1世界范围内商业化火烧油层项目的现状显示文摘本文给出了关于印度2个商业化火烧油层(ISC)项目、罗马尼亚1个商业化ISC项目和美国1个商业化ISC项目的基本信息。 位于罗马尼亚Suplacude Barcau的ISC项目是这类项目中最大的,它作为一种干式ISC工艺已经运行了34年。印度的Balol和Santhal项目已经运行了7年,并已经在湿式模式下应用。目前,这3个项目每个项目的产量都超过了500米^3/日(3450桶/日),而3个项目合起来的产量大约是2300米^3/日(15860桶/日)。另外,由美国路易斯安那州Bayoustate石油公司(BSOC)在Bellevue经营的项目产量为51米^3/日(320桶/日)。现在,ISC项目总共每天生产重油2350米^3/日。 前3个项目的作业使用边缘行列驱从储层最上部开始向下倾方向进行。而Suplacude Barcau项目发生在一典型的溶解气驱、浅层重油油藏中,Balol和Santha1项目已成功地应用于更深的、具有强横向水驱的油藏。 BSOC的Bellevue火烧油层项目已经运行了超过34年。它是一种干式ISC工艺,是以井网方式实施的。目前,它有15口注空气井和90口生产井。A.T.
