1水果收获机器人避障路径规划显示文摘在综合分析路径规划研究的基础上,采用基于概率地图的路径规划方法,运用启发式搜索算法对水果收获机器人机械臂运动路径进行实时规划。在搜索过程中,以位姿点密度作为权重使路径向自由空间扩散,避免过度采样。为提高路径规划速度,采用延迟碰撞检测策略,可有效降低计算量。采用有向包围盒进行碰撞检测。最后利用虚拟现实技术,对水果收获时要绕过的支架和狭窄区域进行三维计算机模拟。结果显示,路径规划时间均小于0.15s,达到实时要求。蔡健荣 赵杰文 Thomas Rath Macco Kawollek 2007农业机械学报2007,38,3:42

15Prediction of nature of band gap of perovskite oxides (ABO_(3)) using a machine learning approach显示文摘A material's electronic properties and technological utility depend on its band gap value and the nature of band gap(i.e.direct or indirect).This nature of band gaps is notoriously difficult to compute from first principles.In fact it is computationally intense to approximate and also rather time consuming.Hence its prediction represents a challenging problem.Machine learning based approach offers a promising and computationally efficient means to address this problem.Here we predict the nature of band gap for perovskite oxides(ABO_(3))with elemental composition,ionic radius,ionic character and electronegativity.We do this by training machine learning models on computationally generated datasets.Knowing the nature of the band gap of the perovskite oxides(whether direct or indirect)plays a pivotal role in determining whether the perovskite can be used for photovoltaic or photocatalytic applications.A total of 5329 perovskite oxides are considered in this study.Here,we determine the correlation between the nature of band gap and the composition of the perovskite oxide.A Random Forest algorithm is used for predicting the same since it yielded higher accuracy(~91%)compared to the other Machine Learning models.The approach suggested here can be used to predict the nature of bandgap and can also aid in novel materials discovery within the family of perovskites.This is a robust,quick,and low-cost strategy to find novel materials for light harvesting applications in particular.Also we present feature ranking as it pertains to prediction of nature of bandgap and also discuss correlation between the features.We also show feature importance graphs and SHapley Additive exPlanations(SHAP)as is relevant for prediction of nature of band gaps.Using the approach reported,NaPuO_(3) and VPbO_(3) are discovered to be good candidates for solar cell materials(direct band gap~1.5 eV).Novel composition predictions for targeted applications are the future and our model is a step ahead in this direction.Sudha Priyanga G Manoj N.Mattur N.Nagappan Smarak Rath Tiju Thomas 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,5:0
16Comparison of manual and automatic barcode detection in rough horticultural production systems显示文摘Automation of production in the nurseries of flower producing companies using barcode scanners have been attempted but with little success.Stationary laser barcode scanners which have been used for automation have failed due to the close proximity between the barcode and the scanner,and factors such as speed,angle of inclination of the barcode,damage to the barcode and dirt on the barcode.Furthermore,laser barcode scanners are still being used manually in the nurseries making work laborious and time consuming,which leading to reduced productivity.Therefore,an automated image-based barcode detection system to help solve the aforementioned problems was proposed.Experiments were conducted under different situations with clean and artificially soiled Code 128 barcodes in both the laboratory and under real production conditions in a flower producing company.The images were analyzed with a specific algorithm developed with the software tool Halcon.Overall the results from the company showed that the image-based system has a future prospect for automation in the nursery.Felix Eyahanyo Thomas Rath 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,6:0
