| 2 | BP神经网络算法在河西绿洲玉米生产碳排放评估中的应用及算法有效性研究显示文摘针对作物生产碳排放预测较为困难的实际问题,提出基于BP神经网络算法的玉米生产碳排放预测模型。选择地处河西走廊石羊河下游的民勤绿洲246家农户,面对面调查玉米种植户农场内生产投入数据,将玉米生产投入数据作为神经网络输入层;查阅和梳理国内外相似区域玉米生产环节碳排放系数,运用碳足迹生命周期法计算得到的碳排放值作为神经网络输出层;基于BP人工神经网络算法,运用试凑法确定网络隐含层节点个数,建立河西绿洲玉米生产碳排放预测模型,选择多元线性回归模型、多元非线性回归模型,对该模型有效性进行评估。研究结果表明,3层且各层节点数9、10、1的神经网络结构能够准确预测河西绿洲玉米生产碳排放,其碳排放预测值为0.763 kg(CO_2-eq)·kg^(-1)(DM);9-10-1结构的神经网络预测模型的相关系数(R^2=0.984 7)高于多元线性和非线性回归模型,该神经网络结构模型的均方根误差(RMSE=0.069 1)、平均绝对误差(MAE=0.051 3)均低于其他模型,BP神经网络算法预测性能明显优于其他预测模型。该研究为准确预测农业生产碳排放提供了新思路和可操作方法。 | 燕振刚 李薇 Yan Tianhai 王钧 陈蕾 逯玉兰 刘欢 唐洁 张磊 陈玉娟 常生华 侯扶江 | 2018 | 中国生态农业学报2018,26,8: | 8 |
| 3 | Computer vision technology in agricultural automation--A review显示文摘Computer vision is a field that involves making a machine “see”.This technology uses a camera and computer instead of the human eye to identify,track and measure targets for further image processing.With the development of computer vision,such technology has been widely used in the field of agricultural automation and plays a key role in its development.This review systematically summarizes and analyzes the technologies and challenges over the past three years and explores future opportunities and prospects to form the latest reference for researchers.Through the analyses,it is found that the existing technology can help the development of agricultural automation for small field farming to achieve the advantages of low cost,high efficiency and high precision.However,there are still major challenges.First,the technology will continue to expand into new application areas in the future,and there will be more technological issues that need to be overcome.It is essential to build large-scale data sets.Second,with the rapid development of agricultural automation,the demand for professionals will continue to grow.Finally,the robust performance of related technologies in various complex environments will also face challenges.Through analysis and discussion,we believe that in the future,computer vision technology will be combined with intelligent technology such as deep learning technology,be applied to every aspect of agricultural production management based on large-scale datasets,be more widely used to solve the current agricultural problems,and better improve the economic,general and robust performance of agricultural automation systems,thus promoting the development of agricultural automation equipment and systems in a more intelligent direction. | Hongkun Tian Tianhai Wang Yadong Liu Xi Qiao Yanzhou Li | 2020 | Information Processing in Agriculture2020,7,1: | 8 |
| 4 | Methane Emissions from Grazing Holstein-Friesian Heifers at Different Ages Estimated Using the Sulfur Hexafluoride Tracer Technique显示文摘动物和日粮因素对牛肠道甲烷排放量影响的相关研究已经很普遍,但是关于放牧青年奶牛的甲烷排放量的可参考数据较少。本研究评估了荷斯坦奶牛在多年生黑麦草草地放牧时的生理状态对甲烷排放量的影响,分别进行了以下两个试验:试验1从2011年5月开始,为期11个星期,试验2从2011年8月开始,为期10个星期。在每个试验中,将荷斯坦奶牛分成三个处理组(每组12头),分别由小牛犊、一岁的母牛犊和妊娠母牛组成(平均年龄分别为8.5、14.5和20.5月龄)。在每个试验的最后一个星期利用六氟化硫示踪技术预估每头牛的甲烷排放量。干物质摄入量由代谢能需要量除以牧草中的代谢能含量计算而得。正如预期一样,活体重随年龄的增加而增加(P<0.001),然而试验1中三个分组的体增重没有差异,试验2中的体增重随着年龄增加有不同程度的减少(P<0.001)。在试验1中,妊娠母牛高于小牛犊的甲烷排放量(P<0.001),而一岁母牛犊的甲烷排放量最高(g·d^(-1))。当用单位活体重、干物质摄入量和总能摄入量表示甲烷排放量时,一岁母牛犊比小牛犊和妊娠母牛的排放速率更高(P<0.001)。在试验2中,甲烷排放量(g·d^(-1))随着年龄增加呈线性上升(P<0.001),但是这种差异在一岁母牛犊和妊娠母牛中并不显著。妊娠母牛的甲烷/活体重的比值低于另外两组(P<0.001),小牛犊的总能摄入量中甲烷能量输出的比值低于一岁母牛犊和妊娠母牛(P<0.05)。根据所有数据建立甲烷排放量的预测方程。所有关系均为显著(P<0.001),R2值的分布范围为0.630~0.682。这些模型表明:每增加1 kg活体重,甲烷排放量增加0.252 g·d^(-1);每增加1 kg·d^(-1)干物质摄入量,甲烷排放量增加14.9 g·d^(-1);每增加1 MJ·d^(-1)总能摄入量,甲烷能量输出增加0.046 MJ·d^(-1)。当实际甲烷排放量不可测时,这些结果为我们提供了预估放牧母牛甲烷排放量的另一种方法。 | Steven J. The application of Kingview 6.52 makes the design of system more convenient and improves the control quality. | 6 | Greenhouse gas emissions from pig and poultry production sectors in China from 1960 to 2010显示文摘Pig and poultry production in China had experienced considerable changes from 1960 to 2010.The present study aimed to evaluate the effects of these changes on greenhouse gas emission inventories(expressed as CO_2 equivalent) from these two sectors.The inventories included methane emissions from enteric fermentation,methane and nitrous oxide production from manure management.The greenhouse gas emissions from these sources in 2010 in pig sector were17,62 and 21%,respectively,and that in poultry sector(including chicken,duck,goose and others) were 1,18 and 81%,respectively.Total CO_2 equivalent increased from 1960 to 2010 in both pig(11 582 to 55564 Gg yr^(-1)) and poultry(1 497 to14 873 Gg yr^(-1)) sectors.Within poultry sector,emissions from chicken,duck,goose and others accounted for 74,15,11 and 0.01%in 2010,respectively.However,during the last 50 years,these emissions continuously reduced when related to production of 1 kg of pork(8.01 to 1.14 kg kg^(-1)),poultry meat(1.19 to 0.37 kg kg^(-1)) and egg(0.47 to 0.33 kg kg^(-1)),which is mainly associated with the continuous improvement in production efficiency in all management systems.These results provide benchmark information for Chinese authorities to develop appropriate policies and mitigation strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from pig and poultry sectors. | WANG Li-zhi XUE Bai Tianhai Yan | 2017 | Journal of Integrative Agriculture2017,16,1: | 3 |
| 7 | Meta-analysis of calorimeter data to establish relationships between methane and carbon dioxide emissions or oxygen consumption for dairy cattle显示文摘Recent developments suggest the use of other gases such as carbon dioxide(CO_2) to estimate methane(CH_4)emissions from livestock,yet little information is available on the relationship between these two gases for a wide range of animals.A large respiration calorimeter dataset with dairy cattle(n=987 from 30 experiments)was used to investigate relationships between CH_4 and CO_2 production and oxygen(O_2)consumption and to assess whether the predictive power of these relationships could be improved by taking into account some dietary variables,including forage proportion,fibre and metabolisable energy concentrations.The animals were of various physiological states(young n=60,dry cows n=116 and lactating cows n=811)and breeds(Holstein-Friesian cows n=876,Jersey×Holstein-Friesian n=47,Norwegian n=50 and Norwegian×Holstein-Friesian n=14).The animals were offered forage as a sole diet or a mixture of forage and concentrate(forage proportion ranging from 10 to 100%,dry matter basis).Data were analysed using a series of mixed models.There was a strong positive linear relationship between CH_4and CO_2,and observations within an experiment were very predictable(adjusted R^2=0.93).There was no effect of breed on the relationship between CH_4 and CO_2.Using O_2 instead of CO_2 to predict CH_4 production also provided a very good fit to the observed empirical data,but the relationship was weaker(adjusted R^2=0.86).The inclusion of dietary variables to the observed CO_2 emissions,in particular forage proportion and fibre concentration,provided a marginal improvement to the prediction of CH_4.The observed variability in the CH_4:CO_2 ratio could only marginally be explained by animal physiological state(lactating vs.dry cows and young cattle)and dietary variables,and thus most likely reflected individual animal differences.The CH_4:CO_2 ratio can therefore be particularly useful to identify low CH_4 producing cows.These findings indicate that CO_2 production data can be used to accurately predict CH_4 emissions to generate large scale data for management and genetic evaluations for the dairy industry. | Aurelie Aubry Tianhai Yan | 2015 | Animal Nutrition2015,,3: | 2 |

