| 1 | 正常眼压性青光眼患者眼部血流的波动性变化(英文)显示文摘目的:评价正常眼压性青光眼(NTG)患者眼部血流的波动性变化。方法:前瞻性病例对照研究。彩色多普勒超声成像(CDI)用于测量正常眼压性青光眼患者的眼部血流参数-收缩期峰值流速(Vmax),舒张末期血流速度(Vd),最大速度的时间平均值(TAmax),搏动指数(PI),眼动脉(OA)阻力指数(RI)与收缩期/舒张期比值(S/D),视网膜中央动脉(CRA)和睫状后短动脉(SPCA),并对比正常人数值。比较两组采用非配对t检验,P≤0.05时有显著意义。结果:当与正常人组P值分别为0.605,0.254,0.348对比时,正常眼压性青光眼组中眼动脉,视网膜中央动脉和睫状后短动脉的收缩期峰值流速降低。当与正常人组P值分别为0.000,0.014,0.138对比时,正常眼压性青光眼组中三项的舒张末期血流速度降低。当眼动脉P值分别为0.000,0.045,视网膜中央动脉P值为0.000和0.006,睫状后短动脉P值0.024和0.024时,搏动指数和阻力指数增加。当正常人组眼动脉,视网膜中央动脉和睫状后短动脉P值分别为0.047,0.041和0.189时,正常眼压性青光眼组收缩期/舒张期比值增加。结论:研究得出彩色多普勒超声成像是测量青光眼血管组成部分的有效途径。比较正常眼压性青光眼组和正常人组时发现眼部血管血流速度下降,血管阻力指数增加。 | Tarannum Shakeel | 2016 | 国际眼科杂志2016,16,11: | 5 |
| 2 | 血脂异常与睑板腺功能障碍严重程度的关系显示文摘目的:分析北方汉德地区三级保健医院血脂异常与睑板腺功能(MGD)紊乱严重程度的关系。方法:这项前瞻性观察研究为期1a,共纳入50例MGD患者。患者接受详细病史调查(包括眼表疾病指数问卷)和检查(包括眼底质量、表达能力和数字染色)。根据2011年睑板腺功能障碍与管理国际研讨会提交的指南对MGD进行分级。对所有患者进行空腹血脂测定。总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)等参数与MGD严重程度相关。采用Chi-square检验进行统计学分析(P<0.05)。结果:2级MGD是最常见的疾病(60%,n=30)。年龄的增加与MGD的严重程度呈显著正相关(P=0.004)。高TC(>200 mg/dL)、TG(>150 mg/dL)、LDL(>130 mg/dL)和VLDL(>22 mg/dL)水平与MGD的严重程度呈正相关(P=0.001,0.019,0.001,0.016)。结论:监测空腹血脂水平可以帮助确定MGD的严重程度,进一步的研究可以确定血脂异常在治疗MGD中的作用。 | Aeshvarya Dhawan Tarannum Shakeel | 2020 | 国际眼科杂志2020,20,8: | 3 |

| 19 | Binding of circulating autoantibodies in breast cancer to native and peroxynitrite-modified RNA显示文摘Peroxynitrite(ONOO) is a powerful oxidant and nitrosative agent and has in vivo existence.The half life of ONOO at physiological pH is less than 1 s.It can react with nucleic acids,proteins,lipoproteins,saccharides,cardiolipin,etc.,and can modify their native structures.Action of ONOO,synthesized in the authors' laboratory by a rapid quenched flow process,on structural changes of commercially available RNA was studied by ultraviolet(UV),fluorescence,and agarose gel electrophoresis.Compared to native RNA,the ONOO-modified RNA showed hyperchromicity at 260 nm.Furthermore,the ethidium bromide(EtBr) assisted emission intensities of ONOO-modified RNA samples were found to be lower than the emission intensity of native RNA-EtBr complex.Agarose gel electrophoresis of ONOO-modified RNA showed a gradual decrease in band intensities compared to native RNA,an observation clearly due to the poor intercalation of EtBr with ONOO-modified RNA.Native and ONOO-modified RNA samples were used as an antigen to detect autoantibodies in sera of patients with clinically defined breast cancer.Both direct binding and inhibition enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) confirmed the prevalence of native and 0.8 mmol/L ONOO-modified RNA specific autoantibodies in breast cancer patients.Moreover,the progressive retardation in the mobility of immune complexes formed with native or 0.8 mmol/L ONOO-modified RNA and affinity purified immunoglobulin G(IgG) from sera of breast cancer patients supports the findings of the direct binding and inhibition ELISAs.The peroxynitrite treatment to RNA at a higher concentration appears to have damaged or destroyed the typical epitopes on RNA and thus there was a sharp decrease in autoantibodies binding to 1.4 mmol/L ONOO-modified RNA.It may be interpreted that cellular nitrosative stress can modify and confer immunogenicity on RNA molecules.Higher concentrations of nitrogen reactive species can be detrimental to RNA.However,the emergence of native as well as 0.8 mmol/L ONOO-modified RNA as a novel antigen/substrate for autoantibodies in breast cancer patients indicates that,in future,these molecules might find a place on the panel of antigens for early diagnosis of breast cancer. | Sheereen TARANNUM Zarina ARIF Khursheed ALAM | 2013 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2013,14,1: | 0 |
