| 1 | 知识产权的多元属性及研究范式(英文)显示文摘在诸多民事权利制度中,知识产权具备更多科技含量和知识要素。一般认为:著作权发生在文化创作领域,与文化创新、文化产业息息相关;专利权产生于技术应用领域,与科技创新、科技产业紧密相连;商标权则运作于工商经营领域,涉及商品销售、市场贸易等诸多问题。在知识经济的时代条件下,知识产权的制度实施效果,关系到一国的经济发展、科技进步、文化与教育的繁荣;而在经济全球化的国际背景中,知识产权保护又事关国际政治、国际经贸、国际文化与科技的交流和合作。这就决定了,从民法学理论出发研究知识产权属性,当是应有之义;而结合人权理论、经济学、管理学以及政策科学,多视角、全方位来考察知识产权功能,亦非常必要。这有助于在不同学科层面揭示知识产权的基本蕴意,保持知识产权研究中的问题导向及方法的开放性。 | 吴汉东 Wang Wen’e | 2013 | Social Sciences in China2013,34,1: | 36 |
| 2 | Cerebral ischemia and neuroregeneration显示文摘Cerebral ischemia is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Although stroke(a form of cerebral ischemia)-related costs are expected to reach 240.67 billion dollars by 2030, options for treatment against cerebral ischemia/stroke are limited. All therapies except anti-thrombolytics(i.e., tissue plasminogen activator) and hypothermia have failed to reduce neuronal injury, neurological deficits, and mortality rates following cerebral ischemia, which suggests that development of novel therapies again st stroke/cerebral ischemia are urgently needed. | 6 | Impact of CYP3A4*1G Polymorphism on Fentanyl Analgesia Assessed by Analgesia Nociception Index in Chinese Patients Undergoing Hysteroscopy显示文摘Background:The clinical efficacy of fentanyl for pain control differs greatly across individuals.The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of CYP3A4*1G polymorphism including wild-type homozygote (CYP3A4*1/*1,GG),mutant heterozygote (CYP3A4*1/*1G,GA),and mutant homozygote (CYP3A4*1G/*1G,AA)on fentanyl analgesia in Chinese patients undergoing hysteroscopy by the assessment of analgesia nociception index (ANI). Methods:A total of 200 gynecologic patients scheduled for elective hysteroscopy under general anesthesia at Peking University People's Hospital from May to December in 2017 were enrolled in this study.Venous blood was withdrawn for genotyping of CYP3A4*1G before operation.Fentanyl 1μg/kg was administered preoperatively followed by target-controlled infusion of propofol for induction and maintenance.Intraoperative analgesic efficacy of fentanyl was assessed by ANI monitoring at T0(entering room),T1(cervical dilation), T2(start of cervical aspiration),and T3(end of cervical aspiration)time points.The duration of propofol infusion and total dosage of propofol were recorded as well. Results:The patients were divided into three groups according to CYP3A4*1G polymorphism,including 143 in GG group,47in GA group, and 10 in AA group.There was no significant difference in clinical demographics among three groups.The frequency of CYP3A4*1G variant alleles accounted for 16.8%and the distribution of variant alleles was consistent with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.Using a multilevel model,ANI values at T1(63.81±19.61),T2(63.63±17.82),and T3(65.68±17.79)were significantly lower than that at T0 (77.16±12.93)in the study population (F =23.50,P <0.001),suggesting that higher levels of pain at T 1,T2,and T3 than T0.Patients with GG genotype showed significantly lower ANI than those with GA or AA genotypes during hysteroscopy under the same dose of fentanyl. | 7 | Sol-gel derived HA/TiO_2 double coatings on Ti scaffolds for orthopaedic applications显示文摘Hydroxyapatite/titania (HA/TiO2) double layers were coated onto Ti scaffolds throughout for orthopaedic applications by sol-gel method. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and X-ray diffractometry (XRD) were used for the characterisation of the phase transformations of the dried gels and coated surface structures. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) equipped with energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS) was used for the observation and evaluation of the morphology and phases of the surface layers and for the assessment of the in vitro tests. The in vitro assessments were performed by soaking the HA/TiO2 double coated samples into the simulated body fluid (SBF) for various periods. The TiO2 dipping-coating method at a speed of 12 cm/min, followed by a heat treatment at 600 ℃ for 20 min. The HA la lyaeyre wr wasa ssu cbosaetqeude bnytl ya dipping-coated on the outer surface at the same speed and then heat-treated at difference temperatures. The results indicat that the HA phase begins to crystallize after a heat treatment at 560 ℃. The crystallinity increases obviously at 760 ℃. SEM observations find no delamination or crack at the interfaces of HA/TiO2 and TiO2/Ti. The HA/TiO2 coated Ti scaffolds displays excellent bone-like apatite forming ability when it is soaked into SBF. Considerable amounts of harmful sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides (SO x and NO x) are generated with the FCC operation. Impacted by strengthening environmental regulations and the current global emphasis on environmental protection and pollution abatement, refiners have been meaning to look for effective ways to control and reduce SO x and NO x emissions. FCC DeSO x and DeNO x additives is the most promising