3A reliability assessment method based on support vector machines for CNC equipment显示文摘With the applications of high technology,a catastrophic failure of CNC equipment rarely occurs at normal operation conditions.So it is difficult for traditional reliability assessment methods based on time-to-failure distributions to deduce the reliability level.This paper presents a novel reliability assessment methodology to estimate the reliability level of equipment with machining performance degradation data when only a few samples are available.The least squares support vector machines(LS-SVM) are introduced to analyze the performance degradation process on the equipment.A two-stage parameter optimization and searching method is proposed to improve the LS-SVM regression performance and a reliability assessment model based on the LS-SVM is built.A machining performance degradation experiment has been carried out on an OTM650 machine tool to validate the effectiveness of the proposed reliability assessment methodology.WU Jun DENG Chao SHAO XinYu XIE S Q 2009Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,7:14
4Measurement and Prediction of Insertion Force for the Mosquito Fascicle Penetrating into Human Skin显示文摘Mosquitoes are exceptional in their ability to pierce into human skin with a natural ultimate painless microneedle, namedfascicle. Here the structure of the Aedes albopictus mosquito fascicle is obtained using a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM),and the whole process of the fascicle inserting into human skin is observed using a high-speed video imaging technique. Directmeasurements of the insertion force for mosquito fascicle to penetrate into human skin are reported. Results show that themosquito uses a very low force (average 18 μN) to penetrate into the skin. This force is at least three orders of magnitude smallerthan the reported lowest insertion force for an artificial microneedle with an ultra sharp tip to insert into the human skin. In orderto understand the piercing mechanism of mosquito fascicle tip into human multilayer skin tissue, a numerical simulation isconducted to analyze the insertion process using a nonlinear finite element method. 10基于生物信息学特征的DNA序列数据压缩算法显示文摘本文通过将生物学特征和生物学含义引入DNA序列数据的压缩处理中,提出了基于生物信息学特征的BioLZMA压缩算法.在BioLZMA算法中,DNA序列根据组成部分生物学含义的不同切分重组为四个集合:编码序列CDS集合、内含子序列集合、RNA序列集合以及剩余序列的集合.根据各集合中序列的具体生物学特征分别使用针对性的压缩策略进行预处理,并通过LZMA算法进行压缩编码.实验结果表明,BioLZMA算法在基准测试序列上的压缩性能优于原有的DNA序列压缩方法.特别是对于生物信息学特征清晰的长序列,算法能够在较短的时间内获得较高的压缩率.纪震 周家锐 朱泽轩 Q H Wu 2011电子学报2011,39,5:8

13Intrahepatic transplantation of hepatic oval cells for fulminant hepatic failure in rats显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the effect of intrahepatic transplantation of hepatic oval cells(HOC)on fulminant hepatic failure(FHF)in rats.METHODS:HOC obtained from rats were labeled with green fluocescent protein(GFP)or 5,6carboxyfluorescein diacetate succinmidyl ester(CFDASE).Cell fluorescence was observed under fluorescent microscope at 6,24,48 and 72 h after labeling.CFDASE labeled HOC(5×10 6 cells each rat)were injected into livers of rats with FHF induced by D-galactosamine.Serum albumin(ALB),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and total bilirubin(TBil)levels were measured at different time points.Liver function of rats was examined on days 3,7,14 and 21 after HOC transplantation.RESULTS:The positive rate of GFP and CFDA-SE labeled HOC was 10%and 90%,respectively,with no significant change in cell viabilities.The survival rate was higher in HOC transplantation group than in control group,especially 48(9/15 vs 6/15)and 72 h(9/15 vs 4/15)after HOC transplantation.The serum ALT,AST and TBil levels were decreased while the serum Alb level was increased after HOC transplantation.Fluorescence became faded and diffused in liver tissues,suggesting that proliferation and differentiation occur in transplanted HOC.CONCLUSION:CFDA-SE is superior to GFP in labeling HOC,although fluorescence intensity is decreased progressively with cell division.HOC transplantation can improve the liver function and increase the survival rate of recipients.Chen-Xuan Wu,Qi Zou,Zheng-Yan Zhu,Ying-Tang Gao,Yi-Jun Wang,Department of Hepatobiliary,The Third Center of Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Medical University Key Laboratory of Artificial Cells of Tianjin,Tianjin 300170,China Author contributions:Wang YJ,Wu CH and Zou Q designed the research Zou Q,Zhu ZY,Gao YT performed the research Zou Q analyzed the data Wang YJ and Wu CX wrote the paper.Supported by Tianjin Science Committee,Grant No.05SYSYJC02600 and Tianjin Health Bureau,Grant No.05KYR01 2009World Journal of Gastroenterology2009,15,12:7
