1湖泊中与微生物转化有关的氮素消涨显示文摘本研究观测了2个富营养化湖泊中微生物氮素的变化趋势,并与流入和流出湖泊的氮素消长情况进行了比较。浮游植物的初级生产力主要取决于再生氮素(尤其取决于铵态氮)的多少。浮游菌通过吸收溶解的游离氨基酸来满足其一年中大部分时间内对氮素的需求,并将相当大的一部分用于有机氮的再生。使硝酸盐变成分子态氮的微生物脱氮作用以及在沉积物中的永久性持留,是水生生态系统中氮素损耗的最主要途径。湖泊沉积物中的脱氮的估测方法是利用硝酸盐中的^(15)N作示踪物,然后测定所产生氮气的^(15)N/^(14)N比率而估算,并与以消涨计算得到的估测值进行比较,这两种方法得出了同水平估测值。由铵盐硝化作用得到的硝酸盐,马上就被作为脱氮作用的原料。脱氮作用每年的损耗量是外源氮素输入量的5%—25%,此值位于先前报道的变化范围的下限。湖泊沉积物中的氮素永久持留量是外源氮素输入量的14%—33%。Ingemar Ahlgren Tomas Waara Katarina Vrede Fred Srensson 马焕成 1994人类环境杂志1994,23,6:2
