1环境抗生素污染的微生物修复进展显示文摘近年来随着抗生素在畜牧业、水产养殖业以及医疗行业的广泛应用,大量抗生素通过排泄物进入环境,导致我国大面积水体及土壤环境中抗生素残留量急剧增高。环境中不同种类的抗生素的残留导致微生物种群结构失衡,对生态环境及人类造成极大危害。因此,解决抗生素残留问题是21世纪新型环境污染物领域的一个重要课题。已有研究显示,一些微生物能够以抗生素为碳源生存,可用于降解环境中残留抗生素,但人们对微生物降解抗生素的降解机制了解较少。文中概括了近十年来抗生素降解菌株和菌群对抗生素的去除情况,以及应用微生物菌群处理抗生素残留的技术方法,同时对未来利用微生物修复法减少环境中抗生素残留进行了展望。吴迎 冯朋雅 李荣 陈潇 李祥锴 TAWATCHAI SUMPRADIT 刘璞 2019生物工程学报2019,35,11:18
2FLOW PATTERNS AND DAMAGE OF DIKE OVERTOPPING显示文摘Damage of a dike may result in severe damage and suffering. To reduce downstream damage and loss of life, it is important to study the process of breaching of the damaged dike. It is not possible to understand the damage process without a clear understanding of the flow patterns encountered. In the present study, data obtained from nine experimental runs are analyzed. The flow patterns and progressive damage of dike overtopping are investigated. Two types of phenomena at the dike surface:erosion; and erosion and sliding, are observed during the overtopping event. Four stages of dike damage can be distinguished. The degradation rate of the dike crest is found to be dependent on the downstream slope of the dike. 14Mediastinal small cell carcinoma with liver and bone marrow metastasis, mimicking lymphoma显示文摘Primary mediastinal neuroendocrine tumors are a rare malignancy that accounts for < 10% of all mediastinal tumors. The case presented here involves a 52-yearold man who had been suffering for 3 mo from chronic cough, anorexia and substantial weight loss, as well as 2 wk of jaundice prior to his admission. A computed tomography scan showed a 4.3 cm × 6.6 cm mediastinal mass with multiple liver nodules scattered along both hepatic lobes. Endoscopic ultrasound showed a large heterogeneous hypoechoic mass at the mediastinum with multiple target-like nodules in the liver. Fine-needle aspiration specimens revealed numerous, small, round cells with hyperchromatic nuclei, scarce cytoplasm, and frequent mitotic features. Immunohistochemical study revealed positive results for AE1/AE3, CD56 and chromogranin A, with negative findings for synaptophysin, CK20, vimentin, CK8/18 and CD45. The patient was subsequently diagnosed with a poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma, small cell type. 17Dispersion of multi-walled carbon nanotubes in poly(p-phenylene) thin films and their electrical characteristics显示文摘Dispersion of multi-walled carbon nanotubes in poly(p-phenylene) composite exposed to toluene was experimentally investigated. 3 mg of multi-walled carbon nanotubes with nominal size of 20 nm was compounded with 30 mg of poly(p-phenylene) with the presence of terpineol as binding initiator. To investigate an optimal condition for homogenizing all constituents,ultrasonication with an output power of 750 W was employed with compounding time of 3,10,20 and 30 min. With FTIR analyses,it could be confirmed that homogeneous composite of multi-walled carbon nanotubes and poly(p-phenylene) could be prepared. SEM analyses were also conducted to examine the dispersion of multi-walled carbon nanotubes in the polymer matrix. Then intrinsic electrical resistance of the composites after being exposed to toluene was also investigated. 18Piper protrusum(Piperaceae),a new species from southern Thailand based on morphological and molecular evidence显示文摘Piper protrusum Chaveer.& Tanee,sp.nov.is described and illustrated.It dominantly comprises three branching types with three different types of leaf blades,bases,and apexes.The critical distinguishing character is the protruded receptacle having a bract and nine stamens.Individual plants have been discovered in areas of Southern Thailand since 2004 without reproductive parts.The investigated sites were revisited several times,and an individual with flowers was finally found in July 2009.Phylogenetic analysis of the new species and five similar species is carried out based on DNA fingerprinting.The genetic distances between the new species and five similar species range from 0.25 to 0.35,supporting new species designation.Molecular data conform to morphological data in validating that it is a new species.Additionally,its DNA barcodes have been provided for further identification in case the morphological data is unclear.The sequence data have been submitted to the GenBank database under accession numbers GU980898(rpoB gene),GU980899(rpoC1 gene),and GU980900(psbA-trnH region).Runglawan SUDMOON Tawatchai TANEE Arunrat CHAVEERACH 2011Journal of Systematics and Evolution2011,49,5:1
