1	用音法评价正畸患者的咬合稳定性显示文摘目的:本研究拟通过音法检测正畸治疗前后患者的咬合稳定性,并通过对比主、客观两种检测方法,评价用主观法检查稳定性的可靠性。方法:选择2003年至2005年间在北京大学口腔医学院正畸科就诊的错畸形患者64例为初诊组;全口固定正畸矫治结束即刻患者15例为矫治结束即刻组。用主观听诊法及客观录音分析法评估患者音。对客观检查结果,通过卡方检验比较初诊组与矫治结束即刻组间咬合稳定性的差别,比较不同错类型的初诊患者间咬合稳定性的差别。以客观法为金标准计算主观法诊断的准确度,通过Kappa检验分析主客观方法间的一致性。结果:(1)43.75%(28/64)的初诊患者咬合不稳定,卡方检验显示不同类型的错畸形间咬合稳定性的差异没有统计学意义。(2)15例固定矫治结束即刻患者中40%(6/15)的患者咬合不稳定。(3)卡方检验发现初诊患者组与矫治结束即刻组咬合稳定性的差异没有统计学意义。(4)主观法音检查的准确度为81.01%(64/79)。(5)Kappa检验表明主客观两种方法存在较高一致性,Kappa值为0.488。结论:(1)正畸治疗前后均有部分患者咬合不稳定,不同类型错患者间咬合稳定性率差异没有统计学意义。(2)主、客观两种方法存在较高一致性。	姜若萍 Kenneth W TYSON	2008	北京大学学报(医学版)2008，40，1：	2
