1A Quantitative Evaluation of Shale Gas Content in Different Occurrence States of the Longmaxi Formation: A New Insight from Well JY-A in the Fuling Shale Gas Field,Sichuan Basin显示文摘Comprehensive quantitative evaluation of shale gas content and the controlling factors in different occurrence states is of great significance for accurately assessing gas-bearing capacity and providing effective well-production strategies. A total of 122 core samples from well JY-A in the Fuling shale gas field were studied to reveal the characteristics of S_1 l shale,15 of which were selected to further predict the shale gas content in different occurrence states, which are dependent on geological factors in the thermal evolution process. Geological parameters were researched by a number of laboratory programs, and the factors influential in controlling shale gas content were extracted by both PCA and GRA methods and prediction models were confirmed by the BE method using SPSS software. Results reveal that the adsorbed gas content is mainly controlled by TOC, Ro, SSA, PD and pyrite content, and the free gas content is mainly controlled by S_2, quartz content, gas saturation and formation pressure for S_1 l in well JY-A. Three methods, including the on-site gas desorption method, the empirical formula method, and the multiple regression analysis method were used in combination to evaluate the shale gas capacity of well JY-A, all of which show that the overall shale gas content of well JY-A is in the range of 2.0–5.0 m^3/t and that the free gas ratio is about 50%, lower than that of well JY-1. 6Functional characterization of disease/comorbidity-associated IncRNA显示文摘Background:Functional characterization of the long noncoding RNAs(IncRNAs)in disease attracts great attention,which results in a limited number of experimentally characterized IncRNAs.The major problems underlying the lack of experimental verifications are considered to come from the significant false-positive assignments and extensive genetic-heterogeneity of disease.These problems are even worse when it comes to the functional characterization in comorbidity(simultaneous/sequential presence of multiple diseases in a patient,and showing much wider prevalence,poorer treatment-response and longer illness-course than a single disease).Methods:Herein,FCCLnc was developed to characterize IncRNA function by(1)integrating diverse SNPs that were associated with 193 diseases standardized by International Classification of Diseases(ICD-11),(2)condition-specific expression of IncRNAs,(3)weighted correlation network of IncRNAs and protein-coding neighboring genes.Results:FCCLnc can characterize IncRNA function in both disease and comorbidity by not only controlling false discovery but also tolerating their disease heterogeneity.Moreover,FCCLnc can provide interactive visualization and full download of IncRNA-centered co-expression network.Conclusion:In summary,FCCLnc is unique in characterizing IncRNA function in diverse diseases and comorbidities and is highly expected to emerge to be an indispensable complement to other available tools.FCCLnc is accessible at https://idrblab.org/fcclnc/.Jing Tang Yongheng Wang Jianbo Fu Xianglu Wu Zhijie Han Chuan Wang Maiyuan Guo Yingxiong Wang Yubin Ding Bo Yang Feng Zhu 2021Quantitative Biology2021,9,4:0
7A New Method for Converting T_(2) Spectrum into Pore Radius显示文摘In this paper,a new method for converting the T_(2)(relaxation time) of NMR(nuclear magnetic resonance) into the pore radius is proposed.Combined with NMR and centrifugation experiments,the relationship between pore radius and T_(2) of the sample was established.The results show that the new method is more reasonable than the traditional method.When the sample was denser and the mercury saturation was lower,the pore distribution curve was obtained by traditional method had a worse agreement with mercury injection experiment,while pore distribution curve of the new method had a better agreement with the mercury injection curve,which reflected the greater advantage of the new method as the reservoir becomes denser.The new method can obtain all the pore information in the sample.The results show that the pores in tight sandstone are mainly consisted with mesopore and macropore,and the connectivity of macropore is better than that of mesopore.The new method can effectively characterize the full pore distribution and the seepage characteristics in different pores interval of tight reservoirs,which had a great significance to evaluate the recoverable resources of tight reservoir.Fan Zhang Zhenxue Jiang Yuanhao Zhang Bin Hu Zaiquan Yang Yuhua Yang Xianglu Tang Hanmin Xiao Lin Zhu Yunhao Han 2023Journal of Earth Science2023,34,4:0
