17日粮干燥制度对肉鸡半合成日粮中淀粉的消化率的影响显示文摘淀粉的消化率通常用来表示一种谷物的营养价值,淀粉的消化率较高表示可提供更多的能量给动物。采用两个肉鸡试验进行评估小麦淀粉的消化率,每组半合成日粮中包括小麦750g·kg-1。试验1中,选用两个小麦品种:硬质小麦(E)和软质小麦(C)。分批次的置于金属托盘中,依次在70、85和100℃的强制空气炉中进行干燥。各品种的未处理样品作为对照。试验2中,小麦品种E在两个地点进行种植,收获时间分别为成熟期和成熟期后14d。4个样本都进行100℃干燥72h,或储存于室温环境下(<30℃)。在试验1中,各温度处理间非线性相关(淀粉消化率,P=0.701;表观代谢能,P=0.804)。在品种C的85℃处理组中,小麦淀粉的CTTAD比7组(包括对照组)处理中的5组均有下降(P=0.020)。品种E在85℃干燥时,其淀粉的消化率低于同品种的对照组和品种C所有样品(P=0.020)。试验2中,在100℃干燥后,淀粉的CDAD和CISD均提高,提示消化和吸收效率提高。难以预测增加日粮水分和温度对淀粉消化率的影响。基于以上所述结果,温度100℃、初水分含量270g·kg-1对淀粉的消化率或干燥小麦的在表观代谢能无不利影响。事实上,相对于非高温处理,小麦经低温处理甚至可能增加其消化率。Masey ON'eill H V Flintham J Craigon J Wiseman J W 2012饲料博览2012,,4:0
