1华南板块南缘早中生代的逆冲推覆构造及其相关的动力学背景显示文摘作为理解华南构造演化的关键地区,在华南板块南缘的云开地体和越北的Song Chay地体发育了早中生代的向北东逆冲推覆的韧性变形。在云开地体,经历角闪岩相和绿片岩相变质的矿物指示了产状平缓的面理上发育明显的北东—南西向矿物拉伸线理。沿着这些矿物拉伸线理,具有上部指向北东的剪切变形。同位素年代学的定年结果指示了变形事件发生在220 Ma左右。在越南北部,Song Chay地体的岩石和构造特征与云开地体极其相似:平缓的面理,北东—南西向的矿物拉伸线理和上部指向北东的剪切变形是其主要的构造特征,这些构造特征均表现为向北东的逆冲推覆,变形时间从晚三叠世至早侏罗世。这期构造事件的动力学机制被认为同印支板块与华南板块晚古生代—早中生代的构造拼合密切相关。我们认为新发现的Song Chay蛇绿混杂带是华南板块同印支板块的碰撞拼合界线。因此,华南板块南缘云开地体和Song Chay地体被一同卷入同印支板块的碰撞造山体系之中。林伟 Michel Faure Claude Lepvrier 陈泽超 褚杨 王清晨 N'guyen Van Vuong Vu Van Tich 2011地质科学2011,46,1:20
2Impact of chronic disease self-management programs on type 2 diabetes management in primary care显示文摘AIM: To assess the effectiveness of the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program(CDSMP) on glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c) and selected self-reported measures.METHODS: We compared patients who received a diabetes self-care behavioral intervention, the CDSMP developed at the Stanford University, with controls whoreceived usual care on their HbA1c and selected self-reported measures, including diabetes self-care activities, health-related quality of life(HRQOL), pain and fatigue. The subjects were a subset of participants enrolled in a randomized controlled trial that took place at seven regional clinics of a university-affiliated integrated healthcare system of a multi-specialty group practice between January 2009 and June 2011. The primary outcome was change in HbA1c from randomization to 12 mo. Data were analyzed using multilevel statistical models and linear mixed models to provide unbiased estimates of intervention effects.RESULTS: Demographic and baseline clinical characteristics were generally comparable between the two groups. The average baseline HbA1c values in the CDSMP and control groups were 9.4% and 9.2%, respectively. Significant reductions in HbA1c were seen at 12 mo for the two groups, with adjusted changes around 0.6%(P < 0.0001), but the reductions did not differ significantly between the two groups(P = 0.885). Few significant differences were observed in participants' diabetes self-care activities. No significant differences were observed in the participants' HRQOL, pain, or fatigue measures.CONCLUSION: The CDSMP intervention may not lower HbA1c any better than good routine care in an integrated healthcare system. 3Nanomaterials for treating cardiovascular diseases:A review显示文摘Nanomaterials such as nanostructured surfaces,nanoparticles,and nanocomposites represent new viable sources for future therapeutics for cardiovascular diseases.The special properties of nanomaterials such as their intrinsic physiochemical properties,surface energy and surface topographies could actively enhance desirable cellular responses within the cardiovascular system,projecting a growing potential for clinical translation.Recent progress on nanomaterials opened up new opportunities for treating cardiovascular diseases.Successful translation of nanomaterials into cardiovascular applications requires a comprehensive understanding of both nanomaterials and biomedicine,and,thus,it is critical to stress current advancements on both sides.In this review,the authors introduced crucial fabrication techniques for promising nanomaterials for cardiovascular applications.This review highlighted the key elements to consider for their fabrication,properties and applications.The important concerns relevant to cardiovascular nanomaterials,such as cellular responses to nanomaterials and the toxicity of nanomaterials,are also discussed.This review provided an overview of necessary knowledge and key concerns on nanomaterials specific for treating cardiovascular diseases,from the perspectives of both material science and biomedicine.Wensen Jiang Dana Rutherford Tiffany Vuong Huinan Liu 2017Bioactive Materials2017,2,4:6