measure. | 9 | Genome-wide association mapping of vitamins B1 and B2 in common wheat显示文摘Vitamin B is essential for maintaining normal life activities in humans and animals who have to intake the microelement from the outside, especially from cereal products. In the present study 166 Chinese and foreign wheat cultivars planted in two environments were characterized for variation in vitamin B1 and B2 contents. A genome-wide association study(GWAS) using the wheat 90 K SNP assay identified 17 loci for vitamin B1 and 7 for vitamin B2 contents. Linear regression analysis showed a significantly positive correlation of the number of favorable alleles with vitamin B1 and B2 contents. Marker-trait associations(MTAs) at IWB43809(6AS, 0cM) and IWB69903(6AS, 13cM) were new and stable, and significantly associated with vitamin B1 content across two environments. | 10 | 荧光实时定量PCR检测NSCLC中PEDF基因表达状态的研究显示文摘背景与目的SYBRGreenⅠ是一种较为常用的非探针类定量PCR的方法,其主要优点在于操作过程简单,结果具有一定特异性。本研究的目的是建立检测色素上皮衍生因子(pigmentepitheliumderivedfactor,PEDF)mRNA的SYBRGreenⅠ实时定量PCR的方法,了解肺癌组织及其远癌肺组织中PEDF的表达水平,研究肺癌组织中PEDF的表达水平与各种临床病理特征之间的关系。方法利用RTPCR的方法扩增并纯化PEDF以及内对照GAPDHmRNA的目的片段,倍比稀释后作为定量模板。利用相对定量的方法,检测21例肺癌及相应远癌肺组织中PEDFmRNA相对于GAPDHmRNA的表达量,进行相对定量分析。结果21例肺癌组织及相应的远癌肺组织中均可检出PEDF的表达,肺癌组织中PEDF的相对表达量为0.5505±0.3590(0.11~1.11),远癌肺组织中为0.7219±0.2582(0.29~1.31)(P=0.024)。早期(Ⅰ~Ⅱ期)肺癌患者和肿瘤较小时(T1)PEDF的表达量显著高于晚期(Ⅲ~Ⅳ期,P=0.010)和肿瘤较大者(T2~4,P=0.007)。结论所建立的SYBRGreenⅠ实时定量PCR方法可以成功地检测PEDF基因的表达量。初步检测结果显示PEDF可能是一种肺癌发生发展过程中的保护因素。 | 张力建 陈晋峰 柯杨 Robert E Mansel Wen G Jiang | 2006 | 中国肺癌杂志2006,9,2: | 4 |
| 11 | Comparison on the leaching kinetics of chalcocite and pyrite with or without bacteria显示文摘The acid leaching,ferric leaching,and bioleaching of chalcocite and pyrite minerals were conducted in two sets of 3L stirred reactors.The dissolution rates of copper and iron were correlated with leaching conditions.In the acid leaching process,the dissolution rate of chalcocite was around 40wt.% while that of pyrite was less than 4%.In the ferric leaching process with high ferric concentration,only 10 wt.% of iron in pyrite was leached out at the same retention time though the copper recovery over 60 wt.% in chalcocite.For the bioleaching process,the chalcocite leaching rate was highly increased,nearly 90 wt.% of copper was leached out,and the iron dissolution of pyrite exceeded 70 wt.%.For the two minerals,the bioleaching shows the highest leaching rate compared with the acid leaching or ferric leaching.In uncontrolled bioleaching process,pyrite could be dissolved effectively.The experimental data were fitted to the shrinking core and particle model.The results show that in all the leaching tests,the chalcocite leaching was mainly controlled by diffusion,while for the pyrite leaching,chemical reaction is the main rate-determining step. | RUAN Renman ZHOU E LIU Xingyu WU Biao ZHOU Guiying WEN Jiankang | 2010 | Rare Metals2010,29,6: | 3 |
| 12 | Plant growth,antioxidative enzyme,and cadmium tolerance responses to cadmium stress in Canna orchioides显示文摘The cadmium tolerance capacity of Canna orchioides was evaluated using glasshouse experiment to lay a theoretical foundation to broad applications of this species in cadmium(Cd)polluted areas.The plant growth,Cd absorption,and antioxidative enzyme activities of canna plants treated with different Cd concentrations(0,100,and 200mg·kg^(-1)per dry soil)for 30 days were investigated.The results indicated that the growth of roots,leaves and stems was restricted following Cd addition.The bio-concentration factor was the highest in the roots,followed by the leaves,rhizomes,and stems.Compared with the control,the translocation factor decreased sharply after 100mg·kg^(-1)or 200mg·kg^(-1)Cd treatment,whereas the tolerance index decreased significantly under 200mg·kg^(-1)Cd exposure.The Cd accumulation rate and total Cd accumulation significantly increased under 200mg·kg^(-1)Cd treatment than the control.Themalondialdehyde content remained unchanged at different Cd concentrations,while the relative electrical conductivity of the root increased significantly following 200mg·kg^(-1)Cd treatment.Cd stress increased significantly the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),and ascorbate peroxidase(APX)in the leaves,whereas only SOD was raised in the roots.The catalase(CAT)and POD activity in the roots did not differ significantly at different Cd concentrations.Conversely,APX in the roots decreased significantly under Cd stress,which suggests that the protective mechanisms in the leaves differ from those in the roots.These results indicated that C.orchioides has a high tolerance for Cd.Furthermore,the reactive oxygen species caused by Cd stress could be effectively scavenged by the antioxidative system.The present study proved that C.orchioides constitutes a promising ornamental plant for use in the restoration of areas contaminated with Cd. | Wen’e Zhang Xuejun Pan Qian Zhao Ting Zhao | 2021 | Horticultural Plant Journal2021,7,3: | 3 |
