| 1 | Narrow-band radar imaging of spinning targets显示文摘According to the characteristics of narrow-band radar echoes from spinning targets,this paper applies the complex-valued back-projection method to image formation.Since it accumulates the sinusoidal phase of spinning scatterers effectively,this method can obtain high resolution imaging.The resolution and required radar pulse repetition frequency (PRF) of this method are deduced.For imaging of fast spinning targets,however,spurious peaks appear due to azimuth down sampling with a low PRF.Therefore,a signal model of azimuth down-sampled echoes is created according to the compressed sensing (CS) theory.Then an imaging method based on orthogonal matching pursuit (OMP) is proposed according to the sparsity nature of ISAR echoes.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed methods is demonstrated using simulated data. | BAI XueRu SUN GuangCai WU QiSong XING MengDao BAO Zheng | 2011 | Science China(Information Sciences)2011,54,4: | 9 |

| 3 | The expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax in gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesions显示文摘Objective: To study the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins and explore the relationships between them and apoptosis in gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesions. Methods: TUNEL method was used to detect apoptosis and im- munohistochemical staining method was used to detect the expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax proteins in 70 cases of chronic gastritis, 49 cases of intestinal metaplasia, 64 cases of dysplasia and 81 cases of gastric carcinoma. Results: The positive incidences of Bcl-2 and Bax were the highest in severe dysplasia. In intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia, positive incidences of Bcl-2 and Bax were higher than those in chronic gastritis and gastric carcinoma. During the process of evolvement from chronic gastritis to intestinal metaplasia then to dysplasia, apoptosis indexes gradually rise up to mid-high dysplasia, which reached the highest point, then it began to fall down, when it reached the lowest point in gastric carcinoma. There were nega- tive correlations between the expressions of Bcl-2, Bax proteins and apoptosis. Conclusion: The expression of Bcl-2 may be an early behavior in the gastric carcinogenesis. Bax had antagonistic effect to Bcl-2. | 6 | Catalytic hydrothermal liquefaction of microalgae over metal incorporated mesoporous SBA-15 with high hydrothermal stability显示文摘Hydrothermal liquefaction(HTL)is one of the most promising technologies for conversion of microalgae,and catalysts with high hydrothermal stability are required for controllable HTL.In this article,SBA-15 incorporated with transition metals(Ni,Pd,Co and Ru)were synthetized via double-template method for catalytic HTL of microalgae.The results showed that metal incorporated SBA-15 represented high hydrothermal stability at 613 K.The incorporated Ni,Co and Ru was dispersed in SBA-15 enhancing the hydrothermal stability.The catalysts greatly influenced the chemical composition of the obtained bio-oil,which contained a higher percentage of furfural derivatives and a lower content of fatty acids and N-containing compounds,thus bio-oil quality was improved significantly.Higher hydrothermal stability and specific surface areas of Co-SBA-15 contribute to the highest preformation with 78.78%conversion and 24.11 wt%bio-oil yield.Metal incorporated SBA-15 provides a potential application for biomass conversion in high-temperature aqueous phase. | Yu Chen Kejing Wu Qisong Lin Yulong Wu Yin Tang Mingde Yang | 2018 | Carbon Resources Conversion2018,1,3: | 1 |

| 10 | Study on Microwave Pretreatment Technology to Improve the Effect of Shellac Impregnation of Fast-Growing Chinese Fir显示文摘To improve the mechanical properties of fast-growing Chinese fir(Cunnighamia lanceolate),expand its range of application,increase its value,and avoid the environmental pollution caused by impregnation with synthetic resin,Chinese fir was impregnated with a shellac solution.Since the shellac solution was difficult to penetrate into fast-growing Chinese fir,so microwave pretreatment was used to irradiate the wood to improve the permeability.This study investigated the effects of four factors,including the content of moisture in the wood before