| 3 | Pharmacokinetics and radiation dosimetry of ^(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2 in healthy individuals:A pilot study显示文摘99mTc-3PRGD2 is a new SPECT radiotracer for several tumor imaging with high uptake where integrinαvβ3 is highly expressed.This pilot study was to assess the safety,biodistribution and radiation dosimetry of 9,mTc-3PRGD2 in healthy volunteers.The 10 healthy male volunteers were injected with 99mTc-3PRGD2(786.7±55.8 MBq,19.1-24.2 mCi).Baseline measurements of vital signs,laboratory safety tests and 12-lead electrocardiogram were recorded before and after injection.Blood and urine samples were collected and radiation counts were obtained at various time points.Whole-body scans and ROIs of identified organs were used for visual analysis and estimating the radiation dosimetry.No adverse reactions were found during the study.99mTc-3PRGD2 exhibited a rapid clearance from the blood with less than 45%of the initial dosage at 10 min after injection and gradual increasing radioactivity in urine with(52.9±6)%of original dose at 1440 min.The whole-body imaging showed high radioactive accumulation in bladder.And the highest 99mTc-3PRGD2 uptake was found in the kidneys(3.50×10-2 mSv/MBq).The 99mTc-3PRGD2 exhibited good pharmacokinetic properties and little radiation burden.This study showed that 99mTc-3PRGD2 would be a safe and attractive SPECT agent in clinic applications. | CHENG Guanghui GAO Shi JI Tiefeng MA Qingjie JIA Bing CHEN Zuowei WANG Qing | 2012 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2012,23,6: | 5 |
| 4 | Intrinsic Kinetic Modeling of Thermal Dimerization of C5 Fraction显示文摘This work aims to investigate the intrinsic kinetics of thermal dimerization of C_5 fraction in the reactive distillation process. Experiments are conducted in an 1000-m L stainless steel autoclave under some selected design conditions. By means of the weighted least squares method, the intrinsic kinetics of thermal dimerization of C_5 fraction is established, and the corresponding pre-exponential factor as well as the activation energy are determined. For example, the pre-exponential factor A is equal to 4.39×105 and the activation energy E4 a is equal to 6.58×10J/mol for the cyclopentadiene dimerization reaction. | 5 | In-situ construction of a Mg-modified interface to guide uniform lithium deposition for stable all-solid-state batteries显示文摘Uniform lithium(Li)deposition in all-solid-state Li metal batteries is greatly influenced by the anode/electrolyte interface.Herein,a Mg-modified interface was constructed via the simple in-situ electrochemical reduction of Mg^(2+)from Mg(TFSI)_(2) in polyethylene oxide(PEO)and a Li bis(trifluoromethane)sulfoni mide(Li TFSI)formulae.As confirmed by cryogenic transmission electron microscopy,the anode/electrolyte interface exhibited hybrids consisting of crystalline Mg,Li_(2)O,and Li dots embedded in an amorphous polymer electrolyte.The crystalline Mg dots guided the uniform Li nucleation and growth,inducing a smoother anode/electrolyte interface compared with the pristine electrolyte.With 1 wt%Mg(TFSI)_(2) in the PEO-Li TFSI electrolyte,the Mg-modified electrolyte enabled the Li/Li symmetric cells with cycling performance of over 1700 and 1400 h at current densities of 0.1 and 0.2 m A cm^(-2),respectively.Moreover,the full LFP/Li cells using the novel Mg-modified electrolyte delivered a cycling lifespan of over 450 cycles with negligible capacity loss. | Tiefeng Liu Jiale Zheng Hualiang Hu Ouwei Sheng Zhijin Ju Gongxun Lu Yujing Liu Jianwei Nai Yao Wang Wenkui Zhang Xinyong Tao | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,4: | 3 |
| 6 | Leaching of manganese residue for the preparation of trimanganese tetroxide with a high surface area显示文摘The accumulation of electrolytic manganese residue (EMR) has become a serious problem and its recycling will be of great benefit to protect the environment and assist sustainable development. The reusing method was conducted by leaching EMR with sulfuric acid and the optimal leaching condition was 1:3 (g/g) as the ratio of solid to liquid with 20% (g/g) H2SO4 , heating at 90 ℃ for 3 hours, which aims at extracting Mn in a sulfuric acid medium. The produced MnSO4 solution was precipitated by adding alkali and oxidized in aqueous phase. The oxidized products were characterized by various techniques, including X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (IR) spectrometry, vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM), with Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) specific surface area instrument and laser particle size analyzer. | 11 | Liquid-holdup regions research of novel reactive distillation column for C5 fraction separation显示文摘Recent advances in technologies of reactive distillation(RD) offer various design concepts for chemical processes.For separation of cracking C5 fraction, one of the main challenges is improving the conversion of cyclopentadiene(CPD) and the recovery of isoprene(IP). In the current work, a novel reactive distillation column with several liquid-holdup regions was designed, since it allows long residence time and provides flexibility for narrowing the efficiency gap between reaction and distillation. By use of Aspen Plus, a corresponding mathematic model was established and verified to be accurate. Following that, comprehensive studies were carried out for the design of liquid-holdup regions position. Details and principles about the separation performance with the liquid-holdup regions were revealed and optimized parameters were determined with 100 theoretical plates,feed position of 35 th plate, and four liquid-holdup regions at 25 th, 60 th, 75 th and 90 th plate. | 20 | Solid polymer electrolytes in all-solid-state lithium metal batteries:From microstructures to properties显示文摘All-solid-state lithium(Li)metal batteries(ASSLMBs)are considered one of the most promising secondary batteries due to their high theoretical capacity and high safety performance.However,low room-temperature ionic conductivity and poor interfacial stability are two key factors affecting the practical application of ASSLMBs,and our understanding of the mechanisms behind these key problems from microscopic perspective is still limited.In this review,the mechanisms and advanced characterization techniques of ASSLMBs are summarized to correlate the microstructures and properties.Firstly,we summarize the challenges faced by solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs)in ASSLMBs,such as the low roomtemperature ionic conductivity and the poor interfacial stability.Secondly,several typical improvement methods of polymer ASSLMBs are discussed,including composite SPEs,ultra-thin SPEs,SPEs surface modification and Li anode surface modification.Finally,we conclude the characterizations for correlating the microstructures and the properties of SPEs,with emphasis on the use of emerging advanced techniques(e.g.,cryo-transmission electron microscopy)for in-depth analyzing ASSLMBs.The influence of the microstructures on the properties is very important.Until now,it has been difficult for us to understand the microstructures of batteries.However,some recent studies have demonstrated that we have a better understanding of the microstructures of batteries.Then we suggest that in situ characterization,nondestructive characterization and sub-angstrom resolution are the key technologies to help us further understand the batteries'microstructures and promote the development of batteries.And potential investigations to understand the microstructures evolution and the batteries behaviors are also prospected to expect further reasonable theoretical guidance for the design of ASSLMBs with ideal performance. | Zongxi Lin Ouwei Sheng Xiaohan Cai Dan Duan Ke Yue Jianwei Nai Yao Wang Tiefeng Liu Xinyong Tao Yujing Liu | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,6: | 1 |
