2Prevention and treatment of hepatic artery thrombosis after liver transplantation显示文摘BACKGROUND: Hepatic artery thrombosis (HAT) which is a serious complication after orthotopic liver transplanta- tion (OLT) remains a significant cause of graft loss. The purpose of this study was to sum up our experiences in the prevention, diagnosis and management of HAT after liver transplantation. METHODS: From April 1993 to September 2003, a total of 198 patients underwent OLT at our hospital. The hepatic artery was anastomosed using 7/0 prolane with running continuous suture in 96 patients (group 1) and with inter- rupted suture in 102 (group 2). Ultrasonography was per- formed every day in two weeks after operation and selec- tively afterwards. RESULTS: HAT occurred in 6 patients (6.3%, 6/96) of group 1, and in 1 (1%, 1/102) of group 2 (x2=4.027, P= 0.045). Six patients received emergency thrombectomy, and 1 conservative therapy but died from tumor recurrence eventually. Biliary complication developed in 3 patients af- ter thrombectomy of whom 2 died of liver failure and one waited for retransplantation. In the other 3 patients after thrombectomy, 1 died of renal failure, and 2 survived. The mortality of patients with HAT was 57.1% (4/7). CONCLUSIONS: The technique of hepatic arterial anasto- mosis is the key factor for the prevention of HAT. Routine ultrasonography is very important in early detection of HAT after OLT. 4A New Integrated Design Method Based on Fuzzy Matter-Element Optimization显示文摘This paper puts forward a new integrated design met ho d based on fuzzy matter-element optimization.On the based of analyzing the mod el of multi-objective fuzzy matter-element , the paper defines the m atter-element weightily and changes solving multi-objective fuzzy optimization into solving dependent function K(x) of the single-objective optimization according to the optimization criterion. The paper particularly describes the realization approach of GA process of multi -objective fuzzy matter-element optimization: encode, produce initial populati on, confirm fitness function, select operator, etc. In the process, the adaptive macro genetic algorithms (AMGA) is applied to enhancing the evolution speed. Th e paper improves the two genetic operators: crossover and mutation operator. The modified adaptive macro genetic algorithms (MAMGA) is put forward simultane ously. It is adopted to solve the optimization problem. Three optimization methods, namely fuzzy matter-element optimization method, li nearity weighted method and fuzzy optimization method, are compared by using the table and figure, it shows that not only MAMGA is a little better than the AMGA , but also it reaches the extent to which the effective iteration generation is 62.2% of simple genetic algorithms (SGA). 6Power flow in the coupled dynamic system of machinery and building floor显示文摘The transmision mechanism of vibrational power flow in the complex flekible coupled system of machinery mouned on a multi-storey plant building via isolators are studied in this paper from the viewpoint of energy. In view of practical isolation designs in engineering,an asymmetric isolation system with mtiltiple isolators on a fiekible foundation is modeled, in which the interactions between the machine and the floor, and among different mouating points are taken illto account. Moreover, the transmission characteristics of power flow in the system concerned are analyzed with the use of subsystem mobility synthetic techaique. 7Oligomeric Procyanidins Induce Generation of Reactive Oxygen Species and Collapse of Mitochchondrial Membrane Potential in Glioblastoma Cell Lines显示文摘Objective The aim of the present study was to clarify the mechanism underlying glioma cell death upon oligomeric procyanidins (F2) exposure. Methods The cytotoxicity of F2 on U87 (human malignant glioblastoma cell line) and C6 (rat glioma cell line) cancer cells was evaluated, and changes of mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in drug-treated cells were monitored. Moreover, morphological changes associated with F2-induced cells death were examined. Results F2 induced a concentration-dependent increase in ROS production and decrease in MMP. Furthermore, pre-incubation with N-acetylcysteine (NAC) and rotenone (Rt), resulted in partial inhibition of F2-induced ROS generation and marked attenuation of cell death and the cytoplasmic vacuolization induced by F2. In addition, pretreatment with Rt markedly attenuated the MMP loss in F2-treated cells. However, pretreatment with NAC only markedly attenuated the MMP loss in F2-treated C6 cells. 8Correlative ionospheric disturbances in the sunlit hemisphere during the flare on July 14,2000显示文摘Using GPS data obtained from GPS sites located on the sunlit hemisphere during the flare on July 14, 2000, the ionospheric response to the flare was analyzed. A kind of tiny correlative ionospheric fluctuations were revealed from the temporal total electron content (TEC) curves derived from GPS measurements, and the values of this kind of disturbances are about 1015 m-2. A comparative analysis of these disturbances and soft X-ray flux detected at GOES satellite during the flare is done. It is found that this kind of disturbances revealed in the temporal TEC curves did occur in a very large area of sunlit ionosphere and its behavior is mainly controlled by the characteristics of the flare’s extra radiation. Because the similar fluctuations are not found in the curve of soft X-ray flux, it is concluded that the flare extra radiation in EUV band should have corresponding fluctuations and it is the fluctuations that cause the TEC disturbances. 