it was microwaved,the chamber pressure of microwave,the time of microwaving and the vacuum impregnation on the mechanical properties of Chinese fir wood.When the moisture content of wood before microwave was approximately 50%–60%,after microwaving and impregnation,the ultimate strength in static bending(modulus of rupture[MOR])and strength in compression perpendicular to the grain(SCPG)of the wood increased significantly.A microwave time of 100 seconds was more effective at improving the MOR and SCPG of the wood.If the wood was microwaved for too short or long period of time,the microwave pretreatment was not effective.When the samples were immersed in shellac for a longer period,the MOR and SCPG of Chinese fir gradually increased,but when the wood was impregnated for more than 12 hours,the increases were not significant.After the shellac penetrated the Chinese fir wood,it spread on the inner wall surface of tracheid to form a shellac film and easily formed plug-like deposits in microcapillaries.The use of Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersion x-ray indicated that the microwave pretreatment can destroy the pit membranes on tracheids and facilitate the ability of shellac to penetrate the channel. | Xiya Yu Nianfeng Wei Qisong Liu Zhiyong Wu Mizi Fan Weigang Zhao Qinzhi Zeng | 2022 | Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,8: | 0 |
| 11 | Superior corrosion resistance and corrosion mechanism of dual-main-phase (Ce_(15)Nd_(85))_(30)Fe_(bal)B_(1)M magnets in different solutions显示文摘The electrochemical corrosion behavior of both (Ce_(15)Nd_(85))_(30)Fe_(bal)B_(1)M sintered magnets prepared with dual-main-phase method and N45-type magnets was studied in 3.5 wt% NaCl,1.1 wt% NaH_(2)PO_(4),and 2.5 wt% NaOH solutions,respectively.The (Ce_(15)Nd_(85))_(30)Fe_(bal)B_(1)M sintered magnets perform superior corrosion resistance than N45-type magnets in the tested solutions.In general,two kinds of magnets exhibit the best corrosion resistance property in 2.5 wt% NaOH solution,while the worst in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution.Microstructures of samples before and after corrosion were investigated.With the addition of Ce by means of dual-main-phase method,which is conducive to facilitating low-temperature sintering and grain refinement,uniform grain size and(Nd,Ce)-rich phase distribution form,give rise to narrow and thin corrosion channels.Moreover,the corrosion rate of the(Nd,Ce)-rich phase is lower than that of Nd-rich one.Acco rdingly,corro sion re sistance of (Ce_(15)Nd_(85))_(30)Fe_(bal)B_(1)M sintered magnet is superior when compared with the commercial N45-type magnet which has comparable magnetic properties. | Yaping Wu Minggang Zhu Qisong Sun Lele Zhang Peng Shen Yikun Fang Wei Li | 2023 | Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,1: | 0 |
| 12 | MIXED-GRAINED CMOS FIELD PROGRAMMABLE ANALOG ARRAY FOR SMART SENSORY APPLICATIONS显示文摘The drive towards shorter design cycles for analog integrated circuits has given impetus to the development of Field Programmable Analog Arrays(FPAAs),which are the analogue counterparts of Field Programmable Gate Arrays(FPGAs).In this paper,we present a new design methodology which using FPAA as a powerful analog front-end processing platform in the smart sensory microsystem.The proposed FPAA contains 16 homogeneous mixed-grained Configurable Analog Blocks(CABs) which house a variety of processing elements especially the proposed fine-grained Core Configurable Amplifiers(CCAs).The high flexible CABs allow the FPAA operating in both continuous-time and discrete-time approaches suitable to support variety of sensors.To reduce the nonideal parasitic effects and save area,the fat-tree interconnection network is adopted in this FPAA.The functionality of this FPAA is demonstrated through embedding of voltage and capacitive sensor signal readout circuits and a configurable band pass filter.The minimal detectable voltage and capacitor achieves 38 uV and 8.3 aF respectively within 100 Hz sensor bandwidth.The power consumption comparison of CCA in three applications shows that the FPAA has high power efficiency.And the simulation results also show that the FPAA has good tolerance with wide PVT variations. | Cheng Xiaoyan Yang Haigang Yin Tao Wu Qisong Zhi Tian Liu Fei | 2014 | Journal of Electronics(China)2014,31,2: | 0 |
