2重症药疹85例临床分析显示文摘目的探讨重症药疹的临床特点及防治措施。方法对本科2002年8月-2013年11月诊治的重症药疹患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果排名前三位的致敏药物分别为抗生素、抗癫痫药和解热镇痛药,最常见用药原因为感染。中成药引起的药疹内脏损害相对较轻。85例患者中,治愈61例,好转23例,1例死于肺部感染及呼吸衰竭。结论重症药疹是皮肤科危重病种,早期予以糖皮质激素联合免疫球蛋白效果较好,同时应加强对症及支持治疗。申卉 Tomy Martin 李惠 2015中国皮肤性病学杂志2015,29,4:8
3嗜酸性粒细胞增多综合征1例显示文摘1病历摘要 患者男,63岁。因全身红斑、丘疹伴瘙痒5年,加重1个月,于2007年1月10日入院。患者5年前无明显诱因腹部出现红斑及米粒大丘疹,伴剧烈瘙痒,影响睡眠。患者曾自服中药(具体不详),病情可好转。丘疹逐渐蔓延至胸部、臀部、四肢、颈部及头部,无季节性变化。入院1个月瘙痒加重。余无异常。家族中无类似疾病患者。Tomy Martin 李惠 陈爱军 2008临床皮肤科杂志2008,37,3:4