| 9 | DTFLOW:Inference and Visualization of Single-cell Pseudotime Trajectory Using Diffusion Propagation显示文摘One of the major challenges in single-cell data analysis is the determination of cellular developmental trajectories using single-cell data.Although substantial studies have been conducted in recent years,more effective methods are still strongly needed to infer the developmental processes accurately.This work devises a new method,named DTFLOW,for determining the pseudotemporal trajectories with multiple branches.DTFLOW consists of two major steps:a new method called Bhattacharyya kernel feature decomposition(BKFD)to reduce the data dimensions,and a novel approach named Reverse Searching on k-nearest neighbor graph(RSKG)to identify the multi-branching processes of cellular differentiation.In BKFD,we first establish a stationary distribution for each cell to represent the transition of cellular developmental states based on the random walk with restart algorithm,and then propose a new distance metric for calculating pseudotime of single cells by introducing the Bhattacharyya kernel matrix.The effectiveness of DTFLOW is rigorously examined by using four single-cell datasets.We compare the efficiency of DTFLOW with the published state-of-the-art methods.Simulation results suggest that DTFLOW has superior accuracy and strong robustness properties for constructing pseudotime trajectories.The Python source code of DTFLOW can be freely accessed at https://github.com/statway/DTFLOW. | Jiangyong Wei Tianshou Zhou Xinan Zhang Tianhai Tian | 2021 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2021,19,2: | 2 |
| 10 | Application Server Aging Model and Multi-Level Rejuvenation Strategy Using Semi-Markov Process显示文摘Aiming at the characteristic of the dependency between the application components and the application server platform, a rejuvenation strategy with two different levels of rejuvenation granularities is put forward in this paper including the application component rejuvenation and the application server system rejuvenation. The availability and maintenance cost functions are obtained by means of establishing the application server aging model and the boundary condition of the optimal rejuvenation time is analyzed. Theory analysis indicates that the two-level rejuvenation strategy is superior to the traditional single level one. | 12 | ETS proto-oncogene 1 modulates PTP1B expression to participate in high glucose-mediated endothelial inflammation显示文摘Hyperglycemia-induced endothelial inflammation participates in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular complications in diabetics.Previous studies showed that protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B(PTP1B)and ETS proto-oncogene 1(ets1)are involved in hyperglycemia-induced endothelial inflammation.In this study,we hypothesized that ets1 modulates PTP1B expression,thus playing a crucial role in hyperglycemia-induced vascular endothelial inflammation.Our results indicated that high glucose increases monocyte/endothelial adhesion,vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1)expression and p65 phosphorylation in human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs).Moreover,high glucose-mediated endothelial inflammation is reversed by PTP1B silencing.In addition,high glucose increases ets1 expression in HUVECs.Ets1 silencing reverses high glucose-mediated endothelial inflammation.Furthermore,the effect of ets1 overexpression is similar to that of high glucose treatment,which is counteracted by si-PTP1B.The results from ChIP assays indicated that ets1 occupies the PTP1B promoter region.Ets1 overexpression enhances PTP1B promoter activity,which is disappeared after specific binding site mutation.In vivo experiments demonstrated that the expressions of VCAM-1,PTP1B,and ets1,as well as the phosphorylation of p65 are augmented in the aorta of diabetic rats.In conclusion,ets1 contributes to hyperglycemia-mediated endothelial inflammation via upregulation of PTP1B expression. | Lili Jiang Jincai Liang Tianhai Wang Fufen Meng Wenming Duan | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,4: | 1 |
