| 2 | Automatic extraction and structuration of soil–environment relationship information from soil survey reports显示文摘In addition to soil samples, conventional soil maps, and experienced soil surveyors, text about soils(e.g., soil survey reports) is an important potential data source for extracting soil–environment relationships. Considering that the words describing soil–environment relationships are often mixed with unrelated words, the first step is to extract the needed words and organize them in a structured way. This paper applies natural language processing(NLP) techniques to automatically extract and structure information from soil survey reports regarding soil–environment relationships. The method includes two steps:(1) construction of a knowledge frame and(2) information extraction using either a rule-based method or a statistic-based method for different types of information. For uniformly written text information, the rule-based approach was used to extract information. These types of variables include slope, elevation, accumulated temperature, annual mean temperature, annual precipitation, and frost-free period. For information contained in text written in diverse styles, the statistic-based method was adopted. These types of variables include landform and parent material. The soil species of China soil survey reports were selected as the experimental dataset. Precision(P), recall(R), and F1-measure(F1) were used to evaluate the performances of the method. For the rule-based method, the P values were 1, the R values were above 92%, and the F1 values were above 96% for all the involved variables. For the method based on the conditional random fields(CRFs), the P, R and F1 values for the parent material were, respectively, 84.15, 83.13, and 83.64%; the values for landform were 88.33, 76.81, and 82.17%, respectively. To explore the impact of text types on the performance of the CRFs-based method, CRFs models were trained and validated separately by the descriptive texts of soil types and typical profiles. For parent material, the maximum F1 value for the descriptive text of soil types was 90.7%, while the maximum F1 value for the descriptive text of soil profiles was only 75%. For landform, the maximum F1 value for the descriptive text of soil types was 85.33%, which was similar to that of the descriptive text of soil profiles(i.e., 85.71%). | 3 | Formation control for networked spacecraft in deep space:with or without communication delays and with switching topology显示文摘In this paper, several formation controllers are developed with constant and variable connected communication topology for six-degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) networked spacecraft flying in deep space with constant and time-varying communication delays considered. In the control algorithm, any explicit leader does not exist in the formation team and it is required that each spacecraft communicate only with its neighbors and therefore the required communication loads of the whole formation is greatly reduced. The proposed control strategies allow that each spacecraft can track its desired position and attitude and simultaneously the whole group moves to the desired formation and obtain its desired relative attitudes with its neighbors. | 4 | Monte Carlo simulation for internal radiation dosimetry based on the high resolution Visible Chinese Human显示文摘The internal radiation dose calculations based on Chinese models is important in nuclear medicine.Most of the existing models are based on the physical and anatomical data of Caucasian,whose anatomical structure and physiological parameters are quite different from the Chinese,may lead significant effect on internal radiation. Therefore,it is necessary to establish the model based on the Chinese ethnic characteristics,and applied to radiation dosimetry calculation.In this study,a voxel model was established based on the high resolution Visible Chinese Human(VCH).The transport procedure of photon and electron was simulated using the MCNPX Monte Carlo code. | 5 | Stratified-structural hydrogel incorporated with magnesium-ion-modified black phosphorus nanosheets for promoting neuro-vascularized bone regeneration显示文摘Angiogenesis and neurogenesis play irreplaceable roles in bone repair.Although biomaterial implantation that mimics native skeletal tissue is extensively studied,the nerve-vascular network reconstruction is neglected in the design of biomaterials.Our goal here is to establish a periosteum-simulating bilayer hydrogel and explore the efficiency of bone repair via enhancement of angiogenesis and neurogenesis.In this contribution,we designed a bilayer hydrogel platform incorporated with magnesium-ion-modified black phosphorus(BP)nanosheets for promoting neuro-vascularized bone regeneration.Specifically,we incorporated magnesium-ion-modified black phosphorus(BP@Mg)nanosheets into gelatin methacryloyl(GelMA)hydrogel to prepare the upper hydrogel,whereas the bottom hydrogel was designed as a double-network hydrogel system,consisting of two interpenetrating polymer networks composed of GelMA,PEGDA,andβ-TCP nanocrystals.The magnesium ion modification process was developed to enhance BP nanosheet stability