| 1 | High-speed maneuvering target detection approach based on joint RFT and keystone transform显示文摘Increasing the integration time is an effective method to improve small maneuvering target detection performance in radar applications.However,range migration and Doppler spread caused by maneuvering target motion during the integration time make it difficult to improve the coherent accumulation of target's energy and detection performance.In this study,a new method based on Radon Fourier transform(RFT) and keystone transform(KT) for high-speed maneuvering target detection is proposed.The proposed algorithm utilizes second-order KT to correct the range curvature,and the improved dechirping method to compensate for the Doppler spread.RFT is then used to correct the range walk for target coherent detection.The method is capable of correcting the range migration and the time-varied Doppler frequency of the target without knowing its velocity and acceleration.The advantage of the proposed method is that it can increase the coherent integration time and improve detection performance under the condition of Doppler frequency ambiguity.Compared with the second-order RFT algorithm,the computational burden of the proposed method is greatly reduced under the premise that the two methods have similar estimation accuracy of range,velocity and acceleration.Numerical experiments demonstrate the validity of the proposed algorithm. | TIAN Jing CUI Wei SHEN Qing WEI ZiXiang WU SiLiang | 2013 | Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,6: | 19 |
| 2 | Heterogeneous lamellar-edged Fe-Ni(OH)_(2)/Ni_(3)S_(2)nanoarray for efficient and stable seawater oxidation显示文摘Development of efficient non-precious catalysts for seawater electrolysis is of great significance but challenging due to the sluggish kinetics of oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and the impairment of chlorine electrochemistry at anode.Herein,we report a heterostructure of Ni_(3)S_(2)nanoarray with secondary Fe-Ni(OH)_(2)lamellar edges that exposes abundant active sites towards seawater oxidation.The resultant Fe-Ni(OH)_(2)/Ni_(3)S_(2)nanoarray works directly as a free-standing anodic electrode in alkaline artificial seawater.It only requires an overpotential of 269 mV to afford a current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2)and the Tafel slope is as low as 46 m V·dec^(-1).The 27-hour chronopotentiometry operated at high current density of 100 mA·cm^(-2)shows negligible deterioration,suggesting good stability of the Fe-Ni(OH)_(2)/Ni_(3)S_(2)@NF electrode.Faraday efficiency for oxygen evolution is up to〜95%,revealing decent selectivity of the catalyst in saline water.Such desirable catalytic performance could be benefitted from the introduction of Fe activator and the heterostructure that offers massive active and selective sites.The density functional theory(DFT)calculations indicate that the OER has lower theoretical overpotential than Cl_(2) evolution reaction in Fe sites,which is contrary to that of Ni sites.The experimental and theoretical study provides a strong support for the rational design of high-performance Fe-based electrodes for industrial seawater electrolysis. | Baihua Cui Zheng Hu Chang Liu Siliang Liu Fangshuai Chen Shi Hu Jinfeng Zhang Wei Zhou Yida Deng Zhenbo Qin Zhong Wu Yanan Chen Lifeng Cui Wenbin Hu | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,4: | 7 |

In view of this, a new approach of acquisition assisted by the control voltage of automatic gain control(AGC) is proposed. This approach judges the signal power according to the AGC control voltage and switches the working modes correspondingly and adaptively. Non-coherent accumulation times and the detection threshold are reconfigured according to the working mode. | 6 | Narrow-band interference excision in spread-spectrum systems using new N-sigma algorithm based on fuzzy threshold显示文摘The key to narrow-band interference excision in frequency domain is to determine the excision threshold in direct-sequence spread-spectrum (DS-SS) systems. The excision threshold is a non-linear function related to the number and the power of interference, and attempting to get the exact relation of threshold related to the number and the power of interference is almost impossible. The N-sigma algorithm determines the excision threshold using subsection function; however, the excision threshold determined by this method is not exact. A new method to determine the threshold of N-sigma algorithm is proposed. The new method modifies the scale factor N by use of the membership function. The threshold determined by this method is consecutive and smooth, and it is closer to the fact than that of the initial N-sigma algorithm. | 8 | Study on friction performance and mechanism of slipper pair under different paired materials in high-pressure axial piston pump显示文摘High-pressure axial piston pumps operate in high-speed and high-pressure environments. The contact state of the slipper against the swashplate can easily change from an oil film lubrication to a mixed oil film/asperity contact, or even dry friction. To improve the dry friction performance of slipper pairs and to avoid their potentially rapid failure, this study examined the effects of material matching on the dry friction performance of the slipper pair for high-pressure axial piston pumps. A FAIAX6 friction and wear tester was developed, and the dry friction coefficients of the slipper pairs matched with different materials were studied using this tester. Based on the thermo-mechanical coupling of the