| 1 | Effects of Hybrid Voltages on Oxide Formation on 6061 Al-alloys During Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation显示文摘Plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO)is carried out on 6061 Al-alloys in a weak alkaline electrolyte containing NaOH,Na2SiO3 and NaCl.Centered on the correlation of composition and structure,analyses by means of X-ray diffration(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS)are conducted on the specimens,which have been PEO-treated under hybrid voltages of different direct current(DC)values(140-280 V)with constant alternate current(AC)amplitude(200 V).Attention is paid to the composition,properties and growth mechanism of oxide layers formed with hybrid voltages.Moreover,the main effects of DC value are discussed.Ceramic layers with a double-layer structure which combines hard outer and soft inner layers are found to be consist ofα-Al2O3,γ-Al2O3 and mullite.With the DC values increasing,the growth of the ceramic layers tends to have increasingly obvious three-stage feature. | Kai Wang Bon Heun Koo Chan Gyu Lee Young Joo Kim Sunghun Lee Eungsun Byon | 2009 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2009，22，5： | 2 |
| 2 | Effect of Miscanthus sinensis var.purpurascens Flower Extract on Proliferation and Molecular Regulation in Human Dermal Papilla Cells and Stressed C57BL/6 Mice显示文摘Objective: To investigate the hair growth-promoting effect of Miscanthus sinensis var.purpurascens(MSP) flower extracton on in vitro and in vivo models.Methods: MSP flower extract was extracted in 99.9% methanol and applied to examine the proliferation of human dermal papilla cells(h DPCs) in vitro at the dose of 3.92–62.50 μg/m L and hair growth of C57 BL/6 mice in vivo at the dose of 1000 μg/m L.The expression of transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1),hepatocyte growth factor(HGF),β-catenin,substance P was measured by relative quantitative realtime polymerase chain reaction.Histopathological and immunohistochemical analysis were performed.Results: MSP(7.81 μg/m L) down-regulated TGF-β1 and up-regulated HGF and β-catenin in h DPCs(P<0.01).MSP(1000 μg/m L)-treated mice showed the earlier transition of hair follicles from the telogen to the anagen phase.The number of mast cells was lower in the MSP-treated mice than in other groups(P<0.05 vs.NCS group).Substance P and TGF-β1 were expressed in hair follicles and skin of the MSP group lower than that in negative control.Stem cell factor in hair follicles was up-regulated in the MSP-treated mice(P<0.01).Conclusion: The MSP flower extract may have hair growth-promotion activities. | Gi Hee Jeong William A Boisvert XI Mei-zhu ZHANG Yi-lin Young-Bin Choi Sunghun Cho Sanghyun Lee Changsun Choi Bog-Hieu Lee | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2018，24，8： | 2 |

| 8 | Lubrication properties of silver-palladium alloy prepared by ion plating method for high temperature stud bolt显示文摘As a solid lubricant, silver-palladium (Ag-Pd) alloy coating was investigated for the application to high temperature stud bolt. A glue layer nickel (Ni) film was deposited on the surface of the hex bolt sample and then Ag-Pd alloy coating was performed on it using ion plating method. The friction coefficient of Ag-Pd alloy film coated bolt was lower than that of N-5000 oil coated bolt by the result of axial force measurement. The cyclic test of heat treatment was conducted to evaluate the durability of Ag-Pd alloy film coated bolt. In a cycle, sample was assembled into the block using torque wrench, followed by heating and disassembling. It was not successful to disassemble the N-5000 oil coated bolt from the block after only one cycle.
