1Ultrasensitive skin‐like wearable optical sensors based on glass micro/nanofibers显示文摘Electronic skin,a class of wearable electronic sensors that mimic the functionalities of human skin,has made remarkable success in applications including health monitoring,human-machine interaction and electronic-biological interfaces.While electronic skin continues to achieve higher sensitivity and faster response,its ultimate performance is fundamentally limited by the nature of low-frequency AC currents.Herein,highly sensitive skin-like wearable optical sensors are demonstrated by embedding glass micro/nanofibers(MNFs)in thin layers of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS).Enabled by the transition from guided modes into radiation modes of the waveguiding MNFs upon external stimuli,the skin-like optical sensors show ultrahigh sensitivity(1870 k·Pa^-1),low detection limit(7 mPa)and fast response(10μs)for pressure sensing,significantly exceeding the performance metrics of state-of-the-art electronic skins.Electromagnetic interference(EMI)-free detection of high-frequency vibrations,wrist pulse and human voice are realized.Moreover,a five-sensor optical data glove and a 2×2-MNF tactile sensor are demonstrated.These initial results pave the way toward a new category of optical devices ranging from ultrasensitive wearable sensors to optical skins.Lei Zhang Jing Pan Zhang Zhang Hao Wu Ni Yao Dawei Cai Yingxin Xu Jin Zhang Guofei Sun Liqiang Wang Weidong Geng Wenguang Jin Wei Fang Dawei Di Limin Tong 2020Opto-Electronic Advances2020,3,3:12

5Evaluation of the chemical profile from four germplasms sources of Pruni Semen using UHPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap-MS and multivariate analyses显示文摘Pruni Semen,the seed of several unique Prunus plants,is a traditional purgative herbal material.To determine the authentic sources of Pruni Semen,46 samples from four species were collected and analyzed.Ten compounds including multiflorin A(Mul A),a notable purative compound,were isolated and identified by chemical separation and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.Seventy-six communal components were identified by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with linear ion trap-quadrupole Orbitrap mass spectrometry,and acetyl flavonoid glycosides were recognized as characteristic constituents.The flavonoids were distributed in the seed coat and cyanogenic glycosides in the kernel.Based on this,methods for identifying Pruni Semen from different sources were established using chemical fingerprinting,quantitative analysis of the eight principal compounds,hierarchical cluster analysis,principal component analysis,and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis.The results showed that the samples were divided into two categories:one is the small seeds from Prunus humilis(Ph)and Prunus japonica(Pj),and the other is the big seeds from Prunus pedunculata(Pp)and Prunus triloba(Pt).The average content of Mul A was 3.02,6.93,0.40,and 0.29 mg/g,while the average content of amygdalin was 18.5,17.7,31.5,and 30.9 mg/g in Ph,Pj,Pp,and Pt,respectively.All the above information suggests that small seeds might be superior sources of Pruni Semen.This is the first comprehensive report on the identification of chemical components in Pruni Semen from different species.Zihan Zhao Yue Liu Yushi Zhang Zeyu Geng Rina Su Lipeng Zhou Chao Han Zhanjun Wang Shuangcheng Ma Weidong Li 2022Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2022,12,5:1

15Acquisition of time-varying 3D foot shapes from video显示文摘The 3D scanning of time-varying objects based on multi-view geometry has been a hot topic in computer vision in recent years.This paper presents an active approach to acquiring 3D shapes of moving foot from multi-view video sequences based on the explicit marker points woven in socks.The reference 3D model of foot is firstly recovered from the starting frames in the multi-view video clips,and then the markers in each view are traced as a whole based on a continuous motion vector field built from the reference 3D model.The missing vertices in the candidate 3D model caused by self-occlusion,non-uniform illumination and random noises are reliably estimated and reconstructed in 3D space by minimizing the changes of differential features in 3D geometry of the reference model.The experimental results show that our method can robustly recover the 3D model of foot in complex background even if there is a relatively large movement between the adjacent frames,with an acceptable accuracy of the resulting 3D model.GAO Fei WANG Qing GENG WeiDong PAN YunHe 2011Science China(Information Sciences)2011,54,11:0