slipper pair with the working process, the contact surface temperatures of the slipper pairs matched with different materials were calculated and analyzed for the same working conditions. Following this, the effects of the material properties on the temperature increase at the slipper sliding contact surfaces were revealed. The reliabilities of the temperature calculations and analysis results were verified through orthogonal tests of slipper pairs matched with different materials. The results indicate that the influence of the material density on the friction coefficient is greater than that of the Poisson's ratio or the elastic modulus, and that the slipper material chosen should have a high thermal conductivity, low density, and low specific heat, whereas the swashplate material should be high in specific heat, density, and thermal conductivity;in addition, the slipper pair should be a type of hard material to match the type of soft material applied;that is, the hardness of the swashplate material should be greater than that of the slipper material. | Huaichao WU Limei ZHAO Siliang NI Yongyong HE | 2020 | Friction2020,8,5: | 4 |

Conventional SEU mitigation techniques like modular redundancy could not exploit the characters of Viterbi decoders,therefore could not provide optimized SEU tolerance when the device resource utilization cost is a constraint. Leveraging the properties of the decoding algorithm, three effective mitigation techniques are adopted, including structure optimization, Error detection and correction(EDAC) for Block RAM(BRAM) protection, and Partial triple-modular redundancy(PTMR), which are applied to the modules of the decoder in accordance with their characteristics. Through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the Consultative Committee for the Space Data System (CCSDS) file delivery protocol (CFDP), a new improved repeated sending file delivery protocol (RSFDP) based on the adaptive repeated sending is put forward to build an efficient and reliable file transmission. According to the estimation of the BER of the transmission link, RSFDP repeatedly sends the lost protocol data units (PDUs) at the stage of the retransmission to improve the success rate and reduce time of the retransmission. Theoretical analyses and results of the Opnet simulation indicate that the performance of RSFDP has significant improvement gains over CFDP in the link with a long delay and high BER. | 15 | High Sensitivity Acquisition Algorithm for DSSS Signal with Data Modulation显示文摘In direct sequence spread spectrum communication both for satelliteto-ground and inter-satellite links, the system constrains due to radio frequency spectral occupation, channel data throughput and link performances in terms of data channel coding which might result in a signal structure where the symbol duration is shorter than the pseudo code period. This can generate some difficulties in the DSSS signal acquisition due to the polarity inversion caused by the data modulation. To eliminate the influence due to polarity inversion, this paper proposes a novel acquisition algorithm based on the simultaneous search of the code phase, data phase and Doppler frequency. In the proposed algorithm the data phase is predicted and the correlation period for the coherent integration can be set equal to the symbol duration. Then non-coherent accumulation over different symbol is implemented in order to enhance the acquisition algorithm sensitivity; the interval of non-coherent accumulation is the least common multiple between the symbol duration and the pseudo code period. The algorithm proposed can largely minimize the SNR loss caused by data polarity inversion and enhance acquisition performance without a noticeable increase in hardware complexity. | 20 | Nanobody-based chimeric antigen receptor T cells designed by CRISPR/Cas9 technology for solid tumor immunotherapy显示文摘Chimeric antigen receptor-based T-cell immunotherapy is a promising strategy for treatment of hematological malignant tumors;however,its efficacy towards solid cancer remains challenging.We therefore focused on developing nanobody-based CAR-T cells that treat the solid tumor.CD105 expression is upregulated on neoangiogenic endothelial and cancer cells.CD105 has been developed as a drug target.Here we show the generation of a CD105-specific nanobody,an anti-human CD105 CAR-T cells,by inserting the sequences for anti-CD105 nanobody-linked standard cassette genes into AAVS1 site using CRISPR/Cas9 technology.Co-culture with CD105+target cells led to the activation of anti-CD105 CAR-T cells that displayed the typically activated cytotoxic T-cell characters,ability to proliferate,the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines,and the specific killing efficacy against CD105+target cells in vitro.The in vivo treatment with anti-CD105 CAR-T cells significantly inhibited the growth of implanted CD105+tumors,reduced tumor weight,and prolonged the survival time of tumor-bearing NOD/SCID mice.Nanobody-based CAR-T cells can therefore function as an antitumor agent in human tumor xenograft models.Our findings determined that the strategy of nanobody-based CAR-T cells engineered by CRISPR/Cas9 system has a certain potential to treat solid tumor through targeting CD105 antigen. | Fengzhen Mo Siliang Duan Xiaobing Jiang Xiaomei Yang Xiaoqiong Hou Wei Shi Cueva Jumbo Juan Carlos Aiqun Liu Shihua Yin Wu Wang Hua Yao Zihang Yu Zhuoran Tang Shenxia Xie Ziqiang Ding Xinyue Zhao Bruce D.Hammock Xiaoling Lu | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,3: | 2 |
