(FSH),间质细胞刺激素(LH)和抑制素水平与对照组相比也无显著差异。但灌服16mg/kg·d5周或10mg/kg·d7周,附睾精子活率明显下降,畸型率显著上升。在灌服5周组发现,附睾中精子畸型率又明显高于睾网液中精子畸型率。推测,灌服抗生育剂量GTW并不影响大鼠垂体—睾丸轴的内分泌功能,它可能直接作用于睾丸与附睾中精子的变态与成熟。童建孙 许烨 张琢 王士民 钱绍祯 秦进喜 YT Sun D.