16Stent-assisted coiling of intracranial carotid ophthalmic segment aneurysm segment aneurysms:Long-term follow-up from a single center显示文摘Background:To evaluate the efficacy of stent-assisted coiling(SAC)for the treatment of carotid ophthalmic segment aneurysm segment aneurysms(OSAs)of the internal carotid artery(ICA)through detailed long-term follow-up of a large patient cohort.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 88 consecutive patients with OSAs between January 2009 and January 2020 at our center.Angiographic results were evaluated using the modified Raymond grading system and clinical outcomes were evaluated using the mRS scale.The primary endpoints were major aneurysm recurrence and poor clinical outcomes for at least 18 months of follow-up.The patients were asked to attend clinical follow-up assessments and possibly undergo DSA or MR via telephone.Results:We enrolled 88 patients with 99 OSAs treated with coiling,of whom 76 were treated with SAC.The coiling procedures were successful in all 88 patients.Overall,complications occurred in 8 patients(9.1%).No procedure-related mortality was observed.67(76.1%)experienced immediate aneurysm occlusion at the end of the procedure.Long-term angiographic follow-up(18 months)was available in 45/88 aneurysms(51%)(average 18.7±5.2 months).Four patients continued their follow-up for 5 years after initial aneurysm treatment.After a clinical follow-up time of 28.7 months(range,12-51 months),85 patients(95.5%)achieved favorable clinical outcomes(mRS scores of 0-2).Conclusions:This study indicates that SAC treatment is a safe and effective therapeutic alternative for ruptured and unruptured OSAs.The procedural risks are low with relatively long-term effectiveness.Wenquan Gu Geng Zhou Aizada Aldiyarova Tengyue Liu Yi Zhang Weidong Liu Lingping Meng Binxian Gu MingHua Li Ming Su Chen Su Aihua Liu Wu Wang 2023Journal of Interventional Medicine2023,6,3:0
17Safety and activity of WX-0593(Iruplinalkib)in patients with ALK-or ROS1-rearranged advanced non-small cell lung cancer:a phase 1 dose-escalation and dose-expansion trial显示文摘WX-0593(Iruplinalkib)is a novel,highly selective oral ALK and ROS1 tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI).In this study,the safety,antitumor activity,and pharmacokinetics of WX-0593 were evaluated in advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients with ALK or ROS1 rearrangement.In the dose-escalation phase and dose-expansion phase,patients were treated with WX-0593 until disease progression,unacceptable toxicity,or subject withdrawal.In the dose-escalation phase,the primary endpoints were maximum tolerated dose(MTD),dose-limiting toxicity(DLT),and safety assessed by investigators.In the dose-expansion phase,the primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR)assessed by investigators.Between September 25,2017 and October 15,2018,a total of 153 patients received WX-0593 treatment.Two dose-limiting toxicities(DLTs)including one grade 3 QT interval prolonged and one grade 2 chronic heart failure were reported at the dose of 300 mg in one patient.MTD was not reached.Overall,140 of the 152(92%)patients experienced treatment-related adverse events(TRAEs)and 35 of the 152(23%)patients had TRAEs≥grade 3.The overall ORR was 59.3%(32 of 54)for the dose-escalation phase and 56.6%(56 of 99)for the dose-expansion phase.For patients who were ALK-rearranged and ALK TKI naive,the ORR were 81.0%(17 of 21)in the dose-escalation phase and 76.3%(29 of 38)in the dose-expansion phase,and for patients who previously received crizotinib as the only ALK TKI,the ORR were 38.1%(8 of 21)and 45.7%(21 of 46)for the two phases,respectively.For patients who were ROS1-rearranged,the ORR were 30.0%(3 of 10)in the dose-escalation phase and 44.4%(4 of 9)in the dose-expansion phase.WX-0593 showed favorable safety and promising antitumor activity in advanced NSCLC patients with ALK or ROS1 rearrangement.Yuankai Shi Jian Fang Xuezhi Hao Shucai Zhang Yunpeng Liu Lin Wang Jianhua Chen Yi Hu Xiaosheng Hang Juan Li Chunling Liu Yiping Zhang Zhehai Wang Yanping Hu Kangsheng Gu Jian’an Huang Liangming Zhang Jinlu Shan Weiwei Ouyang Yanqiu Zhao Wu Zhuang Yan Yu Jun Zhao Helong Zhang Pei Lu Weidong Li Meimei Si Mingjing Ge Huaize Geng 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,2:0