and provide a sustained release platform for bioactive ions.Our results demonstrated that the upper layer of hydrogel provided a bionic periosteal structure,which significantly facilitated angiogenesis via induction of endothelial cell migration and presented multiple advantages for the upregulation of nerve-related protein expression in neural stem cells(NSCs).Moreover,the bottom layer of the hydrogel significantly promoted bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)activity and osteogenic differentiation.We next employed the bilayer hydrogel structure to correct rat skull defects.Based on our radiological and histological examinations,the bilayer hydrogel scaffolds markedly enhanced early vascularization and neurogenesis,which prompted eventual bone regeneration and remodeling.Our current strategy paves way for designing nerve-vascular network biomaterials for bone regeneration. | Yan Xu Chao Xu Lei He Junjie Zhou Tianwu Chen Liu Ouyang Xiaodong Guo Yanzhen Qu Zhiqiang Luo Deyu Duan | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,10: | 5 |
| 6 | Gadolinium-hyaluronic acid nanoparticles as an efficient and safe magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent for articular cartilage injury detection显示文摘Accurate detection of cartilage injuries is critical for their proper treatment because these injuries lack the selfhealing ability and lead to joint dysfunction.However,the low longitudinal T1 relaxivity(r1)and non-specificity of contrast agents(such as gadolinium(III)-diethylenetriamine-pentaacetic acid(Gd-DTPA))significantly limit the efficiency of clinical magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)applications.To overcome these drawbacks,we integrated hyaluronic acid(HA)with Gd to synthesize a Gd-DTPA-HA composite,which was subsequently freeze-dried to produce nanoparticles(NPs).The resultant Gd-HA NPs demonstrated a greater r1 value(12.51 mM^-1 s^-1)compared with the bulk Gd-DTPA-HA(8.37 mM^-1 s^-1)and clinically used Gd-DTPA(3.88 mM^-1 s^-1).Moreover,the high affinity of HA to the cartilage allowed these NPs to penetrate deeper beyond the cartilage surface.As a result,Gd-HA NPs considerably increased the quality of cartilage and lesion MR images via their intra-articular injection in vivo.Specifically,2 h after NP administration,the signal-to-noise ratio at the injured cartilage site was 2.3 times greater than the value measured before the injection.In addition,Gd-HA NPs exhibited good biosafety properties due to the absence of adverse effects in the blood or on the main organs.It was also showed that Gd NPs were first metabolized by the kidney and liver and then excreted from the body with urine.Thus,Gd-HA NPs can potentially serve as an efficient MRI contrast agent for improved detection of cartilage injuries. | Rong Lu Yuyang Zhang Hongyue Tao Lu Zhou Huidi Li Tianwu Chen Peng Zhang Yao Lu Shuang Chen | 2020 | Bioactive Materials2020,5,4: | 3 |
| 7 | Overpressure Evolution Recorded in Fluid Inclusions in the Dongpu Depression,Bohai Bay Basin,North China显示文摘The Dongpu depression,like other depressions in the Bohai Bay Basin,is characterized by overpressure,however,the published studies have not clearly given the overpressure formation mechanism and paleo-pressure evolution history in the Dongpu depression.In addition,the current researches are mainly focused on the northern Dongpu depression,while rare investigation has been conducted in the southern part.In this context,it is urgent to explore the comprehensive overpressure evolution and formation mechanism in the Dongpu depression in academic and industrial fields.This paper provided a systematic analysis of fluid inclusions,including fluid inclusion petrography,microthermometry,vapor phase filling degree measurement and PVT-x modeling.By using homogenization temperature-burial history projection,the trapping time of the oil inclusions are determined.Four pressure evolution stages are identified in both the northern and the southern Dongpu depression.The results indicate that the pressure accumulation stage is derived by disequilibrium compaction and hydrocarbon generation in the northern part because of the salt rock distribution,while the stage is only derived by hydrocarbon generation in the southern part because of no salt rock distribution.The pressure release stages are mainly caused by the tectonic uplifting movements at the end of Dongying and Minghuazhen Formation.The overpressure in most areas in the northern part has been preserved till now,which is considered as a result of the good plasticity and sealing ability of salt rock that prevent the pressure leakage by smearing on the fault.Areas without salt rock distribution show normal pressure,which means the salt rock is an important factor that contributes to the overpressure preservation.However,there are exceptions that in Baimiao and Qiaokou,the overpressure still exists even without salt rock distribution,which is due to fault closure. | Xiuyan Liu Honghan Chen Xuewei Xiao Hongan Zhang Yuwei Wang Tianwu Xu Pei Shang Lingtao Kong | 2022 | Journal of Earth Science2022,33,4: | 2 |

