| 4 | 水稻4个产量性状的SSR关联分析显示文摘为发掘影响水稻产量性状的有利等位变异及其载体材料用于品种产量潜力改良,2011和2012年调查了不同地理来源的540个亚洲栽培稻品种的4个产量性状,鉴定了这540个品种262对SSR标记的基因型,利用STRUCTURE 2.2软件分析了群体结构,运用TASSEL 2.1软件中的一般线性模型检测了与4个性状显著关联的SSR标记位点。结果表明:540个品种组成的自然群体中单株有效穗数、每穗实粒数、千粒质量和单株籽粒产量的变异系数值2年平均分别为36.73%、29.90%、10.08%和35.21%。自然群体被划分为7个亚群。各亚群内均存在不同程度的连锁不平衡。2年均检测到的与4个性状显著关联的SSR标记位点有30个。其中与单株有效穗数显著关联的有9个,携有RM3533-105等位变异的‘晚芦栗’对增加单株有效穗数效应最大;与每穗实粒数显著关联的有11个,携有RM5746-120等位变异的‘越108’对增加每穗实粒数效应最大;与千粒质量显著关联的有6个,携有RM17-145等位变异的‘宁粳恢338’对增加千粒质量效应最大;与单株籽粒产量显著关联的有4个,携有RM206-245等位变异的‘老来红’对增加单株籽粒产量效应最大。结论:不同地理来源的水稻品种含有控制不同性状的最优等位变异,可用于不同目标性状的改良。 | TRAN Thi Thu Giang 党小景 刘强明 HOANG Kim Toan EDZESI Wisdom Mawuli 洪德林 | 2014 | 南京农业大学学报2014，37，4： | 1 |

| 6 | Dry eye rate and its relationship with disease stage in patients with primary hypertension:a cross-sectional study in Vietnam显示文摘AIM:To determine the dry eye(DE)rate and its relationship with disease stage in patients with primary hypertension.METHODS:A cross-sectional study included 432 patients with primary hypertension(with an equal number of patients in each group:144 in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ hypertension)and 144 healthy subjects as a control group.The Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI)and Schirmer Ⅰ test without anesthetics were conducted on all 576 subjects.Subjects with OSDI scores<13 and Schirmer Ⅰ values equal to or under 10 mm were diagnosed with DE.RESULTS:The ratio of DE in hypertension patients was higher than in the control group(41.7%versus 18.8%;P<0.001).The proportion of patients with DE increased gradually according to the hypertension stage:27.1% in stage Ⅰ,40.3% in stage Ⅱ,and 57.6% in stage Ⅲ,P<0.001.Age,duration of hypertension,plasma urea,creatinine,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(CRP-hs)levels in hypertension patients with DE were higher than those without DE,P<0.001.Advanced age,a long duration of hypertension,diabetes mellitus,elevated plasma creatinine,and CRP-hs levels were independent factors associated with DE in primary hypertension patients,P<0.001.CONCLUSION:DE is a common disorder associated with advanced age,a long duration of hypertension,diabetes mellitus,elevated plasma CRP-hs,and creatinine levels in patients with primary hypertension. | Tran Tat Thang Pham Hong Phuong Nguyen Sa Huynh Nguyen Trung Kien NguyenDuy Toan Nguyen Thi Thu Ha Le Ha Khoa Nguyen Huu Dung Thai Doan Thang Le Viet Thang | 2024 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2024，17，4： | 0 |

| 8 | A new species Lobophora tsengii sp.nov.(Dictyotales;Phaeophyceae)from Bach Long Vy(Bailongwei)Island,Vietnam显示文摘A new species Lobophora tsengii is described from Bach Long Vy(Bailongwei)Island,Haiphong Province,Vietnam.The plants inhabit the subtidal zone and have predominantly erect fan-shaped thalli that attach to the substrate by a basal holdfast.The thallus is commonly composed of a single layer of large medullary cells with four layers of cortical cells on either side of the medulla.The newly collected specimens from the island are morphologically similar to those from Hainan Island,China,but differ from the New Caledonian ones in having thicker thallus.In molecular phylogenetic analyses based on concatenated rbcL and cox3 s equences,the specimens from the island were 100%identical to those from Hainan Island,China,and they formed a clade separating from other Lobophora species.Additionally,based on analyses of numerous cox3 s equences,our specimens were also distinguished from the closely related taxa occurring in New Caledonia,Kenya,and West Australia.Combining the morphological and molecular analyses,we conclude that our specimens represent a new species of Lobophora,which is apparently endemic to the Beibu Gulf(Gulf of Tonkin)and adjacent waters. | Zhongmin SUN Minh Dong DAO Quoc Toan TRAN Duc Tien DAM | 2021 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2021，39，6： | 0 |
