1原发性醛固酮增多症肾上腺静脉采血时醛固酮测量值的变异性显示文摘已有研究描述原发性醛固酮增多症(原醛)患者醛固酮浓度变异性。本研究纳入原醛患者340例,进行回顾性队列研究。受试者在三级转诊中心完成肾上腺静脉采血(adrenal venous sampling,AVS),其中116例在AVS术前数小时测定外周静脉醛固酮水平。AVS由同一介入放射科医生实施,在是否刺激状态下,双侧同时采样,每份样本采3份。主要观察指标包括(1)AVS前和AVS中醛固酮的变化;(2)3份AVS肾上腺静脉醛固酮浓度的变异性。Yozamp N Hundemer GL Moussa M Underhill J Fudim T Sacks B Vaidya A 袁源(翻译) 郑武洪(审校) 2021中华高血压杂志2021,29,11:2