14Pulmonary infection control window in treatment of severe respiratory failure of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases: a prospective, randomized controlled, multi-centred study显示文摘Background Early withdraw from invasive mechanical ventilation (MV) followed by noninvasive MV is a new strategy for changing modes of treatment. This study was conducted to estimate the feasibility and the efficacy of early extubation and sequential noninvasive MV commenced at beginning of pulmonary infection control window in patients with exacerbated hypercapnic respiratory failure caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD). Methods A prospective, randomized controlled study was conducted in eleven teaching hospitals' respiratory or medical intensive care units in China. Ninety intubated COPD patients with severe hypercapnic respiratory failure triggered by pulmonary infection (pneumonia or purulent bronchitis) were involved in the study. When the pulmonary infection had been controlled by antibiotics and comprehensive therapy, the 'pulmonary infection control window (PIC window)' has been reached. Each case was randomly assigned to study group (extubation and noninvasive MV via facial mask immediately) or control group (invasive MV was received continuously after PIC window by using conventional weaning technique).Results Study group (n=47) and control group (n=43) had similar clinical characteristics initially and at the time of PIC window. Compared with control group, study group had shorter duration of invasive MV [(6.4±4.4) days vs (11.3±6.2) days, P=0.000], lower rate of ventilator associated pneumonia (VAP) (3/47 vs 12/43, P=0.014), fewer days in ICU [(12±8) days vs (16±11) days, P=0.047] and lower hospital mortality (1/47 vs 7/43, P=0.025).Conclusions In COPD patients requiring intubation and invasive MV for hypercapnic respiratory failure, which is exacerbated by pulmonary infection, early extubation followed by noninvasive MV initiated at the start of PIC window may decrease significantly the duration of invasive MV, the risk of VAP and hospital mortality.Wang, C Zhan, QY Cao, ZX Wei, LQ Cheng, ZZ Liu, S Zhang, JL Chen, RC Luo, Q Niu, SF Zhu, L Wu, DW Fang, BM Wu, TH Wang, CZ Liu, YN 2005Chinese Medical Journal2005,,19:6

18The Novel Mechanical Property of Tongue of a Woodpecker显示文摘Biomaterials such as bone,teeth,nacre and silk are known to have superior mechanical properties due to their specificnanocomposite structures.Here we report that the woodpecker’s tongue exhibits a novel strength and flexibility due to its specialcomposite micro/nanostructure.The tongue consists of a flexible cartilage-and-bone skeleton covered with a thin layer tissue ofhigh strength and elasticity.At the interface between the cartilage-and-bone skeleton and the tissue layer,there is a hierarchicalfiber-typed connection.It is this special design of the tongue that makes the woodpeckers efficient in catching the insects insidetrees.The special micro/nanostructures of the woodpecker’s tongue show us a potential method to enhance the interfacialconnection between soft and hard material layers for bio-inspired composite system designs.P Zhou X Q Kong C W Wu Z Chen 2009Journal of Bionic Engineering2009,6,3:3
19全颗粒饲料对奶牛生产性能的影响显示文摘饲料中的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量和饲料颗粒直径是影响瘤胃功能的重要因素。试验评估了以颗粒饲料为主的奶牛瘤胃健康情况、NDF消化率和生产性能。选取8头荷斯坦母牛(336±30 d,体重346±35 kg),随机分配到交叉重复试验组中,奶牛安置于牛栏,自由采食。试验期为3周,前两周是适应期,最后一周为数据收集期。各组饲粮原料相同,但物理形式不同,分为全混合日粮(TMR)和颗粒料(直径=8 mm)。两组间物理有效NDF(pe NDF)不同,TMR组为39.8%,颗粒料组为11.8%。在试验过程中,干物质采食量(DMI)、饮水量、瘤胃反刍时间、瘤胃温度和pH情况均记录。3周后收集粪样,确定潜在的可消化NDF总消化率(pdNDF)。每阶段结束后计算平均日增重和饲料转化率。颗粒料组的DMI、DMI/体重和饮水量更高。而两组间平均日增重和饲料转化率无显著差异。颗粒料组的瘤胃反刍时间为241 min·d-1低于TMR组的507 min·d-1。饲料的不同物理外形对瘤胃温度、瘤胃pH无显著影响。TMR组的pdNDF总消化率为90.25%高于颗粒料组的86.82%。试验结果表明,动物易接受完整的颗粒饲料,DMI较高,且反刍时间减少,但瘤胃pH无显著变化。TMR组的pdNDF消化率显著增加。尽管两组奶牛在DMI和纤维消化方面表现不同,但总体表现相似,两组饲料的保存时间与其物理形式有关。在短期内,提供能满足NDF需求的完全颗粒饲料可改善瘤胃健康状况和动物生产性能,而较长时间的数据则需要进一步试验。Wang J Yang M Cao M Lin Y Che L Q Duraipandiyan V Al-Dhabi N A Fang Z F Xu S Y Feng B Liu G Wu D Bonfante E Palmonari A Mammi L Canestrari G Fustini M Formigoni A 2016饲料博览2016,0,12:2