4Melanopsin-expressing retinal ganglion cell loss and behavioral analysis in the Thy1-CFP-DBA/2J mouse model of glaucoma显示文摘In this study,the role of melanopsin-expressing retinal ganglion cells(mRGCs) in the glaucoma-induced depressive behavioral response pattern was investigated.The CFP-D2 transgenic glaucoma animal model from five age groups was used in this study.Immunohistochemical labeling,quantitative analysis of mRGC morphology,open field test(OFT),and statistical analysis were used.In comparison with C57 BL/6 mice,the age-matched CFP-D2 mice had significantly elevated intraocular pressure(IOP).We observed parallel morphological changes in the retina,including a reduction in the density of cyan fluorescent protein(CFP) expressing cells(cells mm 2 at 2 months of age,1309±26;14 months,878±30,P<0.001),mRGCs(2 months,48±3;14 months,19±4,P<0.001),Brn3b-expressing RGCs(2 months,1283±80;14 months,950±31,P<0.001),Brn-3b expressing mRGCs(5 months,50.17%±5.5%;14 months,12.61%±3.8%,P<0.001),and reduction in the dendritic field size of mRGCs(mm2 at 2 months,0.077±0.015;14 months,0.065±0.015,P<0.05).CFP-D2 mice had hyperactive locomotor activity patterns based on OFT findings of the total distance traveled,number of entries into the center,and time spent in the center of the testing apparatus.The glaucoma induced hyperactive response pattern could be associated with dysfunctional mRGCs,most likely Brn-3b-positive mRGCs in CFP-D2 mice.ZHANG Qi VUONG Helen HUANG Xin WANG YanLing BRECHA Nicholas C. 5Stock-Price Forecasting Based on XGBoost and LSTM显示文摘Using time-series data analysis for stock-price forecasting(SPF)is complex and challenging because many factors can influence stock prices(e.g.,inflation,seasonality,economic policy,societal behaviors).Such factors can be analyzed over time for SPF.Machine learning and deep learning have been shown to obtain better forecasts of stock prices than traditional approaches.This study,therefore,proposed a method to enhance the performance of an SPF system based on advanced machine learning and deep learning approaches.First,we applied extreme gradient boosting as a feature-selection technique to extract important features from high-dimensional time-series data and remove redundant features.Then,we fed selected features into a deep long short-term memory(LSTM)network to forecast stock prices.The deep LSTM network was used to reflect the temporal nature of the input time series and fully exploit future con-textual information.The complex structure enables this network to capture more stochasticity within the stock price.The method does not change when applied to stock data or Forex data.Experimental results based on a Forex dataset covering 2008–2018 showed that our approach outperformed the baseline autoregressive integrated moving average approach with regard to mean absolute error,mean squared error,and root-mean-square error.Pham Hoang Vuong Trinh Tan Dat Tieu Khoi Mai Pham Hoang Uyen Pham The Bao 2022Computer Systems Science & Engineering2022,40,1:2

9樟子松天然林土壤碳氮含量与水解酶活性坡位差异及月动态显示文摘【目的】研究大兴安岭地区樟子松天然林土壤的碳氮含量与水解酶活性的坡位差异和月份动态,探究土壤碳氮含量与水解酶活性的关系,以期为阐明土壤碳氮转化酶学机制及森林土壤可持续利用提供理论依据。【方法】2018年5—10月每月中旬,在大兴安岭漠河地区樟子松天然林坡地设置试验地。分别在试验地上、中、下坡位各设置3块20 m×30 m的樟子松林试验样地,每样地选3个取样点,每取样点清除枯枝落叶层后,记录不同土深(2.5、7.5、15、25 cm)处土壤温度。同时采集每个取样点不同土层(0~5、5~10、10~20和20~30 cm)的土壤样品测定土壤含水率、碳氮含量(有机碳、全氮)及水解酶(脲酶、蛋白酶、蔗糖酶、纤维素酶)活性。【结果】土壤的有机碳及全氮含量随土层加深而降低,随坡位升高而减少,但坡位差异不显著(P>0.05);0~5、5~10、10~20和20~30 cm土层的有机碳含量分别为68.53~80.38、40.28~46.66、15.86~21.08和11.91~13.79 g·kg-1,土壤全氮含量分别为5.34~5.96、2.98~3.68、2.35~2.61和1.54~1.75 g·kg-1;土壤脲酶、蛋白酶、蔗糖酶及纤维素酶活性随土层加深而降低;随坡位降低,土壤脲酶及蔗糖酶活性增高,蛋白酶与纤维素酶活性降低;月动态分析显示,土壤有机碳和全氮含量高峰期均为9月,酶活性高峰期集中在7—8月;相关分析表明,土壤碳氮(有机碳、全氮)含量与水解酶(脲酶、蔗糖酶、纤维素酶、蛋白酶)活性和含水率均极显著正相关(P<0.01),土壤温度与有机碳含量显著正相关(P>0.05)、与全氮含量显著负相关(P<0.05)。【结论】大兴安岭地区樟子松天然林土壤碳氮含量与水解酶活性随土层加深而降低,土壤碳氮含量与酶活性的坡位差异不显著(P>0.05),有机碳和全氮含量高峰期为9月,土壤水解酶活性高峰期集中在7—8月。土壤碳氮含量与水解酶活性极显著相关(P<0.01),土壤温湿度对碳氮含量与酶活性具有显著影响(P<0.05)。Vuong Thi Minh Dien 曾健勇 满秀玲 2020林业科学2020,56,2:2
