| 4 | Scalable synthesis of A_2S_3 (A=Sb, Bi) submicro/nanowires using their powders via solvothermal proceeding显示文摘Single-crystal A2S3 (A=Sb, Bi) nanowires were successfully prepared via using their powders as precursors by solvothermal proceeding. The reac-tion temperature and time as well as solvent strongly influence final A2S3 crystalline morphology and size. Experimental results show that Sb2S3 rods prepared in ethylene glycol are thicker than its wires with av-erage diameter of 400 nm prepared in the mixture solvent of ethylene glycol and ethylenediamine at 200 oC for 24 h. However, under the same reaction con-dition, uniform submicrowires of Bi2S3 with average diameter of 150 nm can be obtained. When reaction temperature is decreased to 150 oC and reaction time is 40 h, pure Sb2S3 wires cannot be prepared. | 7 | High-timing-precision detection of single X-ray photons by superconducting nanowires显示文摘Precisely acquiring the timing information of individual X-ray photons is important in both fundamental research and practical applications. The timing precision of commonly used X-ray single-photon detectors remains in the range of one hundred picoseconds to microseconds. In this work, we report on high-timing-precision detection of single X-ray photons through the fast transition to the normal state from the superconductive state of superconducting nanowires. We successfully demonstrate a free-running X-ray single-photon detector with a timing resolution of 20.1 ps made of 100-nm-thick niobium nitride film with an active area of 50 μm by 50 μm. By using a repeated differential timing measurement on two adjacent X-ray single-photon detectors, we demonstrate a precision of 0.87 ps in the arrival-time difference of X-ray photon measurements. | 8 | Copper-induced formation of heterostructured Co_(3)O_(4)/CuO hollow nanospheres towards greatly enhanced lithium storage performance显示文摘We report a facile template-free fabrication of heterostructured Co_(3)O_(4)/CuO hollow nanospheres using pre-synthesized Co/Cu-glycerate as conformal precursor.The introduction of copper nitrate in the solvothermal reaction system of glycerol/isopropanol/cobalt nitrate readily induces the conversion from solid Co-glycerate to hollow Co/Cu-glycerate nanospheres,and the effect of the Co/Cu atomic ratio on the structure evolution of the metal glycerates as well as their corresponding oxides were investigated.When examined as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries,the well-defined Co_(3)O_(4)/CuO hollow nanospheres with Co/Cu molar ratio of 2.0 demonstrate excellent lithium storage performance,delivering a high reversible capacity of 930 mAh/g after 300 cycles at a current density of 0.5 A/g and a stable capacity of 650 mAh/g after 500 cycles even at a higher current density of 2.0 A/g,which are much better than their counterparts of bare CuO and Co_(3)O_(4).The enhanced lithium storage performance can be attributed to the synergistic effect of the CuO and Co_(3)O_(4)heterostructure with hollow spherical morphology,which greatly enhances the charge/electrolyte transfer and effectively buffers the volume changes upon lithiation/delithiation cycling. | Junjun Zhang Huiying Lu Tianhao Yao Xin Ji Qingmiao Zhang Lingjie Meng Jianmin Feng Hongkang Wang | 2024 | Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,2: | 0 |
| 9 | Application of meta-learning in cyberspace security:a survey显示文摘In recent years,machine learning has made great progress in intrusion detection,network protection,anomaly detection,and other issues in cyberspace.However,these traditional machine learning algorithms usually require a lot of data to learn and have a low recognition rate for unknown attacks.Among them,“one-shot learning”,“few-shot learning”,and“zero-shot learning”are challenges that cannot be ignored for traditional machine learning.The more intractable problem in cyberspace security is the changeable attack mode.When a new attack mode appears,there are few or even zero samples that can be learned.Meta-learning comes from imitating human problem-solving methods as humans can quickly learn unknown things based on their existing knowledge when learning.Its purpose is to quickly obtain a model with high accuracy and strong generalization through less data training.This article first divides the meta-learning model into five research directions based on different principles of use.They are model-based,metric-based,optimization-based,online-learning-based,or stacked ensemble-based.Then,the current problems in the field of cyberspace security are categorized into three branches:cyber security,information security,and artificial intelligence security according to different perspectives.Then,the application research results of various meta-learning models on these three branches are reviewed.At the same time,based on the characteristics of strong generalization,evolution,and scalability of meta-learning,we contrast and summarize its advantages in solving problems.Finally,the prospect of future deep application of meta-learning in the field of cyberspace security is summarized. | Aimin Yang Chaomeng Lu Jie Li Xiangdong Huang Tianhao Ji Xichang Li Yichao Sheng | 2023 | Digital Communications and Networks2023,9,1: | 0 |