| 9 | Mixing Characteristics of Oil Inclusions with Different Thermal Maturities in the Wenliu Uplift,Dongpu Depression,Bohai Bay Basin,North China显示文摘Multiple types of oil inclusions with different fluorescence colors have been detected in the northern Dongpu depression.Recent evidences show that these inclusions may have been trapped simultaneously or during a very short period.Therefore,whether these oils were mixed before trapping is unknown.In this study,we analyzed the petrography and fluorescence spectral characteristics of oil inclusions in the Wenliu uplift in the northern Dongpu depression,and assessed the data with the oil mixing ratio curve obtained in the previous experiment.The results show that there are three types of oil inclusions(type I,type II and type III)with yellow,green and blue fluorescence colors,corresponding to low-mature,medium-mature and high-mature oil,respectively.The'pure'oil inclusions,do exist in type II and type III group of oil inclusions,showing the medium-mature oil was generated from the source rock rather than being formed by the mixture of high-mature and low-mature end oils.Most of the oil inclusions are mixtures of high-mature and medium-mature end oils from the sub-sags to the Wenliu uplift,the mixing degree increases to close to 50%.The oil between the Qianliyuan sub-sag and the Wenliu uplift was mainly mixed by medium mature oils,whereas the oil between the Liutun sub-sag and the Wenliu uplift was mainly mixed by high mature oil. | Xiuyan Liu Honghan Chen Xuewei Xiao Hongan Zhang Tianwu Xu | 2020 | Journal of Earth Science2020,31,6: | 2 |

| 14 | Hydrocarbon Generation Characteristics of Source Rocks from Different Saline Environments in the Dongpu Depression,Bohai Bay Basin,China显示文摘The Dongpu Depression is a secondary salt-bearing tectonic unit in the Bohai Bay Basin,eastern China.The depositional environment of this depression regarding its Paleogene strata is clearly different in plane,including the saltwater environment(SE)in the north,the freshwater environment(FE)in the south and the brackish water environment(BE)in the middle.The result of oil and gas exploration in the Dongpu Depression shows that more than 90%of the proven oil reserves are distributed in the northern saltwater environment.Previous studies indicate that the organic geochemistry characteristics and the hydrocarbon generation capacity of the source rocks are very clearly diverse under different environments,which results in the significant differences in the proved reserves between the north and the south.In order to further explore the differences in the hydrocarbon generation capacity of the source rocks under distinct depositional environments and the mechanism of their occurrence,three samples from different depositional environments(W18-5 for SE,H7-18 for BE,CH9 for FE)were used for confined gold tube pyrolysis experiments.The results show that the CH4 yields of W18-5,H7-18 and CH9 increase with increasing temperature,the maximum yields being 405.62 mg/g TOC,388.56 mg/g TOC and 367.89 mg/g TOC,respectively.The liquid hydrocarbon yields of W18-5,H7-18 and CH9 firstly increase with increasing temperature and then decrease after the critical temperatures.The maximum yields of C6-14 are 149.54 mg/g TOC,140.18 mg/g TOC and 116.94 mg/g TOC,the maximum yields of C14+being 852.4 mg/g TOC,652.6 mg/g TOC and 596.41 mg/g TOC,respectively for W18-5,H7-18 and CH9.To summarize,the order of hydrocarbon potential from high to low is W18-5,H7-18 and CH9.On this basis,through analyzing the influencing factors of hydrocarbon differences,this paper reveals that the saltwater environment is characterized by 4 factors:higher salinity,halophilic algae,high paleo-productivity and a strongly reducing environment,which are beneficial to the enrichment of organic matter and lead to the formation of high levels of sapropelite and exinite.According to the variation of oil and gas components in the pyrolysis experiments,the hydrocarbon generation process is divided into three stages:kerogen cracking,oil cracking and C2-5 cracking.Combined with hydrocarbon generation characteristics and stages,the evolutionary model of hydrocarbon generation for source rocks under different environments is established. | LI Wendu ZHANG Pengyuan JIANG Fujie ZHANG Yunxian HUANG Renda XU Tianwu ZHOU Yongshui LI Longlong JIANG Wenli | 2021 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,4: | 0 |

| 16 | Time-resolved terahertz spectroscopy of charge carrier dynamics in the chalcogenide glass As_(30)Se_(30)Te_(40)[Invited]显示文摘Broadband(1.6–18 THz) terahertz time-domain spectroscopy(THz-TDS) and time-resolved terahertz spectroscopy(TRTS) were performed on a 54 μm thick chalcogenide glass(As_(30)Se_(30)Te_(40)) sample with a two-color laser-induced air plasma THz system in transmission and reflection modes, respectively. Two absorption bands at 2–3 and 5–8 THz were observed. TRTS reveals an ultrafast relaxation process of the photoinduced carrier response, well described by a rate equation model with a finite concentration of mid-bandgap trap states for self-trapped excitons.The photoinduced conductivity can be well described by the Drude–Smith conductivity model with a carrier scattering time of 12–17 fs, and we observe significant carrier localization effects.