9On Geodynamic Evolution of Simao Region (Southwestern Yunnan, China) during Late Paleozoic and Triassic显示文摘Over the last years, the Simao region, southwestern Yunnan, China, turned out to be a very promising target to elucidate plate tectonic processes around the Permian Triassic boundary within the Tethyan domain of Asia. New data from this area reveal that Upper Paleozoic compressional deformations occurred along the Lancangjiang and in areas to the east. Along Lancangjiang, an angular unconformity is exposed, which separates quartz phyllites—formed during a Carboniferous tectono metamorphic event—from Triassic red beds to roofing rhyolites. The acidic volcanics were often said to be remnants of a volcanic arc that was active during the Triassic subduction and closure of an oceanic realm along the Lancangjiang zone. According to our new data, however, these volcanics indicate most probably an Upper Triassic stage of rifting. In the Yunxian anticline (NW of Simao), an angular unconformity of intra Permian age is exposed where Carboniferous to lower Middle Permian strata, which were deposited in a rather deep basin, are unconformably overlain by a shallow marine sequence of upper Middle to Upper Permian sediments. 12Comparison between Paleozoic and CenozoicLithospheric Mantle in Eastern Part of North China Block: With a Discussion of Mantle Evolution显示文摘Paleozoic diamond- and xenolith-bearing kimberlites and Cenozoic xenolith-bearing basalts,erupted in the eastern part of the North China block (NCB), provide excellent mantle probes for the research of intra-plate processes and the Phanerozoic evolution of the subcontinental lithosphere mantle (SCLM ). In this study, the mineral inclusions in diamond and xenoliths from Mengyin (Shandong Province) and Fuxian (Liaoning Province) kimberlites were chosen for constraining the nature of the Paleozoic SCLM. while xenoliths from the Shanwang and Qixia basalt (both in Shandong Province) were chosen for constraining the nature of the Cenozoic SCLM.Shanwang lies astride the Tancheng-Lujiang (Taulu) fault zone, a major lithospheric fault in Eastern China as well as in Eastern Asia, and Qixia lies east of the rault zone. 13Preparation of MCM-41 in Industrial Scale and Its Application in Heavy Oil Processing显示文摘A series of MCM 41 molecular sieves have been prepared on an industrial scale, and the effect of preparation factors such as aging temperature, pH values on the structure and pore distribution of the MCM 41 product have been studied by using X ray diffraction(XRD), thermogravimetric(TG) and electron microscopy(TEM). It is shown that the pH values have a significant effect on the crystallinity of the synthesized product. Under proper conditions, the MCM 41 prepared on an industrial scale has the same performance as the samples prepared on an Lab scale. The prepared MCM 41 was used as a modifier of zeolite Y for fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) of residual oil. It is shown that the addition of the MCM 41 in the zeolite Y catalyst increases the pore size, and surface area of the catalysts, which helps to increase the yield of gasoline and diesel and decrease the production of gaseous product and carbon deposition in the catalyst. 15Magnetic, Geochemical and Mineralogical Charac teristics of Soils in Qiangtang Basin, Tibet, China: Implications for Prospective Oil and Gas Land显示文摘The alteration of iron bearing minerals induced by hydrocarbon microseepage above oil/gas reservoirs has been evaluated using measurements of soil magnetic susceptibility κ , geochemical compositions (gas hydrocarbon and alteration carbonate Δ C ), and composition and concentration of iron bearing minerals. The analyses were performed along two profiles across the Qiangtang basin in Tibet, China: the Nuoermahu Xuehuanhu profile (C) and the Mugari Huochetoushan profile (E). Results show that three strong magnetic anomalies (C 1, E 1 and E 2 anomalies) are related to the distribution of Neogene volcanic rocks on the surface in the Gangmacuo Xiyaergang uplift. Two other anomalies (C 2 and E 4 anomalies), characterized by both moderately amplitude magnetic susceptibility and elevated soil gas hydrocarbons, occur near fault zones in the Cuoni Donghu synclinorium. These latter anomalies display characteristics of hydrocarbon microseepage anomalies commonly associated with oil and gas accumulations. 17Almandine megacrysts from Yingfengling Cenozoic basalt in Leizhou Peninsula and their parental magma origin显示文摘The garnet megacrysts from Yingfengling basalts are characterlzed by high FeO (>20%), CaO (7.02% -8.16%) and low MgO (5.88%-10.87%). Significant composition variations are observed in these megacrysts, of which Ni, V, Sc, Co, and HREE are positively correlated with their Mg# and Zr, Hf, Ga, Y, Sr, Nb, Zn and LREE-MREE are negatively correlated with Mg#. Megacryst parent magma is a highly evolved residual melt with strongl depletion in Ti, Sr, Hf, Nb and HREE. This parental magma was generated by more than 60% of crystallization fractionation of clinopyroxene, garnet, plagioclase and ilmenite from quartz tholeiitic magma. It has not erupted to the surface, but stayed at the upper mantle and formed the megacrystic cumulate. Megacrysts and their host basalt are in disequilibrium.YU Jinhai & S. Y. O’Reilly1.
